Abstract

The role of a housewife who works in this study has the objective to improve the economy of the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the role of a housewife who works in general, are able to support their families, especially in Gunem village, subdistrict Gunem, Gunem district. The problem in this research is how the role of housewives in in Gunem village, subdistrict Gunem, Gunem district in helping the family economy, in the context of the daily needs of their families.The method used the qualitative description of the approach. In the process of data collection through direct observation, interviews with respondents and analyze existing data, both primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that women in general, housewives in particular has a strong role, morale high despite low income.Housewives who work can fill critical sectors role in the household. Such as education, health, economic and social. With the workings of a housewife, automatically becomes a double role, namely as a housewife and a female worker. That is where the role of housewife devoted to the family and the role of women who produce social interaction communication with parties outside the family. From the sociological aspect in this study the role and work of the spirit of the housewife in her efforts to help the welfare of thefamily is very high.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the factors that directly affect their business strategy in order to improve the performance of the terasi production in the district of Rembang and to analyze and prove the factors that directly affect business strategy in order to improve the performance of the terasi production in the district of Rembang. Respondents in this study were managers or owners of terasi production in the district of Rembang. The analysis technique uset test track path. The results of this study concluded that education, skill, and environmentally significant positive effect on improvement of the business strategy of terasi production in the district of Rembang. As well as education, skills, and environment as well as good business strategy will accelerate the improvement of business performance of terasi production in the district of Rembang.Keywords: performance improvement, the business strategy, education, skills and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer relationship to product innovation, the influence of marketing program's creativity toward product innovation, the influence of relationship with customer to the improvement of marketing performance, the influence of marketing program creativity toward the improvement of marketing performance and analyze the effect of product innovation on marketing performance in order to increase marketing performance SMEs processing wood in Rembang regency. The expected target of this research is to get a concrete picture of strategy of improving marketing performance of SMEs of wood processing in Kabupaten Rembang which will be used as a reference for business improvement in SME development. The population of this study includes all actors SMEs Rembang wood processing. Determination of sample in this research is done by random sampling technique by purposive that is selecting wood processing SME with criterion specified. The respondents are the managers or owners of SMEs. Analytical techniques used in this study are the model of causality or influence and relationship. Analyzer used in processing the data to test the hypothesis that is proposed is by using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the research shows that customer relationship has significant effect on product innovation with Standardized coefficient value 0,460. Creative marketing programs also significantly influence product innovation with the value of Standardized coefficient of 0.378. Furthermore, the relationship with the customer also significantly influences the marketing performance improvement with the value of Standardized coefficient of 0.264 as well as the creativity of the marketing program is also significant to the improvement of marketing performance with the value of standardized coefficient of 0.514. For product innovation also have an effect not significant to increase marketing performance with standardized coefficient value 0,183. Kata Kunci: marketing performance, innovation, marketing creativity, dan customer relationship

Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of individual characteristic, job characteristic, and job ofsituation characteristic to level of job satisfaction official employee. This study uses the entirepopulation of the official employee CV. Karya Pemuda Semarang obtained 104 people. Thedata analysis technique used is linear regression. Results of research refer that the individualcharacteristic, job characteristic, and job of situation characteristic have an influence positive tolevel of job satisfaction official employee.Keyword: Individual characteristic, Job characteristic, and Job of situation characteristic,Level of job satisfaction official employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the image, quality of service and facilities to customer loyalty customer satisfaction moderated the educational institutions Primagama Apex branch. The study population was all students Primagama Apex in October 2011, which totaled 130 students. with a sample of 43 students. Data collection techniques in this study is through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis techniques used in this study is the technique of regression analysis using the variables moderating. From the calculation of the variable partial image, service quality and satisfaction moderated variable image positive and significant impact on loyalty, while variable facilities, service quality and satisfaction moderated variablefasilitas not moderated satisfaction and a significant positive effect on loyalty. Simultaneously acquired that image, quality of service, and facilities together are moderated customer satisfaction and a significant positive effect on loyalty in services products. Keywords: Image, Quality Service, Facilities, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty Consumers.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of TQM with 4 subvariabel in benchmarking methods studied, namely: knowledge, motivation, and willingness situation on managerial performance of UMKM.Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique and obtained a valid sample of 140 UMKM. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results indicate that the motivation and circumstances have an influence on managerial performance sigifikan UMKM, while the knowledge and the will not have a significant influence on managerial performance of UMKM. Furthermore, it is known that simultaneous testing of knowledge, motivation, and willingness situation has a significant influence on managerial performance of UMKM. The study also found that of the four variables, the situation has the highest influence on managerial performance of UMKMKeywords: TQM (Total Quality Management), Benchmarking, Knowledge, Motivation, Situations, Willingness, Managerial Performance.AbstraksiPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara TQM dengan 4 subvariabel dalam metode benchmarking yang diteliti, yaitu : pengetahuan, motivasi, situasi dan kemauan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM.Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel yang valid sebanyak 140 UMKM. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan situasi mempunyai pengaruh sigifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM, sedangkan pengetahuan dan kemauan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM. Selanjutnya, pengujian secara simultan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan, motivasi, situasi dan kemauan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa dari keempat variable tersebut , situasi mempunyai pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap kinerja manajerial UMKM.Kata kunci : TQM (Total Quality Management), Benchmarking, Pengetahuan, Motivasi, Situasi, Kemauan, Kinerja Manajerial.1. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence entrepreneurial motivation in 2014 STIE YPPI Rembang students. These factors include: self-efficacy that increases student motivation to gain success with entrepreneurship, risk tolerance, desire to feel freedom in work, and the influence of the entrepreneurial environment.This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study is the total 2014 STIE YPPI Rembang students, both from the Management study program and from the Accounting study program. Samples taken were 100 students of Management and Accounting study programs. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Questionnaire with only 66 questionnaires. The sample technique used in this study was proportionate stratified random sampling. Test data analysis using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression tests.The results of this study indicate that all the independent variables, both the variables of self-efficacy in entrepreneurship, tolerance of risk, and the desire to feel freedom in work have a positive and significant influence on the desire and motivation of students for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Small and medium size enterprises are the   enterprise sectors that have significant contributions for economic development. Generally, small enterprises face many problems in their developments. One of the problem is supply chain management. Supply chain management concerns with the management in getting basic commodity from the suppliers through the factories and storeroomsuntil the products reach   the consumers. This problem is also faced by Batik Lasem Industry. The problems faced are the difficulty in getting basic commodity, low abilities in marketing the products and make marketable products from input to output (supply chain problem).This researchaim is to find the efficient supply chain model for Batik Lasem Industry. The data analysis used is qualitative approach. The analysis is carried out by supply chain component (supplier, factory, distributor and consumers) which is categorized into supply chain cycles. From the result of focus group discussion concluded that supply chain model applied by Batik Tulis Lasem Industry ismodel of basic commodity supply and product distribution without agents, model of basic commodity supply with agents and product distribution without agents, model of basic commodity supply without agents and product distribution with agents, and basic commodity supply anddistribution model with agents. The Implication of this research result is the importance of supplychain model testing so developing of Batik Tulis Lasem Industry can carried out with effective andefficient model.Key words: supply chain, agent, Batik Lasem.

Abstract

Abstract : The Influence of Consumer Dissatisfaction and Product Category and Characteristics to Switch Brand Decision with The Needs to Find Variation as Moderating Variable.This study aims to identify the influence of consumer dissatisfaction and product characteristics to brand switching mobile phones with need for variation as moderating variable. Data were processed and analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hypothesis testing using t test and determination with a significance level of 5%. Product Moment formula and Cronbach Alpha of consumer choice use for measuring the validity and reliability. These results indicate that consumer dissatisfaction and characteristics of the product category significant and positively effect the consumers in making decisionson brand switching mobile phone products, as well as the need for variation can moderate the influence of consumer dissatisfaction and the characteristics of the product category brand switching decisions on mobile phone products.
