Abstract

Pencarian informasi alumni perguruan tinggi dilakukan supaya dapat menentukan seberapa lama masa yang dibutuhkan agar mendapatkan pekerjaan. Dalam tahap peningkatan mutu sebuah perguruan tinggi, alumni mengambil peran penting, sebab kualitas pembelajaran pada perguruan tinggi dapat dikatakan sudah cukup baik apabila alumninya cepat terserap didalam dunia kerja. Pencarian informasi (tracer study) diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan oleh pihak USM Career and graduated Class (UCAC) kepada para alumni. Informasi tersebut terdiri dari data-data para alumni pada tahun 2019-2020 dan kemudian digunakan untuk mendapatkan dan memperkirakan lama waktu tunggu yang dibutuhkan para lulusan USM hingga memperoleh pekerjaan setelah dinyatakan lulus studi sarjana. Algoritma KNN digunakan dalam penelitian ini, hal tersebut dikarenakan metode KNN mampu memprediksi masa tunggu alumni dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya. Adapun kompetensi yang berdampak terhadap masa tunggu alumni dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan dapat diperoleh melalui hasil analisis penelitian ini, seperti keterampilan dalam menggunakan komputer, manajemen pengolahan waktu, kemampuan dalam menganalisis, serta disiplin ilmu. Hasil implementasi algoritma KNN dengan mencoba nilai K dari 1-100 yang memiliki akurasi tertinggi mencapai 98,84%. A search for information on university alumni was carried out in order to determine how long it would take to get a job. In the stage of progress in the quality of a university, alumni play an important role, because the quality of learning at a university can be said to be quite good if the alumni are quickly absorbed into the world of work. The search (tracer study) was obtained through a questionnaire distributed by the USM Career and Graduate Class (UCAC) to alumni. This information consists of data from alumni in 2019-2020 and is then used to obtain examples of the length of time to employment needed for USM graduates to get a job after graduating from undergraduate studies. The KNN algorithm was used in this research, this is because the KNN method is able to predict the time to employment for alumni compared to other methods. Competencies that have an impact on the time to employment for alumni to get a job can be obtained through the results of this research analysis, such as skills in using computers, time management, analytical skills, and scientific discipline. The results of implementing the KNN algorithm by trying K values from 1-100 have the highest accuracy reaching 98.84%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to contribute to building behavioral intentions through service quality and experience quality. Perceived Value is expected to play a role as a mediation in tourism objects in the city of Semarang. The population is all visitors to tourist attractions in the city of Semarang, while the sample is determined on the basis of Tables Isaac and Michael of 190, respondents are determined using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Path analysis is used as an analytical tool with the Sobel test to determine the results of mediation between exogenous and endogenous variables. The results of hypothesis testing show that behavior intention can be manifested by service quality and experience quality through perceived value as mediation. Perceived value can be implied through service quality and experience quality while Perceived Value directly significantly influences Behavior Intention. The results of the Sobel test calculation show a value of 2.114 meaning that the Service quality and Experience quality variables have a significant influence on Behavioral Intention through Perceived Value. The Adjusted R-Square value obtained is 0.868, meaning that behavioral intention can be explained by service quality, experience quality and perceived value of 86.8% and the remaining 13.2% is explained by other variables outside this study

Abstract

A good and strong visual identity is a tool in building a brand because it functions to form an impression that influences consumer perceptions. The longer people are familiar with a particular brand, the more likely they are to have a positive attitude toward that brand. In fact, by changing the visual identity of a product, it can also change or improve the brand image in the community and create an Identity. This is what is meant by the concept of brand loyalty, and vice versa if consumers get a negative stimulus from a visual identity of a brand, the biggest possibility is that consumers cancel the desire to try or make repeat purchases. To represent an identity, a logo and a visual system are needed, so that they are important assets in a company, institution, or product as an identity. This need is needed by various levels of business, including MSMEs. This community service program emphasizes increasing the competence of MSME actors in maximizing the potential for selling business products by strengthening the visual identity of the logo. The implementation of this service involves teaching staff (lecturers) from the Information Systems Study Program, Informatics Engineering and Communication Studies as well as students. This program collaborates with as many as 15 (Fifteen) MSME participants to create an identity design and its application media. In its implementation, the design starts from product analysis and then visual output is made, from illustrations to colors.

Abstract

Metode data mining merupakan metode yang banyak digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mencari sebuah informasi dari sebuah kumpulan data-data, penelitian ini menggunakan object data lulusan mahasiswa Universitas Semarang. Data yang kita ambil yaitu dari jurusan Teknik Elektro dan Teknik Sipil.Dengan menggunakan metode data mining terutama algoritma K-Means dan Fuzzy C-Means dapat mengidentifikasi ketepatan lulusan di jurusan Teknik Elektro dan Teknik Sipil. Dimana ada tiga cluster yaitu tepat waktu, tidak tepat waktu dan over studi.Dari hasil penelitian dihasilkan validitas K-Means lebih kecil dan lebih baik, dengan validitas DBI sebesar 2.022, sedangkan FCM dengan validitas XBI didapatkan validitas sebesar 11.948. Dengan kesimpulan lulusan lama studi 4 tahun lebih 2 bulan dengan IPK rata-rata 3.13, sedangkan lama studi 4 tahun dengan ipk 3.42, dan untuk mahasiswa dengan lama studi 5 tahun lebih rata-rata ipk 2.88.

Abstract

Media sosial merupakan wadah untuk mencurahkan kata-kata melalui tulisan pada dunia maya (online), sehingga pada nantinya akan dapat dilihat oleh banyak orang baik yang dikenal maupun tidak dikenal. Twitter merupakan jejaring sosial atau media sosial yang memiliki teks terbatas, yaitu memiliki   Panjang teks sebanyak 280 karakter. Metode crawling merupakan metode yag digunakan untuk pengambilan data dari media sosial yang dapat digunakan sebagai developer application.Crawling data pada media sosial twitter ini menggunakan aplikasi spyder python 3.7 yang berada didalam aplikasi anaconda. Dengan aplikasi tersebut akan di dapatkan data-data berkenaan dengan capres 2019. data-data tersebut akan diolah menggunakan metode K-Means. Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan K-Means di dapatkan untuk cluster 1 (Jokowi) muncul sebanyak 3 kali sedangkan untuk cluster 2 (Prabowo) muncul sebanyak 1 kali.

Abstract

Firewall atau keamanan sangat di perlukan untuk jaringan internet pada saat ini dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi internet dan semakin berkembangnya berbagai macam ancaman dari dunia maya entah itu virus maupun yang lainya firewall merupakan alat atau software keamana jaringan seperti pada hadware jaringan pada umumnya dan firewall Application Gateway ini sangat   sesui diterapkan pada model jaringan internet dengan sekala menengah maupun sekala besar, suatu kampus dengan jaringan yang sangat luas dan besar sangat memerlukan firewall untuk keamana jaringan localnya.Stateful pada firewall merupakan bagian penting untuk memfilter suatu paket ada yang di minta dan di kirim kepada penguna jaringan internet. Pada bagian ini sangat riskan terhadap serangan keamanan. Keamanan pada data di suatu instansi sangat di perlukan supaya mencegah kebocoran data kepada pihak pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab serta penyalahgunaan data.  Serangan terhadap keamanan sistem informasi (security attack) dewasa ini seringkali terjadi. Kejahatan computer (cyber crime)pada dunia maya seringkali dilakukan oleh sekelompok orang yang ingin menenembus suatu keamanan sebuah sistem. Aktivitas ini bertujuan untuk mencari, mendapatkan, mengubah, dan bahkan menghapus informasi yang ada pada sistem tersebut jika memang benar-benar dibutuhkan

Abstract

Presently, the rapid advancement of technology is ongoing, and digital platforms have become an omnipresent resource for professionals in business, forming an integral part of a holistic marketing strategy. Social media is now used to introduce a product or service from a company, organization, or government. Along with the development of technology and information, nowadays many online shops have sprung up in various groups, from teenagers to adults. One of local company that uses Instagram social media to spread information about their company's products is Erigo. This study aims to analyze and examine the factors influencing of brand image, information quality and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions of Erigo Brand product in Instagram. The study utilized quantitative methods along with regression analysis techniques for its research methodology.. The sampling method used purposive sampling and the number of samples used in this study amounted to 80 respondents source was distribution online questionnaires via WhatsApp to customers who had purchased Erigo brand products through Instagram. The data were analyzed with SPSS’ 26 and was carried out by several tests such as test : validity, realibility, classic assumption, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results that the brand image, information quality and celebrity endorser have a significant and positive effect partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions of Erigo brand product. Meanwhile, brand trust can provide the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions of Erigo brand products.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought significant changes in all fields, including the tourism sector. This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe tourism promotion through Instagram social media in the city of Semarang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Since the research was still ongoing during the Covid-19 pandemic, the research was carried out using an online system using the Questionnaire and Interview instrument which was also conducted online through the WA application. The informants are Instagram account admins, Instagram social media users, academics in the tourism sector, and travel agencies that use Instagram social media as a promotional medium. The result of the research is that tourism promotion in Semarang City through Instagram social media is carried out by designing content, determining platforms, designing programs, program applications, and monitoring and evaluation. Abstract

Degree certificate legalization system with encryption security feature using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) in Semarang University has a purpose to support academic to do online document legalization through a system. The main problem which occurs in academic administration is a long document legalization process that causes an ineffective and inefficient legalization process. To solve the problem, a system that can encrypt a document for better security is required. This system is built with the Advanced Encryption Standard algorithm with a 128-bit sized key to encrypt confidential information inside the document. During the encryption process, this algorithm operates using 4x4 bit array blocks and passing many encryption processes for at least 10 (ten) times. The application is analyzed with object-oriented analysis and modeled with Unified Modeling Language.  The result of this research is a system which can secure document with AES algorithm with a 256-bit sized key. The security element in this algorithm will make easier to identify the owner of the document. The secured document is easily accessible through PHP-based web or available QR code. When decrypting the document, the application will activate the camera function and decrypt the information document.
