Leadership as an important aspect that influences a person's behavior specifically in the relationship between the leader and the person being led. Servant leadership implied by the pastor as the leader of the congregation through guidance, direction and encouragement given, has an effect on increasing the spirituality of the congregation. The training activity uses a presentation method, starting with the presentation of material to explain various things related to spiritual leadership in moving the organization. The method used is question and answer and sharing with participants about various things related to spiritual leadership. Training Implementation Time The training was carried out online on August 30, 2024. Participants in the Training for Prospective Pastors were 26 people. The participants' understanding and knowledge of servant leadership increased in the sense that the participants' knowledge increased after participating in the training, this was evidenced by the results of interviews with participants, 90% of participants said that their knowledge and insight increased after participating in the training. Participants said they practiced servant leadership so that leadership was successful effectively and efficiently. Thus, this training is said to be successful because it provides increased knowledge and insight to participants about something that participants need in running an organization, namely servant leadership.

This research aims to analyze leadership styles in school management at Makale Catholic High School. This research uses qualitative descriptive. Results: The results of the analysis show that Makale Catholic High School still needs facilities/infrastructure in the teaching and learning process. The leadership style applied by the principal at Catholic High School is the Democratic leadership style. In the results of the analysis, it was found that in school management it was found that school facilities/infrastructure in supporting the learning and extracurricular processes were generally inadequate. The results of the research are to determine the management of Makale Catholic High School in organizing various academic activities such as Try Outs, National Examinations and other extracurricular activities so that Makale Catholic High School's achievements increase. Suggest to Makale Catholic High School to plan and provide adequate facilities/infrastructure to be able to answer needs in the teaching and learning process.

Analysis of Consumer Service Perceptions of Services of Tori Coffe Service Quality In North Toraja District. This study aims to determine Customer Service Perceptions of Services at Tori Coffe North Toraja. This study The object of this study was Tori Coffe using a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 26 application. The population in this study were 150 respondents and a sample of 69 respondents Tori Coffe North Toraja Regency. This study shows that the perception of customer service at Tori Coffe North Toraja is in the sufficient category where as many as 24 consumers (34.78%) are respondents. This means that the quality of service provided by Tori Coffe has fulfilled the wishes of the consumer.

This research aims to determine the Corporate Social Responsibility implemented by PT. Malea in Tana Toraja. The method in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting direct interviews with informants. Data collection begins with observations, observations, interviews and documentation. The results obtained are the Implementation Stages. This stage is the core stage, namely a concrete action or implementation of CSR. In the CSR implementation stage of PT. Malea also has good steps and is quite regular. At this stage there needs to be involvement between the company and the community regarding the implementation of the CSR program that is being implemented. Implementation/Implementation Stage. At this stage there needs to be involvement between the company and the community regarding the implementation of the CSR program that is being implemented. The involvement of these parties is intended so that the CSR program can be implemented well and on target. Apart from that, the involvement between the company, employees and the community will foster a sense of ownership between each other in the company's existence, so that this CSR program can strengthen the relationship between the board of directors, company employees and the community.

This study aims to determine accountability in the financial management of Lembang sereale. This type of research uses qualitative research where the author observes, interviews, records, and analyzes the object of research, data obtained through interviews and documents obtained in connection with the problem studied. The results of this study show that Lembang's financial accountability is good as seen from the Minister of Home Affairs regulation no. 20 of 2018 starting from the process of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability has been implemented properly.

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy for the Kinako Fabric in Tana Toraja district. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely managing information data from observation based on the facts that exist in the Kinako Fabric Shop. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The stategy used at the Kinako Cloth Shop is the marketing mix 4P (Product), (Price), (Promotion), (Place). Product strategy in the from of adding cloth products, Pricing strategy by providing price discounts, Promotion strategy though social media facebook and whatsapp as well as direct promotion by word of mouth, the price is quite strategic and very easy to reach potential customers. This strategy is carried out to add customers and to increase sales results.

. This research aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, Saluputti District, Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses analysis and interpretation of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM). The results of research and discussion regarding the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, Saluputti District, Tana Toraja Regency based on PermenPAN-RB number 14 of 2017 are seen from the 9 elements that have been implemented, so the SKM value obtained after conversion is a service SKM unit of 87 .75 service quality B which means Good. Based on indicators of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, the SKM element was obtained whose highest value was cost reasonableness = 4 with a conversion value of 100, very good performance, and the lowest element was completion. time = 3.31, conversion value 82.75, good performance.

Nopi 'Sapa' 2023. Analysis of Consumer Behavior on Purchase Intention at the To'Pao Art Market. This research is to find out how to analyze consumer behavior towards buying interest in the to'pao art market. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research in which researchers develop consumer behavior towards buying interest at to'pao art markets. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that influence buying interest in the to'pao art market, namely: 1. Cultural factors influence a person's purchasing decision to follow the customs of the community, or ethnic groups collect and wear when attending certain events. 2. Social factors influence the influence of reference groups, family, and roles and status to cause a person to make a purchase intention in order to gain recognition in society. 3. Personal factors are influential because work, age, and economic conditions encourage someone to make a purchase intention. 4. Psychological factors affect purchase intention through motivation, information, and influence from other people so that it automatically causes a positive perspective on an item.

The aim of the research to be achieved is to analyze marketing Bauranes in PO. Metro Permai Bus Makale Utara District in increasing the number of passengers based on the marketing mix (7P marketing mix). The research method used is descriptive using a qualitative approach to provide an overview of the problem under study. The data analysis technique used is the marketing mix marketing strategy. Then the results obtained by applying the marketing mix mix are obtained that PO. Metro Permai Buses increase consumer interest by providing a variety of products according to customer needs and affordable prices for each type of bus, as for the location of the PO. The Metro Permai bus located in the city center is the right strategy that makes it easier for consumers when they want to buy tickets, making it easier to make payments via transfer so that consumers who are unable to pay can pay via transfer. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer decisions at kesu t-shirt distribution in North Toraja. The research data was obtained by using a questionnaire, documentation and direct observation on the kesu t-shirt distribution. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a total sample of 57 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 26. The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 4.172 + 0.105X1 + 0.222X2 + 0.215X3 + 0.095X4. Products influence consumer decisions. Prices affect consumer decisions. Promotion influences consumer decisions. Place influences consumer decisions. Products, prices, promotions, places influence consumer decisions at kesu t-shirt distributions. The determination result (R2) of 0.822 or 82.2% means that the dependent variable namely consumer decision (Y) can be explained by the independent variables product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), place (X4). While the remaining 17.8% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.
