Abstract

Tujuan Pelatihan " Bahasa Inggris Menghadapi Turis Asing " diselenggarakan untuk para pelaku UMKM Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage adalah: UMKM mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris dalam menyambut dan menyapa wisatawan asing serta menawarkan produk mereka secara detail dan menjawab pertanyaan dengan lancar sehingga bisa membangun kepercayaan dan kenyamanan wisatawan asing saat berkunjung ke Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage.Disamping itu para pelaku UMKM juga dapat memasarkan produk mereka kepada target pasar yang lebih luas. Metode Pelatihan : 1)  Sharing pengetahuan tentang pentingnya kemampuan komunikasi dalam bahasa inggris dalam menyambut tamu asing yang berkunjung serta sharing pengetahuan tentang  bagaimana  berkomunikasi dengan turis asing mulai dari menyapa, memperkenalkan diri serta menawarkan produk mereka. 2) Peserta pelatihan berlatih dengan cara sederhana berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris bagaimana menyapa dengan ramah serta bagaimana menawarkan produk mereka sedemikian rupa sehingga turis asing tertarik dan pada akhitrnya membeli produk mereka. 3) Peserta juga mempelajari bagaimana bercerita tentang sejarah Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage sehingga membuat para wisatawan nyaman dan terkesan yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada citra positip bagi kampoeng kajoetangan heritage. Hasil dari Pelatihan: 1) Peningkatan  Keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa inggris. 2) Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan pada Turis Asing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Tonne Vape House Malang melalui pendekatan SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dibangun berdasarkan kekuatan internal dan aspirasi bersama mampu meningkatkan semangat kerja, loyalitas, dan performa individu dalam organisasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mendorong pelaku UKM untuk mengadopsi pendekatan berbasis potensi dalam merancang strategi pengembangan SDM secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examined the impact of board size, gender diversity, and board meetings on carbon emission disclosure among ten Indonesian state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2024. Purposive sampling was employed, yielding 50 observations. The findings suggest that board size has a significant impact on carbon emission disclosure. The frequency of board meetings does not affect carbon disclosure. Gender diversity has a positive impact on carbon disclosure. These results suggest that the effectiveness of governance in promoting sustainability reporting depends on the board's genuine involvement with environmental issues, and that structural board qualities alone may not guarantee greater environmental transparency

Abstract

This research aims to explain the benefits of digital marketing and the application of packaging in business development at 3 Japanese food in Malang City. Apart from that, this research also reveals what happens if you don’t implement digital marketing and packaging in business development. The research results show that here are changes before and after utilizing digital marketing and implementing packaging in business development at 3 Japanese foods in Malang City.

Abstract

The service activities at "Omah Jamur Ayu" are a continuation of the business school activities held by "Lazis Sabilillah" and in collaboration with "STIE Malangkucecwara Malang" and other partners. The aim of this service activity is to carry out a study to imitate the experience and success of the achievements made by Omah Jamur Ayu. This mock study was carried out with the aim of bringing benefits, increasing synergy and building cooperation with MSMEs assisted by Sabilillah. The method used was by conducting program outreach, providing materials, training and mentoring. As a result of this activity, MSME participants gained knowledge about developing mushroom seeds, caring for the mushroom growth process, harvesting mushrooms and managing mushrooms into processed dishes that are ready to be served in restaurants. The training material includes making crispy mushrooms with various flavors, namely BBQ, blackpaper and teriyaki; various soups (Ayu mushroom tomyum, Ayu mushroom capjay, Ayu mushroom asparagus) and various snacks (mushroom brontak, mushroom samosa and mushroom lumpiah) trained by experienced trainers

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of perceptions of trust, convenience and security on the use of mobile banking. This research uses quantitative data with a causal approach. The population used in this research was 817 active STIE Malangkucecwara students who used the mobile banking application. The sampling technique in this research used incidental sampling. And based on the Slovin formula, the samples in this study were 90 samples. In this research, the data analysis methods used include the classic assumption test which includes, among others; normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test as well as hypothesis testing which includes the coefficient of determination test and t test. Based on the research results, it shows that perceptions of trust, perceptions of convenience, and perceptions of security influence the use of mobile banking.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenahi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah di Bank syariah Indonesia cabang Malang sebanyak 245 nasabah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 152 responden ditentukan menggunakan pendekatan Taro Yamane. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas produk melalui kepuasan nasabahtidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dan kualitas produk melalui kepuasan nasabah tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah.
