Abstract

Community Health Centers are responsible in their working areas in various aspects both in terms of prevention, detection, and response. They continue to carry out empowerment tasks in the community, research has a difficult because not many researchers have explored the role of Community Health Centers in social development. Some researchers only see Community Health Centers as a health service provider. The purpose of this study is to describe the Community Health Center as an agent of social development during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research used a qualitative research method conducted by field research. The research was conducted in the work area of the East Jakarta Health Office, Community Health Centers in Pulo Gadung. From the results of the study, it was found that the Community Health Centers carried out all indicators of social development so it could be concluded that the Community Health Centers was an agent of social development in Indonesia. The results also show that the description of health services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pulo Gadung Health Center is good with the implementation of health services with the Covid-19 service SOP and changes in service flow and the provision of infrastructure that supports health services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

The education industry, namely the campus, is an educational service provider industry that acts as a place for preparing quality human resources (HR). The Trisakti Foundation is one of the organizations for higher education in Indonesia which has 6 (six) tertiary institutions, namely Trisakti University, ITL Trisakti, STP Trisakti, STIE Trisakti, STMA Trisakti and STMK Trisakti. These six tertiary institutions have their own uniqueness, but there are gaps in the quality of each of these Higher Education Unit. The quality of tertiary institutions in Indonesia is largely determined by the outcomes of education, research and community service carried out by lecturers and then assessed by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). This study aims to find the causes of differences in the quality of higher education, support systems in terms of HR, and provide suggestions for HR management strategies. This study uses a qualitative method using the Framework of HRM Operational Perspective. Respondents are lecturers, HR managers and research managers at each tertiary institution. Research results get higher education units under the auspices of the Trisakti Foundation have references to staffing regulations. In practice, there are several differences in the development of human resources by each Higher Education Unit. This difference can be seen from the existence of development carried out by the Higher Education Unit or there are some details that are not carried out by the Higher Education Unit. The difference lies in Employee Planning, Employee procurement, Promotion and Transfer and Remuneration.

Abstract

In today's information-saturated environment, the travel and tourism industry is increasingly dependent on technology to attract new customers. Therefore, what kinds of digital marketing techniques must be put into action in the tourism business to draw in customers and establish a digital brand name? In this section, the author will address research on how to maximize the effectiveness of multichannel marketing in the tourism industry by making use of big data. This investigation takes a qualitative approach and makes use of descriptive research tools. According to the findings, in contrast to the websites of other industries, such as the manufacturing and logistics industries, where customers want to get answers to their questions as quickly as possible and then leave the web page, tourism websites find it more profitable to keep the attention of customers on their websites for longer periods to increase their visibility. As a result, organizations involved in tourism employ multichannel marketing with the assistance of big data to plan marketing campaigns, provide assistance in making the appropriate decisions, create innovations, and personalize customers.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman, proses perhitungan premi berdasarkan jumlah manfaat pada asuransi jiwa mestinya dapat menyesuaikan dengan kemajuan teknologi yang ada. Berbagai macam problematika akan muncul apabila tidak menyesuaikannya seperti kurangnya tingkat efisiensi jika dilakukan secara manual dan di sisi lain pembaruan teknologi yang mungkin saja telah dilakukan oleh perusahaan asuransi, tapi tidak bagi masyarkat atau akademisi. Pada artikel ini akan dibahas rancangan aplikasi website yang dapat melakukan proses penghitungan sendiri asumsi neto aktuaria asuransi jiwa.

Abstract

Risk management plays a vital role in the sustainability of modern institutions, and it has been implemented by various entities such as the banking sector, the business world, government, and universities. Risk management is essential. So that risk management can be carried out, a method is needed to overcome it. One method that can be used is the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 31000. This research will be carried out at the STMA Trisakti Campus, which is one of the largest universities in Indonesia and is managed by the Trisakti Foundation, which has six educational units. The effectiveness of implementing risk management at the Trisakti Campus still needs to be debated, considering the various challenges and obstacles faced by private universities in implementing a comprehensive risk management system. This research aims to analyze risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation at STMA Triskati. The research uses a qualitative method with a risk management approach. Interviews were conducted with informants from leadership, study program managers, quality assurance, lecturers and students. The research results obtained six priority risks which fall into the high-risk category, namely: risk of decreasing research quality, risk of not meeting the number of publications, risk of reducing the number of students, risk of financing capacity, and risk of lowering the quality of administrative services.

Abstract

Insurance and Actuarial are interrelated disciplines. However, the level of public literacy in these two fields still needs to be higher, even though both have the potential to create economic stability in Indonesia. Therefore, increasing insurance and actuarial literacy in society is critical. This service activity allows the community, especially SMA/SMK/MA students, to increase insurance literacy through participation in Olympic activities. A total of 256 participants competed in the preliminary round, of which 68 advanced to the semifinal round, and finally, only 12 in the insurance and actuarial fields advanced to the final round. The preliminary and final rounds were held offline, while the final round was held online. In the final round, the finalists answered questions from judges who were experts in the insurance and actuarial fields and provided explanations of their answers to the public via the YouTube channel. This Olympic activity received a good response from practitioners in the insurance sector, who were impressed by the finalists' ability to provide excellent answers

Abstract

Risk management is very important for the continuity of a business or activity. If a disaster occurs, such as fire or damage, the company will suffer huge losses, which can hinder, disrupt or even destroy business continuity or operations. Risk management is a tool to protect the company from any possible harm. So that in the management of logistical assistance, especially when a disaster occurs, both natural and non-natural, a risk management effort is needed in order to reduce the impact of losses in operations. This research uses explanatory type. The samples in this study were derived from elements of government, academia and society with qualitatively managed data. The results of the study found 8 risk categories that occurred in the logistical assistance process during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, namely: policy risk, compliance risk, legal risk, fraud risk, reputation risk, reputation risk and operational risk.

Abstract

Paper ini mendeskripsikan perbaikan kesiapan (preparedness), khususnya pembelajaran, manajemen data dengan SDM yang kompeten, yang didukung dengan penguatan pemerintah dan pimpinan dalam pengambilan kebijakan pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi (STMA) Trisakti untuk pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan model Forcing Learning dan Risk Communication And Community Engagement (RCCE). Integrasi Model Forcing Learning dan RCCE ini sebagai salah satu bentuk model yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk mempersiapkan pembelajaran selama masa darurat Covid-19 guna tercapainya target pembelajaran. Dalam model pembelajaran dan komunikasi ini seluruh dosen dikondisikan dalam sebuah keadaan pembelajaran yang serba online, dimana diwajibkan untuk berlaih dari offline menjadi online dalam semua kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode penelitain dalam paper ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa, pertama: Preparedness RCCE dalam merumuskan konsep pembelajaran online dengan ketentuan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia dan Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia yang mencakup standar isi dan proses dengan membangun budaya mutu yang berorientasi kepada hasil menggunakan integrasi RCCE dan model Forcing Learning dengan urgensi yang harus serba cepat dan tepat di masa peralihan sekarang ini dengan membuat standar sesuai arahan Kemendikbud yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan. kedua: Preparedness perumusan strategi dan implementasi model Forcing Learning dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi semua hal dalam kesiapan SDM, sarana dan prasarana untuk menjalankan pembelajaran online dengan tindakan cepat dan berkualitas. Ketiga: dari dua indikator langkah yang dilakukan sebelumnya hasil data yang diperoleh dengan menerapkan Forcing Learning bahwa 100% SDM dan Sarana penunjang siap melakukan pembelajaran, Keempat: Keberlanjutan model bisa digunakan dalam banyak bidang dan keadaan.

Abstract

Desa Segara Makmur salah satu desa yang seringkali mengalami banjir saat curah hujan cukup tinggi terjadi di Jabodetabek. Salah satu upaya untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif banjir adalah dengan melakukan persiapan yang matang, termasuk mencadangkan dokumen penting. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir dalam hal mengamankan dokumen penting. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan metode Service Learning yang juga sebagai media pembelajaran kolaboratif bersama mahasiswa untuk belajar bersama masyarakat melalui pengalaman langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran warga akan pentingnya pencadangan dokumen dan kemampuan mereka dalam melakukan pencadangan dokumen secara digital. Secara keseluruhan sebanyak 65% peserta menjawab sangat puas terhadap pelatihan yang telah dilakukan dan 35% menjawab puas. Sementara itu, tidak ada peserta yang menjawab cukup puas, kurang puas dan tidak puas. Dapat disimpulkan, kegiatan ini menambah kesiapan warga untuk dapat menghadapi banjir melalui pencadangan dokumen secara digital.

Abstract

This program aims to discuss the politics of Islamic education and the problems of Muslim identity in Islamic boarding schools. The philosophy believed in the Islamic boarding school is based on Islam, and furthermore, the philosophy of education is based on the philosophical principles it adheres to. In the beginning, the main objective of the pesantren was to prepare students to deepen and master the science of religion (tafaqqahu fi al-din), the reproduction of ulama where the teaching of religious knowledge (transfer of Islamic knowledge), maintaining the Islamic tradition (maintenance of Islamic) tradition) and Islamic character building. Cottage The pesantren is a place of traditional education which has been very much felt by all elements, both society and government. Political education is an interdisciplinary study that integrates political science and education science, to see the dynamic relationship between various political issues and educational issues. To overcome the problem of Muslim identity, the dimensions mentioned above greatly affect Muslim identity because substantively, Islam is the same everywhere, namely the religion of Allah which was brought by the Prophet Muhammad as a guide for mankind. The emergence of various Islamic identities lately need not be responded to with excessive suspicion. Even the identity of Islam can become even more diverse when the typology of thought, understanding and practice of Islam is viewed from various perspectives both in the west and in the east.
