Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of E-Service Quality and Internet Banking Features in influencing reuse decisions, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. The research focuses on Internet Banking users of HSBC Indonesia, Tomang Branch. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). A total of 200 respondents were selected using non-probability sampling and responded to a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. The results indicate that both E-Service Quality and Internet Banking Features do not have a direct significant effect on reuse decisions. However, they significantly influence customer satisfaction, which in turn has a strong direct impact on reuse decisions. Furthermore, customer satisfaction effectively mediates the relationship between E-Service Quality and Internet Banking Features on reuse intention. The findings suggest that enhancing privacy protection, ease of access, and interface design can improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty in digital banking. The study is limited by its single institution focus and geographic scope, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Future research is encouraged to include multiple banks and broader regional contexts to validate these results.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of competence, training, and career development on the performance of teachers at SMP XYZ in Bekasi City. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 teachers. The sampling technique applied was the saturated sample method, ensuring all teachers participated as respondents. Instrument validity and reliability tests confirmed that all questionnaire items were both valid and reliable for analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between the independent variables (competence, training, and career development) and the dependent variable (teacher performance). The results revealed that competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, indicating that higher levels of teacher competence contribute directly to improved performance. However, training and career development did not show statistically significant effects on teacher performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.547 indicates that 54.7% of the variance in teacher performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 45.3% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. These findings emphasize the critical role of teacher competence in enhancing educational outcomes and suggest that schools should prioritize competence development to improve teacher performance effectively.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) refers to employees' extra-role behaviors that support the overall functioning of an organization. In the context of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the combination of a strong organizational culture, the implementation of a learning organization approach, and the utilization of Information Technology (IT) can create synergies that foster the development of OCB. The aim of this research is to explore how organizational culture can foster OCB through the implementation of a learning organization and information technology in SMEs. This study is a literature review employing a qualitative approach. Data were collected from scholarly articles obtained through Google Scholar from 1995 to 2024 using relevant keywords. The findings indicate that in the context of globalization and rapid technological advancement, the role of organizational culture, the implementation of learning organization concepts, and the use of information technology are key factors in developing OCB in MSMEs. OCB, encompassing voluntary behaviors beyond official duties, has a significant positive impact on productivity and overall organizational performance. A strong organizational culture, the principles of a learning organization, and prudent information technology usage can synergistically work to enhance OCB in SMEs.

The era of globalization signifies an increase in competition in the global market, with large organizations facing pressure to continuously adapt to rapid and complex changes in the global business environment. Information technology plays a pivotal role in business transformation in the digital era. The development of new technologies and changes in IT infrastructure affect how organizations operate and compete in the global market. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of change management strategies on the readiness of large organizations in the globalization era. Abstract

The legal relationship between employees and employers is essentially fair, despite differences in socio-economic status. However, in practice, labor relations often experience disharmony due to violations of collective labor agreement provisions. This study aims to analyze the legal standing of collective labor agreements in resolving industrial relations disputes between workers and employers. The research method employs a normative approach by analyzing legislation and relevant court decisions. The findings reveal that collective labor agreements possess binding legal force once registered with the industrial relations court and can serve as a legal basis in labor dispute resolution. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing the position of collective labor agreements as an independent legal source, rather than merely a supplement to individual employment contracts. Furthermore, this study highlights the limited authority of industrial relations courts to annul such agreements—an issue rarely explored in previous studies. Thus, a thorough understanding of the legal power and limitations of collective agreements is crucial in building a just and sustainable industrial relations system.

Abstract

This study aimed to influence employment status on employee retention, employee engagement, and workload at PT. Kabelindo Murni Tbk in the Building Wire production line. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that employees with PKWTT (permanent employment status) have higher engagement and motivation compared to PKWT (contract) employees. PKWTT employees feel more involved in decision-making and more valued, while PKWT employees feel limited by their contract status, which leads to lower loyalty and retention. Although both groups face significant workloads, PKWTT employees are more flexible in managing their time and tasks. These findings provide insights into management to design policies that support increased employee engagement and retention, as well as more efficient workload management.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in improving societal welfare, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia, which continues to face economic challenges such as unemployment, poverty, social inequality, and low productivity. Through entrepreneurship, individuals are encouraged to be creative, innovative, and willing to take risks, enabling them to create new jobs and reduce unemployment rates. The roles of entrepreneurship include stimulating economic growth, increasing state revenue through taxation, fostering social change, creating diverse business opportunities, reducing economic disparities, enhancing productivity, and strengthening national economic development. Entrepreneurs also integrate production factors such as capital, skills, labor, and natural resources to generate greater economic value. Therefore, fostering entrepreneurship is essential as a sustainable economic development strategy to achieve better welfare for Indonesian society.

Abstract

This community service program, focusing on Entrepreneurship Education, is designed to foster a new generation of independent, science- and technology-based entrepreneurs. The theme was chosen based on the current social reality, where the high number of workers is not commensurate with the availability of jobs, thus triggering rising unemployment rates. The program's partner, SMK Negeri 2 Jakarta, faces major challenges in the form of limited extracurricular activities that can support the development of students' entrepreneurial spirit, as well as students' limited knowledge and skills in understanding the business world comprehensively. This condition results in a low number of graduates choosing entrepreneurship as a career path. Therefore, the goal of this program is to improve entrepreneurial competency among students, with the specific goal of forming a community of independent students with the practical skills to manage their own businesses. Activities include seminars, training, and intensive entrepreneurial mentoring with SMK Negeri 2 Jakarta as a partner. The program was attended by 110 students and 15 teachers and educational staff. To assess the success of the program, an evaluation was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to measure participants' level of understanding and by comparing business results before and after the program was implemented. The final results showed a significant increase in students' understanding and entrepreneurial skills, which was reflected in the increase in sales of entrepreneurial products and services in the partner school environment.
