Abstract

This research about Developing Students' Reading Worksheet of tenth grade at SMA Negeri 4 Palopo, the researcher formulated the research question as follow: what kind of Reading Worksheet are suitable for tenth students'. The objective of this research is to create and develop reading worksheets for tenth-grade students' by using the Addie design model. In this research and development from the Addie model, this consists of Analyzing, Designing, Implementation, and evaluating. There are 14 students and two experts' validation. The instrument of the data collection is a questioner. The result of the research shows that the researcher develops and make a product based on the students' need. And the development of this product is also carried out based on the syllabus and curriculum that apply in the school itself. Based on the worksheet, have a development already appropriate necessity and lack of the students, and with the development worksheet would students' reading ability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that contribute to students' English writing anxiety in the Science 11 class at UPT SMAN 11 Luwu. Students' levels and causes of writing anxiety in English are described (cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and avoidance behavior). Descriptive statistics were used for this investigation. Simple random sampling was used to select a sample of 68 students from the population of eleventh-grade students in a science class. The Causes of Second Language Writing Anxiety Inventory (CSLWAI) by Rezaei and Jafari was used to describe the main factors that contribute to students' writing anxiety, and the Second Language Writing Anxiety Inventory (SLWAI) by Cheng was used to analyze students' anxiety levels. SPSS version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2019 were used to find the mean and percentage of the data, respectively. Students who reported high levels of writing anxiety were statistically typical (M=73.06>65). Inadequate writing technique, linguistic difficulties, a lack of practice, and time constraints are also major contributors to students' writing anxieties.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effectiveness of Islamic Videos in increasing the students' writing skills and perceive the use of Islamic videos (History of Rasulullah). This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR); this study was located at Senior High School 1 Lasusua. The study was done on 28 September-02 November 2021. The research subject was XI IPA 2, and their total was 28. The instruments of this research were tests, observation techniques, and interviews. This research used two cycles in which every process had four steps: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The researcher analyzed the observation qualitatively and then analyzed the test quantitatively. The students' mean score in cycle 1 was 74.46, while the mean score in cycle 2 was 80.21. it can be concluded that the Islamic video (history of Rasulullah) increased the students' ability to write narrative text students' learning outcomes. To overcome the lack of student mastery in writing narrative text, the researcher solved it in several ways: (1) the researcher applied an Islamic video (history of Rasulullah). (2) Doing exercise in every meeting. (3) Reviewing the current material in every meeting. Doing the action shows that students always made an improved learning activity and a vast understanding of the material. Besides that, the students felt enjoyed and fun during the learning process.

Abstract

This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. With the aim of the research is to determine the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio, Working Capital Turnover, and Sales Growth on Return on Assets at PT. Primindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk. This research is associative research. The population in this study are companies that have gone public and have been listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for 17 years at PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk from 2005 to 2021. The sample in this study is 8 years. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data using data analysis methods Classical assumption test (consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (f -test). The results of this study indicate that the Debt to Asset Ratio, Working Capital Turnover, and Sales Growth have a significant effect on Return on Assets. Furthermore, DAR has a significant effect on Return on Assets, while WCT and Sales Growth have no significant effect on Return On Assets.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat tim Teknologi Pemeliharaan Pesawat (TPP) UTP dilakukan di SMK Karya Teknika Kec. Colomadu, Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. SMK Karya Teknika ini membutuhkan perawatan dan perbaikan pada mesin bubut yang sudah lama tidak beroperasi sehingga perlu pengecekan untuk sarana belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan Age Replacement merupakan suatu model penggantian dimana interval waktu penggantian komponen dilakukan dengan memperhatikan umur pemakaian dari komponen tersebut. Pengecekan dilakukan untuk mengetahui kerusakan yang terjadi pada motor listrik sehingga perbaikan komponen yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kerusakan. Motor listrik yang telah diperbaiki akan dilakukan tahap pengujian sebelum diterapkan ke mesin bubut untuk mengetahui parameter kelayakan yang sesuai. Tahap pemasangan ke mesin bubut akan dilakukan jika motor listrik sudah bekerja dengan baik. Tim TPP menyerahkan motor listrik yang telah diperbaiki kepada pihak SMK Karya Teknika untuk mulai dipasang dan dioperasikan. Mesin bubut berjalan dengan benar, sehingga bisa digunakan oleh siswa untuk praktikum mesin bubut dengan optimal.

Abstract

This paper attempted to examine the efficacy of the Probing-Prompting Technique in teaching speaking skills to young beginner English learners. This study employed the experimental method with a pre-experimental design. The subjects of this study were English learners age 16 to 19 in Palopo City who were chosen using a purposive sampling technique to select the active learners. Using the oral presentation task, the writers compiled three aspects of the learner's score, i.e. accuracy, fluency, and comprehensibility. The experimental teaching was conducted in six meetings, preceded by a pre-test and ended by a post-test. The pre-test found that the learners’ speaking skill ability is low (mean score: 25.75). In post-test, the authors found that the learners’ language ability substantially improved. Some learners get significant improvement in every aspect of speaking skills, i.e. fluency, accuracy, and comprehensibility. The strategy also contributed to the increase in the mean score (51.50). As a result, the writers concluded that Probing-Prompting Strategy successfully improves the learners’ speaking skills. It is proven by the result of the paired-sample test which showed that t-count (7,584) is higher than t-table (2,365).

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Penyakit yang sering menyerang pada usia anak sekolah antara lain diare, cacingan, sakit gigi, sakit kulit, gizi buruk dan lain sebagainya. Permasalahan kesehatan dan berbagai penyakit yang menyerang pada anak tersebut berkaitan erat dengan kebersihan perorangan dan lingkungan. Akibat rendahnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) salah satunya cuci tangan. sehingga perlu literature review media yang tepat dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan mencuci tangan, tujuannya agar anak tertarik dan mudah menerima dan mempraktikan cuci tangan dengan benar.Tujuan : mengetahui efektifnya media video pendidikan kesehatan cuci tangan untuk ank usia sekolah.Metode : jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian literature review yaitu menganalisi berbagai artikel-artikel yang valid dan relevan dengan topik yang akan di review dan di identifikasi dan diklasifikasi berdasarkan elemen-elemen dari beberapa artikel yang membahas topik yang hampir sama.Hasil: media video pendidikan kesehatan yang efektif untuk anak usia sekolah, dari beberapa media lainnya poster, booklet ceramah, bernyanyi dan senam dan lainnya.Kesimpulan: media video pendidikan kesehatan cuci tangan paling tepat untuk anak usia sekolahKata Kunci : media video, cuci tangan, usia sekolah

Abstract

Pada dewasa ini, dimana fenomana degradasi moral terjadi di mayoritas wilayah Indonesia, pendidik perlu untuk merubah target atau capaian pembelajaran. Capaian pembelajaran yang awalnya hanya berfokus pada kognitif siswa, sekarang perlu difokuskan pada aspek lain, terutama afektif atau sikap siswa. Pendidikan nilai sendiri merupakan salah satu upaya para pakar pendidikan dalam melakukan proses transfer of value. Pakar pendidikan juga mengadopsi beberapa pemikiran para filsuf untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan nilai di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut terkait konsep pendidikan nilai dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan menurut John Dewey dan al-Ghazali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa John Dewey yang lebih menekankan penanaman nilai secara rekrontruksi, kemudian dikolaborasi dengan pemikiran Al-Ghazali tentang nilai yang menekankan pada ketaatan pada ajaran agama, akan menghasilkan output peserta didik yang sempurna mengenai nilai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mendukung terwujudnya tujuan pendidikan berkualitas sebagaimana tercantum dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) poin keempat. Pendidikan Agama Islam diidentifikasi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transfer pengetahuan (transfer of knowledge), tetapi juga sebagai media utama transfer nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual (transfer of value). Dengan pendekatan kolaboratif antara guru PAI dan guru mata pelajaran lain, nilai-nilai positif seperti keimanan, kejujuran, kepedulian sosial, dan cinta lingkungan dapat diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran lintas disiplin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi ini berkontribusi dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang sejalan dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, yaitu pelajar yang beriman, bertakwa, berakhlak mulia, bernalar kritis, kreatif, mandiri, bergotong royong, dan berkebhinekaan global. Implementasi strategi ini memperkuat peran PAI sebagai garda terdepan dalam pendidikan karakter di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya penguatan sinergi lintas mata pelajaran dan pengembangan model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis nilai.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam cara guru dan tenaga kependidikan menjalankan tugasnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan Generative AI, khususnya melalui platform Qwen, dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja di lingkungan SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis berbasis praktik langsung, yang melibatkan 27 peserta terdiri dari guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest, posttest, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta sebesar 30,15 poin, serta peningkatan pemahaman tematik sebesar 35–45% pada aspek seperti konsep dasar AI, fungsi Qwen, aplikasi pembelajaran, dan etika teknologi. Peserta merasakan manfaat nyata berupa efisiensi waktu dalam menyusun dokumen administratif dan perangkat pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital, kegiatan ini berhasil membangun kesadaran akan potensi AI sebagai mitra kerja profesional. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada penguatan kapasitas digital, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung pemanfaatan teknologi secara etis dan berkelanjutan.
