Penelitian ini merupakan hasil survey pada PT Musaya Kreasindo yang memperoduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Produksi pada PT Musaya Kreasindo terhadap 50 orang karyaan sebagai sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif. Tujuan penelitian ingin tentang pengaruh antara Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh antara Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh antara Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang ditunjukan oleh hasil persamaan regresi linear ganda yaitu Y’ = 23,64 + 0,74 X1 + 0,26 X2. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pemikiran terhadap PT Musaya Kreasindo untuk lebih memperhatikan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi electronic Word of Mouth sebagai tenik memasarkan bolu susu lembang. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Pabrik Bolu Susu Lembang yang juga merupakan pabrik tahu susu dan setiap kulienr yang etrbuat dari bahan dasar susu sapi. Analisis data menggunakan analisa kualitatif melalui triangulasi yang terdiri dari wawancara mendalam terhadap owner sekaligus manajer operasional pabrik bolu susu lembang, observasi partisipatif dimana peneliti juga bertindak sebagai pembeli, serta documentasi yang mendukung data-data penelitian yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa strategi pemasaran electronic Word of Mouth sangat efektif sebagai salah satu strategi dalam memasarkan produk karena melihat kondisi zaman sekarang dengan merebaknya media komunikasi dan informasi maka pemasaran lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan elektronik Word of Mouth

Tantangan besar yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan terkait manajemen sumber daya manusia ialah meningkatkan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja di perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nipro Indonesia Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan ialah 65 orang karyawan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan SPSS meliputi uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji prasyarat analisis (uji normalitas dan homogenitas), dan uji hipotesis statistik (uji korelasi product moment dan uji regresi linear). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) ditandai nilai t hitung > t tabel yakni 11,960 > 1,988. Selain itu, secara parsial juga terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) ditandai nilai t hitung > t tabel yakni 2,897 > 1,988. Nilai sig. F Change sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) secara simultan.

This study aims to determine the influence of work culture on the performance of KOMIDA employees of the Cariu branch office of Bogor Regency. The sub-variables studied from work culture are habits, regulations, and values. While employee performance is the quantity, quality, time utilization, attendance rate and common goals. The research method used for this study is quantitative, with a significance level of α = 0.05 (5%) and a confidence level of 95%. While the sample used was 35 respondents where all populations were sampled and used population samples, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to employees of KOMIDA Bogor Regency Cariu Office. Based on the calculation results, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.711 is obtained which means a high level of relationship and a determination coefficient of R = r2 = 0.506 shows that 50.6% diversity in Performance can be understood by diversity in Work Culture. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (5.808 > t table (1.671) at = 0.05, then Ho rejected Ha accepted. And it can be concluded that there is an influence between work culture on the performance of employees of KOMIDAKantor Cariu branch, Bogor Regency.

This research is motivated by the declining performance of PT. XYZ employees which can be caused by several factors. Factors that influence performance include the work environment. The phenomena that occur include declining employee performance. The objectives of this research are: 1. To determine the Work Environment at PT. XYZ, 2. To determine the Employee Performance at PT United Steel Center Indonesia, 3. To determine whether or not the Work Environment has an influence on Employee Performance at PT. XYZ. This research, which uses a quantitative method with an associative technique, was conducted at PT. XYZ with a population of 86 employees with a data collection technique using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results of the multiple linear regression equation test can be used to explain the form of a linear relationship between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. The simple linear regression equation shows that if the Work Environment and Employee Performance are measured using the instrument used in this study, then every increase of one unit in the Work Environment score (X) will be followed by an increase in the Employee Performance score of 0.905 with a constant of .

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the increasing number of Generation Z students who work while studying in Karawang Regency, which has given rise to new problems, especially related to work stress and life imbalance, which has the potential to increase turnover intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and work-life balance to turnover intention on Generation Z working students. A quantitative approach was used in this study with a survey method through a closed questionnaire and purposive sampling technique for 60 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS. The results showed that work stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, temporary work-life balance has a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables influence student workers' intention to resign. This finding contributes to the development of campus and organizational policies to create a work and academic environment that better supports the well-being of student workers.

Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sehingga membantu mencapai tujuan adalah salah satu tantangan besar yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan terkait manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nipro Indonesia Jaya. Problems with inappropriate career development result in a problem phenomenon regarding a decrease in employee performance, where employees seem to be careless in their work, hasty in concluding a problem which results in work errors. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of career development on employee performance. This research using quantitative methods with associative techniques was carried out in FIF Group Cikampek Karawang branch with a population of 30 employees with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Based on the calculation results, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.854 and a determination coefficient of R = r was obtained.2 = 0.730. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (8,691) > t table (2.00) at α = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between career development and employee performance can be accepted. This means that the higher the career development, the higher the employee performance will be. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.730 indicates that 73% of the variation in Employee Performance. This research is motivated by the consequences that can be explained by variations in Career Development, the remaining 27% is determined by other factors outside of Career Development.

This research aims to determine the effect of quality and perceived risk to online purchase intention on e-commerce (pt shopee indonesia case study). This research method uses quantitative data collection methods with questionnaires, the sample in this research consists of 100 shop customers. by using a probability sample, the data analysis used is correlation regression, so it is clear how big the influence is perceived of quality and perceived of risk to online purchase intention on e-commerce (pt shopee indonesia case study) results of research that examines the influence perceived of quality and perceived of risk to online purchase intention on e-commerce (pt shopee indonesia case study) significant effect amounting to 58.8% variation online purchase intention can be explained by variation perceived of quality and perceived of risk, the remaining 41.2% is determined by other outside factors perceived of quality and perceived of risk.

The aim to be achieved by conducting this research is to find out how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the service quality at PT Hagihara Westjava Industries is quite good. This is indicated by the average value of the total score of 70.35, which is quite good. The customers at PT Hagihara Westjava Industries are good. This is indicated by the average value of the total score of 79.59, which is good. There is an influence between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction at PT Hagihara Westjava Industries because the calculated t value (9.327) is greater than the t table value (2.000) so that H1 is accepted and the calculated t value is located in the H0 rejection area. It was found that Service Quality has a strong positive influence (r value of 0.686) and has an influence contribution of 47% on Customer Satisfaction of PT Hagihara Westjava Industries. Meanwhile, the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. The author also obtained a regression equation that can be used to predict the Customer Satisfaction variable through the Service Quality variable, namely Y' = 29.656 + 0.710.
