Abstract

Metodologi Penelitian merupakan bagian terpenting dalam suatu pelaksanaan penulisan karya ilmiah, yang mana pemahaman akan metodologi penelitian ini sudah harus diperkenalkan sejak awal. Oleh karena itu, pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan Pelatihan untuk mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang melaksanakan penelitian sebagai proyek akhir perkuliahannya. Hal ini dilakukan karena kurangnya tingkat pemahaman terhadap metodologi penelitian dan minimnya pengetahuan serta keahlian dalam proses analisis data. Dengan memanfaatkan metode direct action, kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dengan mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan serta pendampingan penulisan dan metodologi penelitian. Adapun Luaran yang diperoleh mahasiswa yaitu dalam bentuk proposal penelitian serta laporan penelitian yang menjadi bukti pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap metodologi penelitian serta analisis data.

Abstract

This study aims to find a map of the causes of poverty according to poor households, explain the determinant factors that influence the behavior of poor households and the level of community welfare, formulate the main strategy of effective poverty reduction based on the causes of poverty, design an effective empowerment model in improving household welfare. poor households and identify strategic roles that can be carried out by the government, especially development instructors in implementing poverty reduction strategies. This research was conducted in the district of Karawang. This research is motivated by the existence of gaps that occur between layers of the population in a society, where every policy that emphasizes direct attacks on the causes of poverty is a problem from the government. Neo-Liberal theory basically says that an important component of a society is indiviual freedom. Poverty is the absence of effential assets and opportunities to which every human being is entitled. Everyone should have access to basic education and primary health care.Poverty is better measured by measured by measures: basic education, health care, nutrition, clean water and sanitation, in addition to income, employement, and wages. The types of data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted through a series of procedures which included obtaining permits, compiling interview guidelines, determining informants, conducting field research, analyzing data, and preparing draft reports. The results of this study prove that fishing households optimize the role of family members in trying to overcome the problem of poverty, carry out a double income pattern by allocating their workforce to various types of work, facilitate diversification of fishing equipment in fishing communities, use productive organizations by actively participating in groups. social gatherings and recitation groups to help overcome the problem of poverty, the existence of social relations carried out by fishermen to maintain their existence

Abstract

Desa Tempuran memiliki potensi pengolahan ikan menjadi produk makanan siap jual karena bersebelahan dengan Desa Ciparagejaya yang merupakan lokasi TPI terintegrasi. Produktivitas tangkapan ikan nelayan Ciparagejaya seluruhnya masuk ke TPI. Jika dihitung, perharinya mencapai 10 – 20 ton ikan. Desa Tempuran yang memiliki jumlah wanita 2.641 jiwa (data tahun 2019). Berdasarkan survey awal, diketahui bahwa jumlah wanita di desa ini berpotensi untuk melakukan kegiatan produktif pada fase proses produksi maupun pasca produksi sehingga pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat meningkat. Wanita di desa ini dapat mengembangkan hasil ikan dari Desa Ciparagejaya dengan mengolahnya menjadi produk makanan bergizi dan siap jual. TIM PKM melakukan pelatihan pembuatan 3 olahan makanan bergizi berbahan dasar ikan dan siap jual serta pelatihan digital marketing, kemasan, perencanaan keuangan dan akuntansi sederhana. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah, peningkatan pengetahuan wanita di Desa Tempuran tentang pengolahan produk makanan berbasis ikan.

Abstract

This research intends to examine how Social Media Marketing impacts Donation Decision Mediated by Brand Trust at Kitabisa.com. Social Media Marketing as exogenous variable, Brand Trust as mediating variable and Donation Decision as endogenous variable. This research was conducted on social media users who have donated to Kitabisa.com who were found in the West Jakarta area. The background of this research is the changes in people's behavior who have started to do various things, including donating activities using technology and the internet because they are able to provide convenience in doing these things, which has resulted in various new innovations to channel donations online emerging from those who see this as an opportunity. This research about utilized tests taken by purposive sampling technique utilizing Hair computation strategy as numerous as 145 respondents. The analytical technique utilized is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the quality of direct and indirect connections among various variables. The comes of this exploration demonstrate that Social Media Marketing has an impact on Donation Decision, Brand Trust influences Donation Decision, Social Media Marketing has an effect on Brand Trust, and Social Media Marketing affects Donation Decision through Brand Trust

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effect of Service Quality through Interpersonal Communication on Customer Satisfaction in the manufacture of E-KTP in the Sukamulya sub-district, Tangerang. This study involved 240 respondents, analysis of the data using Path Analysis with SEM LISREL data analysis of the customer satisfaction variable as an endogenous variable, interpersonal communication as an intervening variable, service quality variable as an exogenous variable. Sources of data in this study use primary data and secondary data. The study results indicate that the service quality variable directly has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Interpersonal communication directly has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality directly has a significant effect on interpersonal communication. Service quality indirectly has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through interpersonal communication. This research implies that Sukamulya Village, Tangerang, in general, needs efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Through interpersonal communication, efforts to increase customer satisfaction can be made with service quality. Efforts to improve service quality in Sukamulya, Tangerang will strengthen customer satisfaction. Improved interpersonal communication of Sukamulya Sub-district Tangerang employees will be effective in strengthening customer satisfaction if the information provided to the community is appropriate and acceptable Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, E-KTP Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Service Quality melalui Communication Interpersonal terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada pembuatan E-KTP di kelurahan sukamulya tangerang. Penelitian ini melibatkan 240 responden, analisis terhadap data menggunakan Path Analysis dengan analisis data SEM LISREL terhadap variable customer satisfaction sebagai variable endogen, communication interpersonal sebagai variable intervening, variabel service quality sebagai variable eksogen. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable service quality secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Commonuciation interpersonal secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Service quality secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap communication interpersonal. Service quality secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction melalui communication interpersonal. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini, Kelurahan sukamulya Tangerang secara umum perlu upaya memelihara dan meningkatkan customer satisfaction. Upaya meningkatkan customer satisfaction dapat dilakukan dengan service quality melalui communication interpersonal. Upaya peningkatan service quality di kelurahan sukamulya tangerang akan efektif memperkuat customer satisfaction. Peningkatan communication interpersonal karyawan kelurahan sukamulya Tangerang akan efektif memperkuat customer satisfaction jika informasi yang diberikan kepada masyarakat sesuai dan dapat diterima. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of e-service quality on the reuse decision of PrivyID on apps through e-trust as an intervening variable. The analytical method used is SEM and PLS, with 150 respondents for application users in South Jakarta. The sample in this study used the non-probability sampling method. This study has several problems, such as difficulty accessing personal to enterprise accounts, the absence of a direct document repair feature, the lack of customer service responsiveness to customer inquiries, weak validity of digitally signed documents using manual stamps, and user difficulties when verifying data. This study indicates that e-service quality has a significant effect on reuse decisions. Meanwhile, e-trust has a substantial impact on reuse decisions, and e-service quality considerably impacts e-trust. Finally, this study shows that e-service quality indirectly affects reuse decision e-trust. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Reuse Decision, E-Trust Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality aplikasi PrivyID terhadap reuse decision melalui e-trust sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dan Partial Least Square (PLS), sebanyak 150 responden pada pengguna aplikasi yang berada di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa masalah seperti kesulitannya akses dari akun personal ke akun enterprise, tidak adanya fitur perbaikan dokumen secara langsung, kurang responsifnya customer service terhadap pertanyaan pelanggan, lemahnya keabsahan dokumen yang ditandatangan digital dengan penggunaan materai manual, dan terdapat kesulitan pengguna saat melakukan verifikasi data (swafoto). Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reuse decision. Sementara itu e-trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reuse decision dan e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-trust. Terakhir e-service quality berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap reuse decision melalui e-trust. Kata kunci: E-Service Quality, Reuse Decision, E-Trust

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji juga meneliti pengaruh Locus of Control, Lingkungan Kerja melalui Self-Efficacy Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. TD Automotive Compressor Indonesia. Locus of Control dan Lingkungan Kerja sebagai variabel eksogen, Self-Efficacy sebagai variabel intervening dan Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel endogen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. TD Automotive Compressor Indonesia. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah pengembangan atau peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kompetensi para karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan dan fungsinya secara optimal. Hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan pada PT. TD Automotive Compressor Indonesia seperti Locus of Control, Lingkungan Kerja, Self-Efficacy, dan Kinerja Karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan metode Non Probability Sampling menggunakan teknik quota sampling sebanyak 200 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) untuk menguji kekuatan baik dari hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung diantara berbagai variabel. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Locus of Control tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Self-Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Locus of Control tidak berpengaruh terhadap Self-Efficacy, Lingkungan Kerja berpengarug terhadap Self-Efficacy, Locus of Control melalui Self-Efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan kerja melalui Self-Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Kata Kunci : Locus Of Control, Lingkungan Kerja, Self Efficacy, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti adanya pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap employee engagement dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kemenko PMK. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kemenko PMK, dengan kriteria pegawai bagian Biro Umum dan SDM, yang berusia diatas 25 tahun dan mempunyai pengalaman kerja diatas 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 71 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy. Variabel lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap employee engagement melalui self efficacy. Kemudian, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap employee engagaement melalui self efficacy. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini pada Kemenko PMK diharapkan agar mempertahankan lingkungan kerja yang tenang dengan tujuan meningkatkan produktivitas individu dengan meminimalisir gangguan eksternal, motivasi kerja dapat ditingkatkan dengan prestasi dan tanggung jawab pegawai. Selanjutnya, self efficacy dapat ditingkatkan dengan menganalisis keterlibatan pegawai dalam sebuah pekerjaan.

Abstract

The results of the literature review indicate that key performance indicators (KPIs) can be used to monitor employee performance relevant to the company's strategic goals. KPIs also help identify areas requiring attention and improvement. Additionally, the discussion emphasizes that KPIs need to be tailored to the needs of each industry. KPIs are used to ensure that every employee within the company works towards the same goals. The balanced scorecard (BSC) is used to integrate KPIs into a broader framework with four main perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The BSC provides a comprehensive view of the company's performance and helps identify and address issues the company may face. Abstract

This study examines the impact of product knowledge and brand image on purchasing decisions through word of mouth at IMURAL, a commercial art company specializing in murals. The research focuses on consumers who use IMURAL's services and professionals in the field of interiors and architecture in South Jakarta. The study addresses the lack of public awareness about murals, the negative perception of murals as vandalism, and the limited promotional media for IMURAL. The sample consists of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis are used to assess the relationships between variables. The findings suggest that brand image significantly influences purchasing decisions, while product knowledge does not. Additionally, word of mouth significantly affects purchasing decisions, and both product knowledge and brand image indirectly impact purchasing decisions through word of mouth. These findings highlight the importance of brand image and word of mouth in shaping consumers' purchasing decisions and emphasize the potential of murals as a form of interesting and personalized art.
