Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between watching the violence shown on television with aggressive behavior of junior high school students in Salatiga. The hypothesis put forward is that there is a significant relationship between watching television violence shows with aggressive behavior of junior high school students in Salatiga. The study was conducted in one of the junior high schools in Salatiga. Sampling technique in this research using stratified random sampling technique. The questionnaire used was a questionnaire of aggressive behavior of teenagers and questionnaires watching the violence on television. The analytical method used is Kendall's tau correlation technique. Based on the data analysis obtained correlation value 0.811 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05). These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between watching the violence shown on television and the aggressive behavior of junior high school students in Salatiga. The higher the students watch the violence on television, the higher the aggressive behavior. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to connect Indonesian local culture, especially through Ayam Geprek dishes, with international tourists visiting Rainbow Village Perlis, Malaysia. Method: This community service was carried out in Rainbow Village, Perlis, Malaysia. Its activities include a series of carefully planned stages. Preparation begins with an internal coordination meeting to draw up a detailed plan and divide tasks. Next, the team had a meeting with the local community and presented the concept of the project. Ayam Geprek cooking demonstration was conducted on the hall premises. Practical Applications: The results of the Ayam Geprek cooking demonstration activity showed a very positive response from international tourists in Malaysia. They rated this dish spicy but very tasty and impressive. This indicates the great potential of Ayam Geprek as a culinary attraction for tourists. The active involvement of the community in this activity also plays an important role in facilitating the introduction of Javanese cultural elements through Ayam Geprek dishes. Conclusion: Ayam Geprek cooking demonstration activities have been successful in achieving its goals. The positive response from international tourists shows the great potential of Ayam Geprek as a culinary attraction. It is hoped that this project will strengthen the relationship between Indonesia and Malaysia, particularly in the cultural and culinary context, as well as enrich the experience of international tourists in Malaysia.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase understanding and digitalization skills among business people in Gapan. This program includes various main activities such as seminars, practical skills training, as well as assistance and mentoring sessions. Participants gain insight into the importance of digitalization, skills in using business software, data management, digital marketing, and e-commerce. Mentoring and mentoring help participants apply knowledge in their business context, overcome practical challenges, and develop an adaptive and innovative mindset. The program results show an increase in participants' awareness, knowledge and skills regarding digitalization. Evaluation through participant satisfaction surveys and training observations indicated a high level of satisfaction and a need for more practical sessions and more intensive mentoring. Overall, this program has succeeded in preparing the people of Gapan to face the digital era and increasing their business competitiveness. Important findings include increased access to technology, knowledge about e-commerce, use of data for business decisions, as well as changes in attitudes and mindsets that are more adaptive and innovative. This program makes a positive contribution to increasing competitiveness and local economic growth

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Causal Comparative yaitu menguji suatu hipotesis mengenai apakah suatu variabel berpengaruh terhadap variabel lain. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket untuk mengumpulkan data penggunaan model pembelajaran guru dan skala sikap untuk pengumpulan data tentang kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil bahwa model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di SD berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa dengan skore sig = 0,014 dan R Square sebesar 0,011. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru perlu menerapkan model pembelajaran yang mendukung keaktifan dan kemandirian belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 di Indonesia selama selama 2 tahun ini mengakibatkan kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan media on line atau secara Daring. Pembelajaran Daring menuntut guru harus mampu mengemas beragam model pembelajaran agar pembelajaran lebih efektif dengan menggunakan google classroom, google meet,atau f learn. Di pihak lain, pembelajaran secara Daring dirasa lebih sulit dalam melibatkan emosi sosial peserta didiknya sehingga diduga kurang mendorong kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik di jenjang SMA dan SMK di kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Causal Comparative. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik pada jenjang SMA (180 orang) dan SMK (245 orang) negeri maupun swasta di kota Salatiga. Adapun sampel dipilih secara Cluster Random Sampling yakni berdasarkan wilayah kecamatan yang ada di kota Salatiga. Berdasar hasil uji hipotesis diketemukan bahwa model pembelajaran di SMK berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik dengan skore sig = 0,007, dengan R Square sebesar 0.030. Sedangkan pada jenjang pendidikan SMA diketemukan bahwa model pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik, dengan skore sig = 0,551, dengan R Square sebesar 0.002. Berdasar hasil temuan ini, maka guru perlu menerapkan model pembelajaran yang mendukung pada keaktifan serta kemandirian belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa SMK Pancasila 8 slogohimo di Slogohimo Kecamatan Slogohimo Kabupaten Wonogiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 orang, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sempling sebanyak 35 siswa. Teknik pengumulan data menggunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kontrol diri berdasarkan teori Averil (Thalib, 2010) dan kuesioner kebiasaan belajar berdasarkan teori Nana Sudjana (Maulidya Nina Rakhmanti, 2014). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS for Windows Release 20.0. Hasil analisis pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa SMK Pancasila 8 Slogohimo di Slogohimo Kecamatan Slogohimo Kabupaten Wonogiri memperoleh hasil Fhitung sebesar 51.077 dengan sig. = 0,000. Oleh karena itu nilai nilai sig. < 0,05 maka Ho (ρ = 0) ditolak yang artinya kontrol diri memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kebiasaan belajar. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri siswa SMK Pacasila 8 Slogohimo sebesar 57,8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel kebiasaan belajar dan sisanya 42,2 % dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The Banten Province PUPR Service is an implementation element of the provincial government responsible for public works and spatial planning. ODOL (over dimension and over load) trucks were identified as the cause of many damaged bridges. To overcome this problem, the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia provides weighbridge facilities as a recording and monitoring tool to control goods transportation that exceeds capacity. However, there are still drivers who rig the weighbridge, risking endangering driver safety and bridge infrastructure. Therefore, the proposed solution is the application of Computer Vision technology to detect ODOL trucks. This technology promises to empower target communities by increasing the efficiency of truck traffic monitoring, optimizing infrastructure maintenance, and increasing regional security. The application of this technology also provides valuable data and information for decision-making and strategic planning and has the potential to increase local technological capacity and create economic opportunities and partnerships in the transportation and infrastructure sectors. It is hoped that this initiative will have a positive and sustainable impact on the people of the Banten region who are facing challenges in the fields of transportation and infrastructure. This community service activity as a whole will facilitate the Banten Province PUPR Service to create good governance in project financial management and monitor the current structural conditions of the infrastructure that has been built from these projects. It is hoped that through proper implementation, the use of the project budget can be maximized as well as for predictable maintenance of bridge road infrastructure in Banten Province so that resilient infrastructure can be realized in accordance with UN Sustainable Development Goals Number 9, namely Innovation, Industry, and Infrastructure. Community service implementation will take place on Thursday-Friday, 14-15 December 2023, at the Banten Province PUPR Service, Jl. KH Abdul Fatah Hasan No.25, Sumurpecung, Serang District, Serang City, Banten. Representatives of the Telkom University team and the Banten Province PUPR Service attended this event.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara motivasi belajar siswa terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Salatiga. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian inferensial dengan menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana (Sugiyono, 2010). Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 131 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear sederhana dapat diketahui bahwa nilai dari Adjusted R squarenya adalah 0,013 yang berarti 0,13%, jadi dapat dilihat bahwa motivasi belajar hanya memberikan sumbangan sebesar 0,13% untuk perilaku disiplin siswa dan untuk 99,87% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan untuk hasil Anovanya diketahui bahwaF hitung = 2.75 dan F tabel = 3.94. Oleh karena nilai F hitung lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan F tabel (2.75<3.94) dan untuk untuk tingkat probabilitasnya 0.99 sehingga lebih besar dari 0.05 (0.99>0.05) jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh maka dapat dikatakan juga bahwa motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin.

Abstract

As long as humans live, they need interaction with other people both individually and in groups, as social beings humans will go through stages of life that influence one another. One of them is the adolescent stage which has a big influence on his life. This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills with self- adjustment in youth youth organizations of Bina Muda Desa Ngrawan. The population in this study amounted to 30 adolescents. Data collection techniques used in this study were emotional intelligence questionnaires, social skills questionnaires, and self-adjustment questionnaires that have been developed by researchers. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Kendall-tau technique which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. 26.0 for windows. Based on the research results obtained r = 0.560 and p = 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills with self-adjustment in youth youth organizations at Ploso Hamlet, Ngrawan Village, Getasan, District Semarang. From these results it can be concluded that the higher the score for emotional intelligence and social skills, the higher the score for self-adjustment. Conversely, the lower the emotional intelligence and social skills scores, the lower the adjustment scores will be.
