Abstract

Fishery subsector plays role in providing food, raw material for industry, workfield, and also national revenue. Therefore, government has to concern about increasing the production intensity of fishery subsector. Banyumas Regency is one of region that has potency as center of fishery production in Central Java. The aim of this research were: 1) to know potency of commodity of fishery subsector from concentration and specialization level; and 2) to know area that has good growth and competitive advantage. Result of research showed that: 1) nilam, karper and nila/mujair fishes were basis commodity in Banyumas Regency from its concentration and specialization level; and 2) areas that good potency for developing nilam, karper and nila/mujair fishes as superior commodity were subdistrict of Lumbir, Wangon, Jatilawang, Rawalo, Tambak, Somagede, Kalibagor, Banyumas, Purwojati, Ajibarang, Gumelar, Pekuncen, Purwokerto Selatan, Purwokerto Barat and Purwokerto Utara. These subdistrict had good growth and competitive level rather than others in Banyumas Regency. Key words : fishery subsector, basis commodity, superior, competitive

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran resitasi (penugasan) adalah metode penyajian bahan pembelajaran dimana guru memberikan tugas tertentu agar peserta didik melakukan kegiatan belajar. Metode Resitasi adalah cara untuk mengajar yang dilakukan dengan jalan tugas khusus kepada siswa untuk mengerjakan sesuatu diluar jam pelajaran. Tujuan dalam penenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran Resitasi berbasis Information Communication Technology (ICT) terhadap Hasil Belajar Geografi Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian eksperimen, dengan Design Quasi Eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode pembelajaran resitasi berbasis ICT (Information Communication Technology) terhadap hasil belajar geografi pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. Hasil Resitasi kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata 75,71, hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata 84,28 dan hasil kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata nilai 65,4. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari analisis data yang menggunakan uji statistik aplikasi SPSS Versi 22 bahwa nilai thitung = 5,884 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,69 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dimana t-hitung > t-tabel (5,884 > 1,69). Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

The principal's leadership style is a pattern of consistent behavior that is shown by the leader and known to other parties when the leader tries to influence the activities of others. The research objective was to determine the leadership style of the principal, including; (1) discipline; (2) commitment; (3) ability and (4) teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method, data collection techniques carried out by interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation studies. Subjects of the study were principals, teachers and supervisors at Elementary School 25 Pulau Rimau. The results of the study were found; (1) the principal's leadership style in improving teacher discipline, is the style of telling (telling), in addition to style telling, the principal also applies a situational style; (2) the principal's leadership style in increasing teacher commitment is the style of selling (consultative) by directing the teacher to complete the task; (3) the principal's leadership style in enhancing the ability of the teacher, namely the participatory style that is applied during the internal meeting of the teacher council and other meetings; and (4) the principal's leadership style in increasing teacher responsibility, is a delegative style, namely sharing authority with members to carry out organizational tasks. It is hoped that supervisors and principals can provide encouragement and direction in work on discipline, commitment, ability and responsibility of teachers effectively and efficiently to improve work in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price and Accessibility on Loyalty through Tourist Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Water Tourism Objects in PALI Regency. This type of research is Associative. The sample in this study amounted to 97 selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a significant influence between service quality, price and accessibility together on loyalty through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable in water tourism objects in PALI district. (2) There is a significant influence between service quality, price and accessibility together on loyalty through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable in water tourism objects in PALI district. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra. This type of research is associative. Samples in research at PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra 104 employees using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) there is a significant influence between motivation, discipline and organizational culture jointly on the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra (2) There is no significant effect between motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina RU III South Sumatra (3) There is a significant influence between discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam menjalankan Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, termasuk dalam konteks pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan melaporkan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Islam Terpadu Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang ini fokusnya pada manajemen pengelolaan dan pengembangan pembelajaran inovatif. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi manajemen pengelolaan (MSDM dan motivasi) bagi guru dan pengelola sekolah, serta pengembangan pembelajaran inovatif. Kegiatan ini juga sempat menyerahkan buku karya penulis kepada Kepala Sekolah SDIT Insan Mandiri Cendekia sebagai kenangan. Sekolah Islam Terpadu Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pendidikan di wilayah tersebut. PKM ini merupakan upaya untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman guna meningkatkan wawasan dan semangat para guru dan pengelola sekolah. Diharapkan kegiatan PKM ini dapat memberikan manfaat dan inspirasi bagi tempat yang menerima pengabdian kepada masyarakat

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main reference for finding elements of novelty in the research being carried out. The data used in this study. The result in this article show that each variable used in this article has been successfully proven and can be accepted. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. In addition, in the next row, the P-Values also tend to be positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000. This is because a good Work Culture can increase employee Commitment and Work Spirit which ultimately also has an impact on Employee Performance. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Work Culture, Employee Performance, Work Environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of leadership, loyalty, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT XYZ Palembang. The research type employed is associative research. The research population consists of 100 employees, with a sample of 50 employees. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized for data analysis, along with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results of the study indicate the following: 1) Leadership, loyalty, and job satisfaction collectively have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT XYZ Palembang. 2) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT XYZ Palembang. 3) Loyalty does not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Palembang. 4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Palembang. These findings suggest that enhancing leadership and job satisfaction can significantly improve employee performance, highlighting the need for targeted managerial strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini menganalisis pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SD Negeri 20 Tanjung Raja. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SDN 20 Tanjung Raja kabupaten ogan Ilir dimulai dari tahap perencanaan yang hasilnya sudah optimal, pengadaan sudah optimal, pendistribusian sudah optimal, penggunaan belum optimal dilakukan. Pemeliharaan kurang terkoordinasi dengan baik daninventarisasi proses penghapusan sarana dan prasarana jarang sekali dilkukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode tutor sebaya dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanjung Raja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanjung Raja sebanyak 471 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 83 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrumen berupa angket dengan masing-masing 20 pertanyaan untuk tiga variabel yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh metode tutor sebaya tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (2) ada pengaruh motivasi yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (3) ada pengaruh penerapan metode tutor sebaya dan motivasi secara bersama-sama yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
