Pandemi Covid-19 sudah ada di sekitar kita hampir 1,5 tahun. Banyak perubahan yang terjadi dalam berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah aspek Pendidikan. Sekolah yang semula dilaksanakan secara tatap muka menjadi dilakukan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat resiliensi orang tua ketika mendampingi anak menjalani sekolah dari rumah. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriprif menjadi metode untuk mengungkap resiliensi 40 orang tua yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Orang tua yang tidak terbiasa mendampingi anak dalam belajar akan mengalami beban, karena harus terbagi fokus untuk bekerja, menemani belajar dan juga mengurus rumah. Apabila orang tua merasa terbebani maka akan berpengaruh kepada anak, dan meluapkan emosi marah kepada anak. Untuk mengantisipasi rasa terbebani dan menghindari stress dalam mendampimgi anak belajar daring, maka dapat diupayakan untuk menguatkan daya resiliensi orang tua. Skor resiliensi pada sampel penelitian ini berada pada kategori rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam mendampingi anak sekolah dari rumah mempunyai daya resiliensi yang rendah. This study aims to find out the strategy of character education in shaping ethics and values in the younger generation studying at SD Negeri 02 Amban Monokwari. The type of research used in this study is a literature review method using a qualitative approach. The main source of data for this research is research articles that have been published in various scientific journals and indexed on the google scholar database. Other sources of supporting data are books and other documents relevant to the focus of the research. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of data analysis show that the development of the personality of the younger generation in modern society is a challenge because of the interaction of influences from various factors such as family, formal education, peers, media, and globalization. Although the family plays an important role as the foundation of character values, formal education and social interaction with schools and peers also make a significant contribution. During rapid technological development, character education strategies must adapt to remain relevant. Parent involvement, the role of teachers as models, and media literacy are important factors in character development

Health services are one of the health service providing institutions. One of the service providers is a nurse. However, the nurse's work performance is very dependent on one of them is the leadership style of the head of the room. The purpose of this study was to look at the leadership style of nurses in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is Literature Review with Prism Method. The keywords used are PICO. P: Hospital Nurse in Indonesia. I: Leadership style (transformational, transactional, liberal, democratic, autocratic), C: -, O: Work performance, motivation, job satisfaction. In addition, researchers also made inclusion criteria in article screening, namely: available in full text, in Indonesian, where the research was carried out in the Hospital, research year 2012-2022. The data base used is Google Scholar. Screening the title of the same article, as well as the last 10 years of research, is not an article but a book of 8938 articles. Furthermore, eligibility does not meet the inclusion criteria of 881. Leadership styles have their own disadvantages and advantages. A good leadership style is determined by the situation and the conditions of the work environment.

Special Efforts for the Protection and Empowerment of Farmers, Fishermen and Breeders to build local communities to improve welfare and a better standard of living, so that all people participate in all areas of life. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the form of protection and empowerment of Fishermen and Livestock Farmers in West Papua Province. The research method used is qualitative research method, the type of research used is literature research, observation and random approach to farmer groups, fishermen, and breeders in the field. The results of this study indicate that the role of the government in implementing protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and breeders as Regulators, Facilitators, and Catalysts. Concretely, the form of protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and breeders can be done by forming farmer groups to facilitate the distribution of information through agricultural counseling and training in general to groups of farmers, fishermen and breeders. Forms of protection - Farmer Protection and Empowerment is based on a. sovereignty; b. independence; c. usefulness; d. togetherness; e. integration; f. openness; g. efficiency-justice; and h. sustainability. The protection and empowerment of farmers, fishermen and livestock is the responsibility and obligation of the government must be carried out in a just, trustful, and non-discriminatory manner as a prerequisite for realizing welfare

This study aims to determine the role of leadership in improving employee performance at the West Papua Provincial Food Security Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, which is research that describes narratively based on the data of research results that are objectively analyzed from the results of interviews, observations, and document reviews. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. As a result of the data analysis, it was concluded that the performance of employees at the West Papua Provincial Food Security Service had improved and was quite well implemented by the employees. Performance issues always receive attention in management because they are closely related to the productivity of an institution or organization. In this regard, efforts to conduct performance assessments are very important. It is recognized that many people are able but unwilling, so they still do not produce optimal performance.

This research aims to determine the quality of service in the administrative sector in the context of public services at the Warmare District office, Manokwari Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research approach. In the data collection technique, the author uses an interview technique and then obtains data from the results of the interview. From the research results, it can be concluded that the people of Warmare District are satisfied with the services provided by the Warmare District Public Services Department in terms of reliability regarding reliability in handling every public complaint, reliability in terms of time and accuracy of the service process. Judging from the assurance aspect, especially security at the Warmare Subdistrict Office, Manokwari regency, it has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services related to providing a sense of security for the community, namely by placing parking attendants who help secure conditions in the parking lot. Then any items left in the service room will be kept by the staff until the owner picks them up

Dusun Pending merupakan salah satu dusun yang terletak di Desa Soronalan, Kecamatan Sawangan, Kabupaten Magelang. Di dusun Pending ini terdapat sekolah dasar yaitu SD Negeri Soronalan 2 yang merupakan salah satu sekolah dengan jumlah siswa yang belum mencapai standar. Minat literasi pada sekolah ini juga masih tergolong rendah dan harus diperhatikan. Dari beberapa permasalahan tersebut maka kami memilih SD Negeri Soronalan 2 ini untuk melaksanakan kolaborasi dan untuk menerapkan ilmu yang kami punya dengan mengembangkan Pojok Baca Ramah Siswa dan Peningkatan Branding Sekolah yang mana dapat meningkatkan minat literasi siswa dan jumlah siswa disekolah ini. Meningkatkan minat literasi siswa juga menjadi tantangan penting mengingat literasi memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan potensi peserta didik.Hasil pelaksanaan PPMT mencakup pengembangan pojok baca dengan penambahan buku bacaan, pembuatan pamflet kata-kata motivasi, dan kolaborasi pembuatan pamflet penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB). Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki fokus utama pada peningkatan branding sekolah dan minat literasi siswa. Melalui pengembangan Pojok Baca Ramah Siswa dan strategi branding sekolah, tim pengabdian dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang berusaha mengatasi permasalahan kurangnya minat siswa dan fasilitas yang kurang memadai.

Kanggotan is located in the area of Tugurejo Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency. Tugurejo Village has 2 educational institutions, MI Tugurejo and SD Negeri Tugurejo. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the principal, information was obtained that SD Negeri Tugurejo has a physical condition of the school that is not so large, the location is not strategic, and most students are from underprivileged family backgrounds with relatively low incomes, the purpose of this service is to develop the potential of children related to their interests and talents to have a good career plan and introduce various applications and websites to the teacher council. To bring an interesting teaching and learning process to students, especially about career planning. Efforts to overcome these problems include providing career planning guidance and improving students' life skills at SD Negeri Tugurejo as a provision for continuing their careers. The method of implementing the service is to provide career planning training to students and socialization of career planning to teachers and parents of students; the results of this service program are career learning media in the form of career snake and ladder games that can be used by teachers, making pamphlets of motivational words with the theme of career planning, the understanding of the mindset of students and parents of students towards career planning.

Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat di PAUD Al-Fitroh dengan tema Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Identifikasi dan Penanganan Masalah Anak Usia Dini memberikan dampak positif bagi pengelola maupun guru dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dua tahap yaitu tahap orientasi materi dan tahap pendampingan identifikasi penyelesaian masalah anak. Keefektifan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di PAUD Al-Fitroh dapat dilihat dari hasil pretest dan posttes. Pada aspek pemahaman perkembangan meningkatkan 35%, pemahaman identifikasi 37% dan pemahaman penanganan masalah 42 %. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat direncanakan untuk melakukan program kegiatan lanjutan untuk memberikan pembekalan layanan konseling lebih intensif bagi guru PAUD sebagai garda depan penanganan masalah dan pendidikan anak.
