Abstract

Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan analisis sentimen pada ulasan produk sayuran di Tokopedia menggunakan metode TF-IDF untuk pembobotan fitur dan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk klasifikasi. Sebanyak 1.048 data ulasan dikumpulkan melalui proses crawling dengan Python dan Selenium. Data ulasan diproses melalui tahapan preprocessing yang mencakup cleaning, case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, dan stemming. Pelabelan sentimen dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan lexicon-based. Model SVM dilatih dengan pembagian data 80% untuk pelatihan dan 20% untuk pengujian, menghasilkan akurasi 98%, F1-Score 98% untuk sentimen positif, dan 96% untuk sentimen negatif. Visualisasi menggunakan Word Cloud dan diagram pie menunjukkan bahwa 75,1% ulasan bersentimen positif dan 24,9% bersentimen negatif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pelanggan memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap produk yang dibeli.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengelola sampah secara efektif, terpadu, dan berkelanjutan.Dosen di STIH Biak Papua telah berhasil melaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan hukum terkait pengelolaan sampah di Kawasan Yotefa. Melalui metode ceramah dan sesi tanya jawab, masyarakat dan pihak-pihak terkait dapat memahami cara mengelola sampah secara benar berdasarkan UU dan aturan pemerintah Provinsi Jayapura. Dalam kegiatan ini, peserta merasa senang dan antusias karena memperoleh banyak pengetahuan dan pemahaman baru. Peserta juga dapat mengajukan pertanyaan atau permasalahan terkait pengelolaan sampah di Kota Jayapura, sehingga tim pengabdian dapat memberikan solusi dan jawaban yang tepat. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu memberikan penyuluhan hukum dan edukasi terkait pengelolaan sampah plastik di Kota Jayapura. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak positif dan membantu masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah secara efektif, baik, dan terpadu sehingga dapat membantu meminimalisir masalah sampah di Kota Jayapura.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dewasa ini berjalan sangat cepat, dimana saat ini beberapa pekerjaan manusia sudah bisa digantikan oleh mesin, salah satunya adalah absensi yang biasanya dilakukan dengan cara dipanggi oleh guru atau bos, sekarang sudah otomatis berkat adanya teknologi Face Recognition berbasis IOT (Internet of Things). Dengan adanya Aplikasi absensi menggunakan face recognition, pegawai atau karyawan pada suatu instansi tidak perlu melakukan absen secara manual, melainkan hanya perlu mendeteksi wajah menggunakan webcam yang disediakan ditempat kerja. Pegawai yang telah melakukan absensi maka datanya akan disimpan kedalam website dan akan mendapatkan notifikasi whatsapp. Deteksi wajah dikembangkan di komputer mini Raspberry Pi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dan pustaka Open CV. Sedangkan deteksi Fingerprint dikembangkan menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 dan pemindai Fingeprint AS608 dengan library Adafruit Fingerprint. Baik FRA dan FPA terhubung ke server web dengan mesin database melalui koneksi internet dan mengirimkan data kehadiran menggunakan metode HTTP_POST.

Abstract

The LPSK (Witness and Victim Protection Agency) is an institution tasked with safeguarding the rights of witnesses and victims within the framework of the Indonesian criminal justice system to ensure justice and security. However, the implementation of witness and victim protection faces challenges such as a lack of understanding among law enforcement officers, insufficient resources and facilities, and intimidation against witnesses and victims. Therefore, an analysis of the implementation of witness and victim protection becomes crucial to identify solutions and enhance the Indonesian criminal justice system. Through continuous collaboration and efforts, it is expected that the protection of witnesses and victims can be improved, thereby increasing public trust in the Indonesian criminal justice system.

Abstract

Indonesia's criminal law system has entered a new phase with the enactment of Law No. 1 of 2023 on the Criminal Code. A key change is the recognition of living law as a source of criminal law alongside statutory regulations. This shift sparks debate over how to harmonize the principle of legality, the cornerstone of the Criminal Code, with the evolving nature of living law. This study examines the interaction between the principle of legality and living law in Indonesia's criminal justice system using a normative juridical method and statutory and conceptual approaches. The study highlights three key aspects: the background of living law recognition, the integration of the principle of legality with living law, and the impact of this integration on law enforcement. The findings reveal that incorporating living law into the new Criminal Code marks a transition from a rigid system to one more attuned to societal needs. However, challenges remain in aligning written law with customary law. These challenges include identifying valid living law, setting clear application boundaries, and regulating customary sanctions within the national legal framework.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang perlindungan hukum bagi perempuan dan anak dari kekerasan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi hukum, diskusi interaktif, dan pendampingan bagi korban. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kesadaran hukum, budaya patriarki, serta kurangnya respons aparat penegak hukum menjadi hambatan utama dalam perlindungan perempuan dan anak. Pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang hak-hak hukum serta pentingnya pelaporan kasus kekerasan. Diharapkan kolaborasi lebih lanjut dapat memperkuat sistem perlindungan hukum yang lebih efektif dan berpihak pada korban.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the legal arrangements regarding the recognition of the law that lives in society in the 2023 Criminal Code (KUHP) and examine the urgency of integrating customary sanctions in the national penal system, especially in Biak Numfor Regency, as a manifestation of restorative justice. The research method used is normative-empirical legal research, with a legislative, conceptual, and sociological approach, through literature study and analysis of customary case settlement practices in Biak Numfor. The results of the study show that normatively, Article 2 of the 2023 Criminal Code provides a clear legal basis for the recognition of living law as a source of national criminal law. Philosophically, the recognition is in line with the values of Pancasila, the theory of Volksgeist Savigny, and the principle of restorative justice that emphasizes the restoration of social relations. Meanwhile, sociologically, customary settlement practices in Biak Numfor have proven effective in creating peace, strengthening legal legitimacy, and reducing the burden of formal justice. This study emphasizes that the integration of customary sanctions into the national penal system is a strategic step towards a legal system that is humanistic, socially just, and rooted in the local values of Indonesian society.

Abstract

The learning of network and telecommunication measuring instruments at SMK Nurul Hikmah is hindered by limited practical equipment and conventional teaching methods, making it difficult for students to understand concepts and reducing their learning interest. This study developed an application based on Augmented Reality and interactive quizzes to provide a more visual and engaging learning experience. The application utilizes Unity 3D, Maxst SDK, and Blender for creating 3D objects. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) to ensure a faster process and meet user needs. Key features include displaying 3D measuring instruments along with descriptions of their functions and operations, as well as interactive quizzes. Evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 81.67%, indicating that the application is feasible and effective as a learning medium. This research is expected to encourage the adoption of interactive technology in education.

Abstract

Temperature and lighting conditions in chicken coops greatly affect the health and productivity of livestock. However, many farmers in Indonesia still monitor the coop environment manually, which is inefficient and poses a high risk to chicken health. To address this issue, this study designed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based temperature and light Monitoring system that can automatically and in real-time monitor and control coop conditions. The system uses a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller integrated with a temperature sensor and an LDR light sensor. The collected data is displayed on an LDR screen and sent to the Blynk app on a smartphone, enabling farmers to monitor coop conditions remotely. The system is also equipped with two relays to automatically control fans and lights based on sensor values, as well as a manual control feature that automatically returns to default mode within 1 minute. The development method used is prototyping, with a black-box approach for system Testing.
