Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat peserta didik terhadap ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMAN 1 Prambon, berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan pembina ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi minat serta tingkat minat peserta didik dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga pada tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan sampel 121 peserta didik dari kelas X hingga XII. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat peserta didik dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga berada dalam kategori sedang (38,84%). Minat ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti motivasi individu, yang berada pada kategori tinggi (30,58%), serta faktor eksternal, meliputi peran guru, lingkungan, fasilitas, dan dukungan keluarga, dengan kontribusi sedang (42,98%).

Abstract

Kondisi fisik yang baik pada atlet akan sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bermain. Kondisi fisik dibutuhkan baik pada saat proses melakukan latihan maupun kompetisi. Mengingat kondisi dari atlet yang masih beragam maka diperlukannya seleksi dimana dalam hal ini melaksanakan tes parameter kondisi fisik. Sehingga kedepannya atlet-atlet yang sesuai dengan kriteria baik dapat melaksanakan program yaitu training center. Dalam hal ini pelaksanaan tes parameter kondisi fisik bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi atau keadaan atlet cabang olahraga atletik dan pencak silat Kabupaten Ponorogo yang dipersiapkan untuk event olahraga. Kegiatan ini juga merupakan agenda dari Koni Kabupaten Ponorogo dibawah naungan Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga. Bentuk dari tes parameter ini adalah tes parameter kondisi fisik yang terdiri dari 16 jenis tes kondisi fisik secara umum dan kecabangan. Sehingga didapatkan hasil sebuah data yang memiliki norma untuk dasar dan data pelatih atau pihak yang berkepentingan dalam mengembangkan prestasi olahraga di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Abstract Good physical condition in athletes will be very influential in improving playing skills. Physical conditions are needed both during the process of doing training and competition. Given the conditions of athletes who are still diverse, it is necessary to select where in this case carrying out a physical condition parameter test. So that in the future athletes who fit the criteria can carry out the program, namely the training center. In this case, the implementation of the physical condition parameter test aims to determine the condition or condition of athletes in athletics and pencak silat Ponorogo Regency who are prepared for sports events. This activity is also an agenda of the Koni Ponorogo Regency under the auspices of the Youth Tourism Culture and Sports Office. The form of this parameter test is a physical condition parameter test consisting of 16 types of general and branch physical condition tests. So that the results of a data that has norms for the basis and data of coaches or interested parties in developing sports achievements in Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

The city of Kediri has great potential in tourism development. Sumber Jiput has succeeded in winning the 2024 Indonesian Tourism Village Award (ADWI). Perched in the top 300 tourism villages out of a total of 6,601 villages throughout Indonesia. Sumber Jiput in Kediri City is not only an attractive tourist destination, but also a model in developing sustainable tourist areas. Sumber Jiput combines natural beauty and local wisdom while still paying attention to ecological sustainability, making it an increasingly popular tourist destination. Apart from that, which is no less important, one of the main reason is because the city of Kediri is known as a city that uphoulds the values of tolerance. This is proven by the success of maintaining its position in the top 10 most tolerant cities for three consecutive years. This tolerance is a strong foundation for creating an atmosphere conducive to tourism development. This is a very appropriate step to answer current market needs. People can get closer to sports activities and the tourism ecosystem, while enjoying the culinary specialties of the city of Kediri which are increasingly developing. Throught the Fordeswita event, it is hoped introduce the tourism potential of Kediri City. Especially Sumber Jiput to the wider community while improving community welfare throught tourism based economic development.

Abstract

Permainan bola voli memerlukan kemampuan fisik yang baik, terutama daya ledak otot tungkai dalam mendukung tinggi lompatan saat melakukan smash, blocking, dan servis lompat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tinggi rata-rata lompatan vertikal siswa usia 10–12 tahun yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SD Negeri Bulupasar serta sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi pelatih dalam merancang program latihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa, terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan, dan instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan adalah vertical jump test. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa nilai rata-rata, tertinggi, dan terendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tinggi rata-rata lompatan vertikal siswa adalah 48,95 cm, dengan nilai tertinggi 56 cm dan terendah 40 cm. Kemampuan lompatan siswa dikategorikan sedang untuk kelompok usia tersebut. Diperlukan program latihan kekuatan otot tungkai yang lebih variatif dan intensif agar kemampuan lompatan meningkat. Dukungan sarana dan prasarana latihan dari sekolah juga diharapkan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil pembinaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi hasil observasi peneliti bahwa, bola voli adalah olahraga yang memerlukan kelincahan dalam menguasai teknik dan taktik permainan, namun hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SD Negeri 1 Gampeng masih mengalami kekurangan kelincahan, yang berdampak pada performa mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) dan Cone Drill terhadap kelincahan siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SD Negeri 1 Gampeng, serta untuk membandingkan efektivitas kedua metode tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan sampel siswa laki-laki usia 11-12 tahun yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kelincahan T-test sebelum dan sesudah intervensi latihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik HIIT maupun Cone Drill memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kelincahan, dengan Cone Drill menunjukkan efektivitas yang lebih tinggi dalam beberapa parameter kelincahan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar Cone Drill menjadi metode latihan yang lebih optimal untuk meningkatkan kelincahan siswa dalam ekstrakurikuler bola voli. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting tentang penerapan program latihan yang intensif dan terstruktur untuk meningkatkan performa siswa dalam olahraga bola voli.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the agility level of female students at SMKN 2 Kota Kediri who participate in basketball extracurricular activities. The assessment will be conducted using a 4x10 meter shuttle run test. The impetus for this study stems from the preliminary findings that the agility of female students is still below average. The approach employed in this study is quantitative, with a survey method being utilized to collect the necessary data. The results from 24 data points show a minimum value of 16.10 seconds, a maximum of 21.95 seconds, an average of 17.93 seconds, and a standard deviation of 1.64. The analysis revealed that 29.2% of female students were in the "Excellent" category, 20.8% in the "Very Good" and "Good" categories, 16.7% in the "Poor" category, and 12.5% in the "Good" category. The data is statistically valid (significance < 0.05), and the training program has proven effective in improving agility. However, a small proportion of female students have not yet reached the ideal category. Therefore, it is recommended that there be regular evaluations, personalized training approaches, and increased variety and intensity of training. In summary, the shuttle run training method has been demonstrated to be a significant contributor to enhancing the agility of female students in the domain of basketball.

Abstract

The researcher's observations during instruction and observation at SDN 4 Batangsaren Tulungagung Regency served as the basis for this study. Specifically, several fifth-grade pupils struggled with volleyball. Because of this, kids frequently make mistakes when serving or passing, which makes the match less entertaining to watch. It is well known that service determines the start of the match. The aim of this study is to identify the determining factors for the success of volleyball learning in grade 5 students of SDN 4 Batangsaren Tulungagung Regency. This study employed descriptive quantitative research as its research methodology. Twelve students made up the population, and each one served as a research sample. Methods for gathering data that make use of validity-tested research questionnaires. Tables, diagrams, graphs, pictograms, mean, median, mode, average computations, and standard deviations are used to gain data analysis. The study's findings 1) Internal elements are 73.75% in the high category for the physical category and 63.75% in the high category for the psychological category. 2) External elements are 71.67% in the high category for teachers, 69.27% in the subject matter category, 68.75% in the facilities and infrastructure category, 70.83% in the environment category, and 58.33% in the role of parents category. The study's findings indicate that the internal factor specifically, the physical category, which accounts for 73.75% of the total is the biggest determinant of volleyball learning success.

Abstract

Sports that require speed for the Athlete to reach the finish line with the fastest time will be the winner in a speed skating race. With the demand to recap the speed of the alet entering the finish line, it is necessary to calculate the time that can be used in a speed skate race. Tools such as stopwatches have been used without weaknesses in the device, but weaknesses often arise from human error and result in many athletes being harmed. So we need a tool that can record athletes' speed without any errors so that athletes' speed can be recorded. This research aims to develop a speed-measuring instrument by utilizing radio signals or RFID to minimize human error in the race. This research uses research development methods (Research and Development). The timekeeper uses an identity tag attached to the skate and a sensor reader (Tag Reader) to detect the time. The study results show that RFID for recording time in roller skates is already valid and feasible. The development of this tool RFID, RFID, can detect the identity of the time between the Tag and Tag Reader with a maximum distance of 3m. Using this tool can improve the ability to record time in roller skating to record the time produced by athletes when reaching the finish. The use of this tool is practical and easy, so it is in accordance with the regulations in roller skating and as needed in the sport. The timing system will work when the Tag passes the Tag Reader attached to the start/finish line in a speed skating race.

Abstract

Competitive anxiety can impair an athlete's performance, particularly in high-pressure events such as the National Student Sports Week (POMNAS). Research on breathing-based anxiety regulation for roller skaters remains limited, despite the sport's high psychophysiological demands. This study examined changes in Cognitive Anxiety, Somatic Anxiety, and Self-Confidence before and after a breathing exercise intervention among roller skating athletes. A one-group pre-test post-test design was used due to participant limitations and competitive conditions that did not allow group division. Seven athletes (4 males, 3 females), aged 17–21 years, from the East Java contingent were selected using purposive sampling. Competitive anxiety was measured using the CSAI-2R (α = 0.89), covering Cognitive Anxiety, Somatic Anxiety, and Self-Confidence. The intervention consisted of a diaphragmatic 4-4-4 breathing routine performed for 10–15 minutes. Data were analyzed using a paired samples t-test (α = 0.05). The results showed significant reductions in Cognitive Anxiety (t = 2.97; p = 0.025; d = 1.12; mean decrease = 1.43 points / 13.0%) and Somatic Anxiety (t = 3.04; p = 0.023; d = 1.15; mean decrease = 2.72 points / 19.0%), indicating large effect sizes. In contrast, Self-Confidence showed no change (t = 0.00; p = 1.00; d = 0.00), confirming that anxiety and confidence function as independent constructs. These findings show that brief breathing exercises effectively reduce short-term anxiety, although additional psychological methods are needed to improve confidence. The study provides practical guidance for integrating controlled breathing routines into pre-competition preparation.

Abstract

Learning basic volleyball skills, particularly underhand passing, often presents challenges such as inconsistent movement execution and low student motivation. These issues highlight the need for instructional approaches that support both technical development and engagement. This study examines whether positive reinforcement can improve underhand passing performance among junior high school students. A quasi-experimental pre-test–post-test control group design was applied to 72 students aged 13–14 years, who were assigned to either an experimental or control group. Following tests of normality and homogeneity, paired and independent sample t-tests were used to analyze performance changes. The experimental group showed a 16.43% improvement, compared with 11.50% in the control group, and only the experimental group demonstrated a statistically significant gain. These findings suggest that positive reinforcement, such as verbal praise after correct arm contact or immediate acknowledgement following consistent passing repetitions, may contribute to more stable movement execution, sustained attentional focus, and greater student engagement. By addressing the limited number of experimental studies on reinforcement-based learning in volleyball passing skills, this study extends motor learning theory by providing evidence on how reinforcement supports feedback processing, movement pattern stabilization, and motivational learning environments. Practically, the results offer physical education teachers concrete guidance for integrating reinforcement-based strategies into school-based volleyball instruction.
