Abstract

This study examines the roles and tasks of the Office of Marriage Counseling, Guidance and Preservation (BP4) in maintaining marriage in the globalization era. It is assumed that the Office is needed to give advice and counseling for the family to maintain its continuity. The study was carried out in Bengkulu and focused on the BP4’ roles. The study reveals people’s perception of the BP4, its roles and achievement. Although the BP4 has already succeeded in mediating broken families and these families can be reconciled, its systematic and comprehensive ways in realizing all its roles still in many ways need improving. This study, therefore, offers some concepts and ideas that the Office needs to take into consideration if it wants to improve its role in the future.

Abstract

Land is a very vital asset for humans who is given by God the Almighty, land is used as a place to live, a place to grow crops, a place to build various things and various other benefits so that people are competing to own it. Because land is so important to the community, it does not expect that many people own land in such a large number and on the other hand there are also many people who do not own a piece of land, this has created social inequality in the community even though the distribution of natural resource use must be evenly distributed among the people. all levels of society which is the mandate of the constitution. The problem in this writing is how is the implementation of article 7 of the UUPA concerning the prohibition of latifundia in the community and how the role of the government in this case is BPN to overcome land ownership by latifundia. The method used in this writing is the empirical normative method, which examines the laws and regulations or norms and concepts that apply and examines the implementation of these norms in society. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview to the community about the concepts and prohibitions of latifundia land ownership and what are the impacts and consequences as well as to provide an overview of the duties and authorities of BPN in overcoming these problems so that people become aware and aware of the law and are more careful in transacting in the land sector. which in turn can create an even distribution of land and an even distribution of community welfare.

Abstract

Purpose of the Study: This study explores the significance of adversity quotient (AQ) in education and provides strategies to develop AQ as a critical life skill for students. AQ refers to an individual’s ability to endure and overcome challenges by transforming their mindset and actions when confronted with adversity. The research focuses on understanding how AQ can shape student behavior and enhance academic and personal growth. Methodology: A qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach was employed in this study. Primary and secondary data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed to identify patterns and factors influencing AQ development in educational contexts. Main Findings: The study identifies seven key factors influencing AQ in students: competitiveness, creativity, risk-taking, self-improvement, perseverance, study habits, and adaptability. The findings also highlight a four-step process for improving AQ: (1) Listen—assess responses to adversity, (2) Explore—analyze the root causes and consequences of challenges, (3) Evaluate—examine evidence critically, and (4) Act—implement solutions proactively. The research underscores the importance of fostering AQ to help students navigate academic difficulties, enhance problem-solving skills, and build resilience in various contexts. Novelty/Originality of the Study: This study introduces a specialized educational model for developing students' adversity intelligence, integrating AQ with soft skills and entrepreneurial competencies. It provides insights into AQ’s role in academic performance, mental well-being, and life skills. Additionally, it investigates the relationship between AQ and entrepreneurial ability, positioning adversity intelligence as a cornerstone for holistic student development in modern education.

Abstract

This article examines the mechanisms of inheritance resolution in cases of different religions in several regions of Indonesia, namely North Sumatera, Central Java, Bengkulu, and East Java, focusing on integrating customary law, religious law, and state law in inheritance distribution. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is gathered through interviews, observations, and literature reviews on the practice of inheritance among families with different religions. The findings reveal that family deliberation remains the primary principle in resolving inheritance disputes despite the religious differences among heirs. Social and cultural values such as kinship, mutual assistance, and interfaith tolerance play a significant role in the inheritance process, with each region having its own ways of accommodating religious differences within families. The legal pluralism approach, which combines customary law, religious law, and state law, forms the foundation for developing a fair and inclusive national inheritance law. This article suggests strengthening the principle of deliberation, creating an adaptive legal unification, and formulating inclusive regulations for interfaith inheritance rights to create a harmonious and just inheritance system that aligns with the spirit of Indonesia's cultural diversity. AbstrakArtikel ini mengkaji mekanisme penyelesaian waris beda agama di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, yaitu Sumatera Utara, Jawa Tengah, Bengkulu, dan Jawa Timur, dengan fokus pada integrasi hukum adat, agama, dan negara dalam pembagian warisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kajian literatur mengenai praktik waris beda agama dalam masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat perbedaan agama di antara ahli waris, musyawarah keluarga menjadi prinsip utama dalam penyelesaian sengketa waris. Nilai sosial dan budaya seperti kekeluargaan, gotong royong, dan toleransi antaragama berperan penting dalam proses pembagian warisan, dengan setiap daerah memiliki cara-cara tersendiri dalam mengakomodasi perbedaan agama dalam keluarga. Pendekatan pluralisme hukum yang memadukan hukum adat, agama, dan negara menjadi landasan dalam pengembangan hukum waris nasional yang adil dan inklusif. Artikel ini menyarankan penguatan prinsip musyawarah, unifikasi hukum yang adaptif, serta penyusunan aturan inklusif untuk hak waris lintas agama, guna menciptakan sistem kewarisan yang harmonis dan adil sesuai dengan semangat keragaman budaya Indonesia.

Abstract

The article examines 2013 curriculum (K-13) implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject towards paradigm of scientific and characteristic. There were two issues to be discussed: First, how do the teachers plan the K-13 implementation? Second, how do the teachers implement the learning patterns of PAI subject according to K13? Qualitative approach was employed by understanding related-person performance in certain situation naturally, or without influenced by surrounding. In qualitative study analysis, inductive method was applied by overlooking initial hypothesis, while exploring the patterns, forms, and themes in examining data systematically. The present study found that the implementation of K-13 in PAI subject at State Vocational High School (SMKN) 2 Bengkulu run systematically and programmatically. The K-13 program was began with conducting training, designing program for annually, every semester, monthly, and daily, as well as for remedial program. The learning process of K-13 was implemented through introductory, core, and closing activities. The K-13 implementation indicated scientific-based learning, such as inquiry, discovery, problem solving, and video analysis. This implementation revealed that benefit to build religious character. Artikel ini secara umum mengkaji implementasi kurikulum 2013 (K-13) dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dengan paradigma saintifik dan karakter. Ada dua permasalahan yang akan dijawab dalam tulisan ini. Pertama, bagaimanakah  langkah-langkah perencanaan yang dilakukan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 yang berparadigma saintifik dan karakter,? Kedua, bagaimanakah langkah-langkah  guru  dalam mengimplementasikan pola pembelajaran PAI  sesuai paradigma kurikulum 2013 yang bercirikan saintifik dan karakter?  Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatitf. Sesuai dengan kerangka penelitian kualitatif, peneliti  memahami peristiwa dalam kaitannya dengan orang dalam situasi tertentu secara wajar, langsung apa adanya, tanpa dipengaruhi unsur-unsur dari lingkungan.  Analisis dalam peneletian kualitatif menggunakan  cara induktif dengan mengesampingkan hipotesis awal, namun mencari pola, bentuk dan tema-tema dalam mengungkapkan data secara sistematis.  Tulisan ini mengungkapkan temuan bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam mata pelajaran PAI di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 2 Bengkulu berjalan secara sistematis dan terprogram. Diawali dengan pelatihan kurikulum 2013 di kalangan guru PAI,  penyusunan program tahunan, program semester, program mingguan dan harian, dan program remedial. Implementasi   K-13 dalam  pembelajaran   melalui  kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajarannya terbukti menggunakan rambu-rambu saintifik, yaitu: inkuiri, diskoveri, pemecahan masalah, dan analisis video. Implementasinya terbukti bermanfaat secara positif  penanaman karakter religius.

Abstract

The Urgency of Entrepreneurial Education among Students in PTKI. This paper describes the reasonsfor the importance of entrepreneurial education in PTKI. This article assumes that entrepreneurial education willencourage students of PTKI to begin to recognize and open a business or entrepreneurship. Those who have anorientation to be employees should be changed to find jobs. Entrepreneurship- minded education is characterizedby applying the principles and methodologies towards developing life skills for learners through an integratedcurriculum developed in PTKI. Entrepreneurs have characteristics such as spirit of achievement, busy to look foropportunities, think big and whole, sharp intuition in business, bold and ready to take risks, tolerance of ambiguity,optimistic and hurry to improve, rapidly count and make decision, and encourage to be more prosperous.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencaaan, penerapan, dan evaluasi high order thinking skill (HOTS) pada mata pelajaran IPAS di kelas V SD IT Lantabur Pagar Alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan field research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi langsung di lapangan dengan sampel guru kelas V untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang fenomena yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah memilikii pemahaman yang baik tentang konsep HOTS yang mencakup kemampuan menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mengkreasi. Dalam implementasinya, guru menerapkan berbagai metode pembelajaran aktif seperti problem based learning (PBL), project based learning (PJBL), dan pembelajaran kolaboratif. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan melalui pemberian soal-soal yang memicu berpikir kritis, penggunaan penilaian rubrik untuk presentasi, serta tes lisan dan tertulis yang dirancang berdasarkan indikator kompetensi C4 dan C5. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang penerapan HOTS dalam pembelajaran IPAS di tingkat sekolah dasar dan dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan metode pembelajaran serupa di institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru Seni Budaya dan Prakarya (SBDP) dalam upaya melestarikan lagu-lagu nasional melalui materi pembelajaran pada siswa kelas V SDN 76 Kota Bengkulu serta menanamkan karakter cinta tanah air. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran SBDP SDN 76 Kota Bengkulu. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki strategi dalam melestarikan lagu-lagu nasional, di antaranya adalah mempelajari alat musik sambil menghafali not-not angka lagu-lagu nasional, Pendekatan kontekstual melalui cerita sejarah lagu, serta penggunaan metode menyanyi bersama dan diskusi makna lirik. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan rasa cinta tanah air, semangat nasionalisme, serta kepeduliam siswa terhadap budaya indonesia. Selain itu, penggunaan bahasa yang sesuai dan pendekaatan emosional juga menjadi faktor pendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran. Dengan Strategi yang tepat, pembelajaran SBDP tidak hanya menjadi media pengajaran seni, tetapi juga sarana pembentukan karakter siswa yang cinta terhadap bangsa dan negaranya.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the conception of Justice formulated by the Supreme Judge which is in accordance with the spirit of reform and the juridical-normative thinking method that can be used in formulating the conception of Justice and the role of the Supreme Judge in supporting the realization of legal reform in Indonesia. The type of research used is Normative legal research, normative legal research is research that examines vague norms, conflicting norms and empty norms. Meanwhile, the approach used is a conceptual approach, a statutory approach. The results of this paper show that the concept of justice formed in the Supreme Court's decision is Unity Justice, which is formulated based on: the value of justice that grows and develops in society, the norms of justice and applicable laws and regulations, the interests of achieving the goals of state life, and the interests of the development of community life and the normative juridical thinking method (even coupled with empirical) is not able to formulate complete justice (unity justice), therefore it is added with a holistic and integrative thinking approach and the role of the Supreme Judge in unifying or harmonizing the various dichotomies of the views of the parties that often lead to prolonged forms of conflict through a holistic and integrative approach.

Abstract

Pengelolaan royalti musik di Indonesia masih memunculkan persoalan keterbukaan informasi dan akuntabilitas, khususnya dalam mekanisme perhitungan, pengumpulan, dan distribusi oleh Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif Nasional (LMKN). Regulasi yang ada belum sepenuhnya menjamin transparansi, sementara birokrasi dan minimnya pengawasan independen menurunkan kepercayaan pencipta lagu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transparansi sistem pengelolaan royalti musik di Indonesia dengan fokus pada peran LMKN, serta merumuskan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas dan akuntabilitasnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif (normative legal research) dengan menelaah hukum tertulis, literatur relevan, dan dokumen kebijakan terkait pengelolaan royalti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMKN berperan sentral dalam pengelolaan royalti, namun menghadapi lima tantangan utama: (1) Mekanisme perhitungan royalti tidak terbuka, menyulitkan verifikasi oleh pencipta lagu. (2) Data penggunaan lagu pada Sistem Informasi Lagu dan Musik (SILM) tidak terintegrasi dan sering tidak akurat. (3) Tidak adanya audit independen rutin untuk memastikan integritas distribusi. (4) Birokrasi yang kompleks menyebabkan keterlambatan pembayaran hingga berbulan-bulan. (5) Rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi modern yang membatasi efisiensi. Kondisi ini berpotensi memicu sengketa hukum dan memperburuk ketidakpercayaan publik terhadap LMKN. Rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi penerapan teknologi blockchain, kemitraan dengan platform digital untuk verifikasi data penggunaan, revisi regulasi guna memperkuat kewajiban keterbukaan informasi, serta pembentukan lembaga pengawas independen yang berkelanjutan. Implementasi langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan sistem distribusi royalti yang lebih transparan, efisien, akuntabel, dan adil bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan di industri musik Indonesia.
