Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of inflation, foreign direct investment (FDI) and government expenditure to economic growth in Indonesia also to identify and analyze the effect of inflation, FDI and government expenditure to economic growth in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series. Based on the data obtained, the average development of economic growth in Indonesia during the period 2000-2017 was 5.29%. Based on the F test the independent variables tend to influence the dependent variable. In the t-test is known that inflation does not affect the economic growth in Indonesia, while FDI and government expenditure has a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. The R2 value is 0,594602, amounting to 59.46% means that economic growth is affected by inflation, FDI and government expenditure, 40.54% influenced by other factors that were not included in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab menurunnya penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan  di Kota Jambi periode 2001-2009 dan berapa besar efisiensi dan efektivitas penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan  di Kota Jambi serta potensi penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan  Kota Jambi dan juga Mengapa kontribusi pajak penerangan jalan terhadap Pajak Daerah, PAD dan terhadap APBD Kota Jambi periode 2001-2009 masih sangat kecil serta Faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan pada APBD Kota Jambi periode 2001-2009 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Rata-rata rasio penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan dalam kawasan terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah adalah sebesar 6,41 persen. Tetapi jika dilihat dari rasionya ternyata selama tahun 2001-2009 kontribusi penerimaan parkir dalam kawasan terhadap pajak daerah mengalami penurunan tiap tahunnya sebesar 6,8 persen. Kontribusi penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan terhadap total penerimaan pada APBD terjadi penurunan, artinya peranan penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan semakin kecil terhadap APBD yaitu rata-rata menurun 9,88 persen pertahunnya yaitu berkisar antara 0,43 persen dan terus menurun sampai 0,14 persen tahun 2008 dan tahun2009 meningkat menjadai 0,16 persen. Faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan(dalam kawasan dan luar kawasan) pada APBD Kota Jambi  periode 2001-2009 jumlah dari kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat dimana, menunjukan bahwa setiap terjadi peningkatan jumlah dari kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat satu persen, akan mempengaruhi peningkaran  0,13 persen penerimaan pajak penerangan jalan(dalam kawasan dan luar kawasan) pada APBD di Kota Jambi.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the development of the gini ratio and income per capita and to prove whether the hypothesis of Kuznets (U-inverted curve) applies in Jambi Province. To prove whether the Kuznets hypothesis applies in Jambi Province through an analysis of the relationship between per capita income and the gini ratio. The results of the study found that the growth of per capita income in Jambi Province was followed by the development of relatively fluctuating income inequality. Therefore, the Kuznets' hypothesis is not valid in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors supporting and inhibiting the achievement of revenue targets, the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax receipts and motor vehicle name transfer fees, and their relationship with the original income of Jambi Province. This study used a quantitative descriptive method, where the data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. The results of the qualitative analysis show that the determination of the target of motor vehicle tax revenue and motor vehicle name transfer fee in Jambi Province is still done manually based on the latest achievement/realization data plus the percentage that is expected to be achieved following the existing upward trend. from previous years. The results of the quantitative analysis show that the motor vehicle tax revenue and the transfer of motor vehicle name transfer duties in 2014-2018 in Jambi Province have not been effective following the potential for motor vehicle tax revenue and motor vehicle name transfer fee. Besides, there is also no significant relationship between the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax receipts and the effectiveness of the transfer of motor vehicle name transfer fees on the Regional Original Revenue of Jambi Province during 2014-2018, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Jambi City has several impoverished residents, which is counted 16.632 with the family head. 1) The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of social and economic income of poor household heads in Jambi city 2) Analyzing the influence of education level, type of work, and the number of dependents significantly partially affect the income of poor household heads in Jambi City. With data primary and analyze descriptive and double regression. The results of this study are the level of education, type of work, and the number of simultaneously significant effects on the income of poor heads of households. The level of education, the type of work, and the number of dependents partially have a positive and significant impact on the income of poor household heads. The most dominant independent variables affecting the income of poor household heads in Jambi City are the dependent variable variables.

Abstract

This research analyzes: (1) the development of per capita income, School Participation Rate, poverty, Special Allocation Fund, government expenditure, and the education index in Jambi Province (2002–2022), (2) their influence on the education index, and (3) strategies to enhance the index through the Special Allocation Fund. Using quantitative descriptive methods, data from the Central Statistics Agency, Department of Education, and Regional Development Planning Agency were analyzed. Results show fluctuating trends in key variables and confirm that per capita income, School Participation Rate, Special Allocation Fund, and government expenditure significantly impact the education index. A Strengths-Opportunities strategy is recommended, focusing on: (1) expanding educational access in rural areas, (2) balancing teacher and staff distribution, (3) improving facility audits, (4) enhancing learning processes with better facilities and staff training, (5) fostering community collaboration for conducive environments, and (6) optimizing facility use to improve student outcomes and graduate quality. To improve the education index, local governments should strengthen Dapodik operator capacity through training and enhance coordination between the Department of Education and schools for accurate reporting and facility planning.
