Abstract

Identifikasi pasien adalah suatu sistem identifikasi kepada pasien untuk membedakan antara pasien satu dengan yang lain. Kesalahan identifikasi pasien dapat berakibat fatal, misalnya kematian dan sebagai pemicu kesalahan lainnya.Data dari KKPRS X tahun 2015 terjadi 98 insiden, 14 insiden berasal dari kesalahan identifikasi, 12 insiden berasal dari pasien jatuh dan 74 berasal dari insiden lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor hubungan dengan pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien di RS X Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional.Sampel berjumlah 166 perawat pelaksana diambil menggunakan teknik propotional simple random sampling.Hasil penelitian dengan uji chi square didapatkan ada hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,002), sikap (p=0,004), faktor tim (p=0,001), faktor lingkungan kerja (p=0,000) dan faktor manajemen dan organisasi (p=0,018) dengan pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien. Untuk faktor motivasi (p=0,099)  dan faktor tugas dan teknologi (p=0,188) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien. Analisis multivariat didapatkan variabel paling berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien adalah faktor lingkungan kerja dengan OR=5,535. Peneliti menyarankan pada pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk mengadakan pelatihan, mensosialisasikan SPO identifikasi pasien, memberikan lingkungan kerja yang positif, melakukan supervisi berjenjang, melakukan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien.   Kata kunci : Identifikasi pasien, perawat   THE FACTORS RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION ACCURACY OF PATIENT IDENTIFICATION   ABSTRACT Patient Identification is a patient identification system to differentiatepatients with. For motivational factors (p = 0.099) and the duty factor and technology (p = 0.188) had no connection with the implementation of the accuracy of patient identification.Multivariate analysis found that the variables most associated with the implementation of the accuracy of patient identification is the work environment factors with OR = 5.535. Researchers suggest in the hospital management to conduct training, socializing SPO patient identification, provide a positive work environment, conducting tiered supervision, conduct periodic evaluation of the implementation of the accuracy of patient identification.   Keywords: Patient Identification, nurse.
