Abstract

Developing spiritual intelligence can be interpreted as all efforts, steps, activities carried out both independently and with the help of others in order to develop spiritual intelligence. The development of this spiritual aspect does not have to be a program or a subject that specifically provides material on spirituality. However, this spiritual aspect can be developed more broadly and integrated through any activities. Although Zohar and Marshal only stated that we need a 'religious framework' as a guide to have and increase SQ potential, in this study, this will be used as something that is mandatory to then frames the development of spiritual intelligence. Thus the development of spiritual intelligence is an effort to develop, encourage and invite humans to be more advanced in matters relating to psychological, spiritual, mental, moral, or those relating to the spirit or soul, as well as working with their efforts or assumptions regarding transcendental values (divine values) with a monotheistic (integralistic) mindset and only because of Allah SWT.

Abstract

Introduction: Snacks are one of the foods favored by children. Children and snacks are two things that cannot be separated. One of the factors of this snack habit can worsen the nutritional state of children. Because children are often wrong and do not really understand in choosing snacks, especially if they are not guided by their parents. The role of parents is very important in the process of forming behavior in their children.The purpose of the study: to determine the "Relationship of the Role of Parents with Unsafe Snacking Behavior in School Age Children in RW 006 Parigi Lama Pondok Aren, South Tangerang. Methods: This research is a type of research in this writing is a descriptive analytic method using a cross sectional approach. Using non probability sampling method with quota sampling technique. The sample of this research is parents who have elementary school children which was held in January 2022 as many as 40 respondents. This study used a questionnaire about the role of parents and snacking behavior. Research Results: Based on the results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test, a p-value of 0.002 was obtained, which means that there is a relationship between the role of parents and unsafe snacking behavior in school-age children in RW 006 Parigi Lama Pondok Aren, South Tangerang. Suggestion: it is hoped that parents can implement healthy eating behavior for school-age children and add insight to parents to pay attention to snack consumption behavior in children in the home and school environment. So that it can minimize the risk of unwanted disease in children in the future and children can distinguish between safe and unsafe foods for consumption.

Abstract

Introduction : The excessive use of gadgets by students sometimes often causes problems in the learning process resulting in a decrease in learning concentration in children, especially school-age children. Gadget use has a detrimental effect on children's interpersonal skills if used too often. Another influence of mobile phones on student learning achievement is that students become more dependent on mobile phones rather than having to study. The purpose of research : In this study to determine the relationship between the use of gadgets and the concentration of learning in children aged at SDN Cibogo, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. Research methods : The research design is quantitative analytic with a cross sectional study approach. The sample in this study were school-age children using stratified random sampling technique with 53 respondents from a total population of 300 people at Cibogo Elementary School, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. Results of research : Shows high Gadget Use with high Learning Concentration as much as 7 with a percentage (26.9%), if respondents who have High Gadget Use with Low Learning Concentration are 19 with a percentage (73.1%), while respondents who have Low Gadget Use with Concentration 17 with a high learning percentage (63.0%), and respondents who have low gadget use with a low learning concentration are 10 with a percentage (37.0%). Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the use of gadgets and the concentration of learning in students of SDN Cibogo, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. and the results of the Odds Ratio (OR) 4.61 (1.4-14.8) indicate that respondents who have high use of gadgets will be at risk of experiencing low learning concentration. compared to respondents who have Low Gadget Use.

Abstract

Jumlah lansia di seluruh dunia saat ini meningkat setiap tahun, dan pertumbuhan populasi mereka melebihi kelompok usia lainnya. Semakin bertambahnya usia semakin membawa banyak perubahan misalnya, system saraf mengalami perubahan yang menyebabkan penurunan fungsi kognitif. Dampak dari penurunan fungsi kognitif dapat melupakan identitasnya, lupa nama anggota keluarga, dan tidak dapat menyelesaikan kegiatan aktivitas sehari-hari (Activity Daily Livng) yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitasnya dan kemandirian. Tujuan dalam penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat fungsi kognitif dengan kemampuan Activity Daily Living (ADL) pada lansia di posbindu rw 007 Kelurahan Bakti Jaya Tangerang Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah lansia yang berusia 60-74 tahun dan sampel sebanyak 36 responden dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan MMSE dan Indeks Barthel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 52.8% responden memiliki fungsi kognitif normal dan 58.3% responden memiliki kemampuan Activity Daily Living (ADL) yang mandiri. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (<0,05) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat fungsi kognitif dengan kemampuan Activity Daily Living (ADL) pada lansia di Posbindu Rw 007 Kelurahan Bakti Jaya. Simpulan penelitian ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh didapati tingkat fungsi kognitif lansia di Posbindu Rw 007 Kelutahan Bakti Jaya Tangerang Selatan dikatakan normal dan kemampuan Activity Daily Living (ADL) yang mandiri. Sarannya bagi lansia lansia untuk meningkatkan fungsi kognitif sehingga dapat mempertahankan kemandirian dalam melakukan Activity Daily Living (ADL)

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Masalah gizi terjadi pada setiap siklus kehidupan, mulai sejak dalam kandungan (janin), bayi, anak-anak, dewasa dan usia lanjut. Tiga tahun pertama dalam kehidupan merupakan masa kritis, karena pada masa ini terjadi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Gangguan gizi yang terjadi pada periode ini bersifat permanen, tidak dapat dipulihkan meskipun kebutuhan gizi pada periode berikutnya terpenuhi. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk memberikan informasi kepada seluruh orang tua dan masyarakat umum tentang pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi pada anak usia 1-3 tahun di posyandu kampung cilalung. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, desain yang digunakan yaitu jenis analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu orang tua dengan anak usia 1-3 tahun di posyandu kampung cilalung. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu lembar kuesioner dan lembar inform consend yang diberikan kepada orang tua. Analisis dengan Chi-Square Test (fisher exact test). Hasil Penelitian: Hasil Analisa bivariat pada Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Orang Tua Terhadap Pertumbuhan Anak dengan menggunakan chi-square menunjukan nilai P Value = 0.002 atau ( P < 0,05) hal ini menunjukan artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan diperoleh nilai P Value sebesar 6.268 dan nilai OR sebesar 0.458 dengan nilai kemaknaan (CI:95%) (0.337 – 0.623) yang diartikan nilai P value (> 0,05) dan hipotesis Ho diterima Kesimpulan: ada hubungan dan tidak ada hubungan pada penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari hasil bivariat. Saran: agar penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pembelajaran untuk seluruh pembaca khususnya bagi orang tua dan tenaga Kesehatan, supaya dapat memberikan asupan gizi seimbang pada anak balita supaya pertumbuhan tidak terganggu.

Abstract

This study investigates the extent to which employees’ perceptions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) shape their level of work engagement, positioning organizational commitment as an intervening mechanism. The analysis draws on the case of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol in Indonesia. Grounded in the growing academic discourse on internal CSR implications, this research employs a quantitative methodology involving a saturated sample of 161 employees. It utilizes Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for statistical evaluation. The findings reveal that employees’ perceptions of CSR have a positive and statistically significant effect on both organizational commitment and work engagement. Moreover, organizational commitment emerges as a key mediating construct that links CSR perception to employee engagement. These insights clarify the psychological mechanisms through which CSR initiatives impact employee attitudes, highlighting organizational commitment as a critical pathway to enhanced engagement. Ultimately, this study contributes to the literature on organizational behavior by presenting empirical evidence that reinforces the strategic relevance of internal CSR in fostering a committed and engaged workforce, particularly in the context of public infrastructure organizations.

Abstract

Independence in maintaining personal hygiene is a crucial aspect of preschool children's development. One of the factors influencing this development is the parenting style applied by parents. An appropriate parenting style can help children develop responsibility and independence from an early age. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting style and independence in personal hygiene among preschool children at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Serpong, South Tangerang, in 2024. This research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design and utilized Fisher’s Exact test for analysis. A total of 46 respondents were selected using simple random sampling. The results showed that the majority of parents applied a democratic parenting style (27 respondents or 54%), and most children were categorized as independent (31 respondents or 62%). The p-value obtained was 0.003. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between parenting style and independence in personal hygiene among preschool children at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Serpong, South Tangerang, in 2024

Abstract

Measurement of anti–severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody levels provides evidence of prior infection or vaccination. Persistent vaccine hesitancy underscores the importance of robust, evidence-based data to inform policy decisions. The aim of this study was to compare anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG seropositivity among vaccinated individuals, unvaccinated individuals, and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) survivors in the community during the pandemic. In this cross-sectional study, 517 participants were enrolled, including 167 vaccinated individuals, 97 COVID-19 survivors, and 253 unvaccinated individuals, selected through multistage cluster sampling of 40 clusters. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG seropositivity was defined as ≥50 AU/mL. Multivariable logistic regression was performed to evaluate associations between group type and seropositivity, adjusting for demographic factors, COVID-19 symptoms, hypertension, and body mass index (BMI). Vaccinated individuals demonstrated significantly higher odds of seropositivity compared with unvaccinated participants (odds ratio (OR)=5.60; 95% confidence interval (CI): 2.36–13.27). Covariates independently associated with seropositivity (p<0.05) included the presence of COVID-19 symptoms, hypertension, and BMI. Vaccination was strongly associated with increased anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG seropositivity in the community, independent of clinical and demographic factors. These findings support ongoing vaccination campaigns and highlight the relevance of comorbidities and symptomatic history in shaping humoral immune responses.
