Abstract

Customers are getting smarter in determining transportation services that will be used to help all activities. This study aims to examine the effect of customer experience, customer trust and customer satisfaction on customer engagement. The population of this research is all the passengers of the Semarang-Brebes Kaligung Train. A sample of 160 respondents using incidental and purposive sampling techniques. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS version 23. The results showed that customer experience affects customer trust, customer experience influences customer satisfaction, customer experience influences customer engagement, customer trust influences customer satisfaction, customer trust affect customer engagement, customer satisfaction does not significant affect customer engagement. Suggestion from this research is Kaligung Train must continue to maintain and improve services and facilities so that the experience is better. Suggestions for further research are adding other variables or other factors related to this study and using different research objects

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of marketing knowledge competence and customer orientation on performance of marketing toward marketing capabilities. The population data in this research is the hawkers of Tuin Van Java centre in Magelang City. The total sample is 127 respondents. This research using a saturated sampling. The data analysis method in this research using descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis with IBM SPSS versi 21. The research result shows that marketing knowledge competence and customer orientation had positive and significant influence on marketing performance through marketing capabilities. marketing capabilities are also able to mediate the effect of marketing knowledge competence and customer orientation toward marketing performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Inquiry Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pengantar administrasi perkantoran siswa kelas X APSMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan pendekatan siklus yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP C semester 1 tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dengan jumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode test dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model Inquiry Learning. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setalah penerapan model Inquiry Learning yaitu 74,05 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 62,5%, siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 79,25 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 72,5%, dan pada siklus III 82,25 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 80%.The purpose of this research was to know the application of Inquiry Learning Model to increase the learning outcomes of 10th Grade Students for Introduction to Office Administration class at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. The approach of this research was consisted of 3 cycles. The subject of this research were 40 students of 10th Grade class C of Office Administration in the first semester in academic year of 2014/2015. The data were collected by test and observation. The result of the study showed that students’ learning outcomes increased after the application of Inquiry Learning Model. The students’ learning outcomes average at the 1st cycle was 74.05 with classical learning completeness was 62.5%. Next, the result of students’ learning outcomes at the 2nd cycleincreased up to 79.25 with classical learning completeness was 72.5%, and at the 3rd cycle, it went up to 82.25 with classicallearning completeness was 80%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan laboratorium terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar “mengimplementasikan dan memelihara sistem kearsipan” program keahlian administrasi perkantoran  di SMK Negeri 1 Cepu tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI jurusan administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Cepu yang berjumlah 63 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner (angket), dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier sederhana adalah Y = 41,059 + 0,662X. besarnya pengaruh pemanfaatan laboratorium terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 26,3%.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of laboratory competence of student learning outcomes on the basis of "implementing and maintaining filing systems' expertise office administration program at SMK Negeri 1 Cepu academic year 2015/2016. The population in this study were all students of class XI administration department office at SMK Negeri 1 Cepu totaling 63 people. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaire), and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentages and simple linear regression. The results showed that the simple linear regression equation is Y = 41.059 + 0,662X. the effect of the use of the laboratory to the learning outcomes of students 26.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh iklim kelas, kesiapan, dan motivasi terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari Kabupaten Purbalingga secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran yang berjumlah 102 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik proportional random sampling dan didapatkan responden dengan jumlah 81 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 12,916 + 0,214X1 + 0,352X2 + 0,400X3 + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 69,4%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial iklim kelas sebesar 11,8%, kesiapan belajar sebesar 11,3%, dan motivasi belajar sebesar 17,1%. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara iklim kelas, kesiapan dan motivasi terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari Kabupaten Purbalingga. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) Guru hendaknya mengkondisikan suasana belajar siswa di dalam kelas. 2) Siswa sebaiknya lebih menjaga kondisi fisiknya dan diharapkan terus menjaga semangat belajar dalam mengikuti mata pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru. 3) Guru hendaknya berperan aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar seperti menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang variatif. 4) Sekolah hendaknya rutin melakukan pengecekan di Laboratorium AP khususnya peralatan yang digunakan untuk praktik siswa. This research has purpose to find out whether there is influence from Class Climate, Readiness and Motivation toward Student Activities Class X of Office Administration Department’s on the Subjects Managing Office Equipment at Muhammadiyah Vocational High School of Bobotsari, Purbalingga Regency simultaneously or partially. The populations in this research were students of class X of Office Administration Department as many as 102 students. The Sampling technique used proportional random sampling, applied to 81 students as sample. The analyzing method used percentage descriptive analysis and double regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis is obtained Y = 12,916 + 0,214X1 + 0,352X2 + 0,400X3 + e. There are effects simultaneously 69,4% and partially the class climate is 11,8%, readiness learning is 11,3% and motivation learning is 17,1%. The conclusion from this research is there is a positive and significant influence between class climate, readiness and motivation in the Student Activities of Class X of Office Administration Department’s at Muhammadiyah Vocational High School of Bobotsari, Purbalingga Regency. Suggestion from this research are; 1) Teachers should condition the learning environment of students in the classroom. 2) Students should be expected to maintain his physical condition and continue to keep the spirit of learning in following the subjects presented by the teacher. 3) Teachers should play an active role in the learning process as applying learning methods varied. 4) Schools should be routinely checked at the Laboratory AP particular equipment used for student practice.

Abstract

Kinerja guru yang baik dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya adalah iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja. Berdasarkan hasil observasi masih banyak guru yang memiliki kinerja rendah, hal tersebut dilihat dari kehadiran guru yang tidak tepat waktu dan masih banyak guru yang belum membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebelum kegiatan pembelajaran. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru administrasi perkantoran SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah guru administrasi perkantoran SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus yang berjumlah 55 orang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel populasi yang berjumlah 55 orang.Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 96,010 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka H4 diterima, thitung sebesar 2,201 pada taraf signifikansi 0,032 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima, thitung sebesar 3,926 pada taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka H2 diterima, thitung sebesar 3,300 pada taraf signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 maka H3 diterima. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim sekolah, fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran penelitian ini adalah guru harus meningkatkan kinerjanya terutama dalam penyusunan RPP, hendaknya guru mensiasati kekurangan fasilitas buku-buku pegangan mengenai Administrasi Perkantoran dengan memberikan materi lain dari internet dan bagi sekolah hendaknya memberikan balas jasa yang sesuai dengan tugas yang dibebankan kepada guru. The performance of a good teacher influenced by various factors, of them are school climate, working facilities and working discipline. Based on the observation is a lot of teachers who have low, its performance it is viewed from the teacher ill-timed and a lot of teachers who have not made before learning activity implementation of plans. The problem that is out there in the study of effect of climate school, working facilities and working discipline to perfoemance of office administration teacher at SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus simultaneously or be partial. Research objectives is to know the influence of effects of climate school, working facilities and working discipline of the performance of office administration teachers at SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus simultaneously and partial. The population in the research is all office administration teachers at SMK se-Kabupaten Kudus which total 55 people and the sample used is that total of 55 people to sample the population. Variables that were examined in this research namely school climate, working facilities, working discipline and teachers performance. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the research show that the value of Ftest at 96,010 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 then H4 accepted, ttest at 2,201 with a significance level of 0,032 < 0,05 then H1 accepted, ttest at 3,926 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 then H2 accepted. ttest at 3,300 with a significance level of 0,002 < 0,05 then H3 accepted. The conlusion of this research is that there is anpositive and significance influence of school climate, working facilities and working discipline to performance teacher simultaneously or partially. Suggestions of this research is teachers must improve its performance especially in the preparation of lesson plans, teachers should be a shortage of facilities books a handle on the office administration by giving other material from the internet and for schols should give it the services in accordance with the duty charged to the teacher.

Abstract

Fokusdalampenelitian ini adalah pengaruh strategi,kompetensi professional dankompetensipedagogikterhadap kinerja guru SMK negeridanswastajurusanpertanian di kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi peningkatankompetensi, dan pengaruhnyaterhadap kinerja guru SMK negeri dan swasta jurusan pertanian di kabupaten Semarang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Hasil analisis mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi profesional berpengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kompetensi pedagogic berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, strategi peningkatan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh terhadap strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru, kompetensi pedagogic berpengaruh terhadap strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui strategi peningkatan kompetensi, kompetensi pedagogic berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui strategi peningkatan kompetensi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis bentuk-bentuk pelibatan orang tua di sekolah; (2) menganalisis usaha sekolah dalam memberikan ruang bagi orang tua untuk terlibat di sekolah ; (3) menganalisis tingkat pelibatan orang tua di sekolah; (4) dampak pelibatan orang tua di sekolah pada prestasi akademik dan non akademik siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon. Sumber data diperoleh dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil kepala sekolah, Wali Kelas, Orang tua siswa, Siswa dan dokumen terkait pelibatan orang tua di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pelibatan orang tua terdapat berbagai macam, usaha yang dilakukan sekolah untuk melibatkan orang tua sangat baik, tingkat pelibatannya mencapai empowerment, dan dampaknya pada prestasi akademik serta non akademik siswa sangat baik dan mampu meningkatkan prestasi siswa secara efektif. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon (1) Sekolah dapat menciptakan kondisi yang mendukung terlibatnya orang tua secara efektif. (2) Orang tua dapat memahami pentingnya terlibat dalam pendidikan anak di sekolah bagi prestasi siswa baik akademik dan non akademik serta dapat meningkat lebih baik lagi. This study aimed to (1) analyze the form of parents involvement in children education at school; (2) to analyze the effort of the school in giving space for parents to involve; (3) to analyze the level of parents involvement in children education at school; (4) The impact of parents involvement in children education at school.This research was conducted at SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon. Source of data obtained from :Principal, Vice Principal, Homeroom Teachers, Parents, Students and documents related parents involvement at school. The results showed that the form of parent involvement is various, the effort done by the school to involve the parents is very good, the level of involvement reaches the empowerment level, and the impact on the academic achievement and non-academic students is very good and able to improve student achievement effectively. From the results of this study are expected SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon (1) Schools can create conditions that effectively support parent involvement. (2) Parents can understand the importance of engaging in children's education in schools for both academic and non-academic student achievement and can improve better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor (1) supervisi akademik, (2) budaya sekolah, (3) motivasi kerja guru terhadap profesionalisme guru pada SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Belu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat pengaruh dari hal-hal yang telah diuraikan di atas. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua guru PNS yang mengajar di SMK Negeri yang ada di kabupaten Belu. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket/kuisioner dari 96 orang dan di analisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebagai penunjang utama dari profesionalisme guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh langsung supervisi akademik dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Profesionalitas Guru secara beerturut-turut adalah 5,71% dan 7,13%. Besarnya pengaruh tidak langsung supervisi akademik dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Profesionalitas Guru melalui Motivasi Kerja secara berturut-turut 16.53% dan 8.56%. This study aims to examine the factors (1) academic supervision, (2) school culture, (3) teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism at SMK Negeri in Belu Regency. The research method used is quantitative with explanatory research (explanatory research) to determine the extent of the level of influence of the things that have been described above. The population of this study are all civil servant teachers who teach at SMK Negeri that exist in Belu district. Data were collected through questionnaire from 96 people and analyzed by path analysis. The result of the research shows that the academic supervision and school culture together influence the work motivation as the main support of teacher professionalism. The results showed that the magnitude of direct influence of academic supervision and School Culture to the Professionalism of Teachers are 5.71% and 7.13%, respectively. The magnitude of indirect influence of academic supervision and School Culture on Professionalism Teachers through Work Motivation respectively 16.53% and 8.56%

Abstract

Pengembangan model supervisi klinis berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi adalah suatu model supervisi klinis dengan menggunakan alat bantu media komunikasi menggunakan whatapp dan rekaman video mengajar guru. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan supervisi klinis saat ini,mengembangkan model,dan menganalis efektifitas model. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development. Studi pendahuluan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, angket dan observasi. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktisi dengan menggunakan lembar peniliaan. Tahap evaluasi menggunakan one grup pretest-posttest design untuk mengetahui efektifitas model. Supervisi klinis yang dilakukan pengawas sekolah saat ini ditemukan beberapa tantangan: (1) guru merasa tidak nyaman bila di observasi kelas; (2) jumlah pengawas produktif tidak sebanding dengan jumlah guru binaan; (3) komunikasi guru dan pengawas hanya terbatas pada saat kunjungan pengawas. Berdasarkan penelitian pendahuluan dikembangkan sebuah model supervisi klinis berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Model hipotetik tersebut divalidasi oleh ahli dan menjadi model yang valid dan selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba terbatas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) model supervisi klinis saat ini masih kurang efektif; (2) model yang supervisi klinis yang dibutuhkan saat ini adalah berbasis TIK; (3) model yang dikembangkan efektif meningkatkan kinerja guru. Saran model ini tidak hanya diujicoba pada skala terbatas dan tidak hanya guru produktif saja tetapi bisa di uji coba skala luas pada kelompok guru mata pelajaran yang lainnya. Development of clinical supervision model based on information and communication technology is a clinical supervision model by using whatapp and video recording as a communication media in teaching learning process. This research purpose to analyze the current implementation of clinical supervision, the developing of models, and analyze the effectiveness of the model. This research have to use Research and Development method. Introduction studies using by qualitative and quantitative approach. Collection data are interview, questionnaire and observation. The experts and practitioners were involved to validatea asessmen sheet in development step. One group pretest-posttest was conducted in evaluation step to determine the model effectiveness. The introduction studies shows that: (1) the teacher feels uncomfortable on academic supervision conducted by school supervisor; (2) the supervisors amount less the teacher amount (3)communication between teacher and supervisors happened only during supervisor visits. Based on these facts, the researcher tends to develop the clinical supervision model based on information and communication technology. The hypothetical model is validated by an expert and becomes a valid model and then performed a limited trial. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the current model of clinical supervision is still less effective; (2) the model of clinical supervision required today is ICT-based; (3) the model developed effectively improves teacher performance. The suggestion of this model is not only tested on limited scales and not only productive teachers but can be tested on a large scale in other subject teachers groups
