Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of NEET and the macro conditions in which the individual lives against the probability of an individual entering the NEET group (NEET status) in Madiun. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a purposive sample with certain considerations with informants a few 20 alumni of economics education in 2020-2022 who are not yet working. The results show factors that influence a person to become a NEET such as age, education and job qualifications needed in the field, and not having a link to work. Some informants are still choosing and sorting out the jobs to apply for, want to enjoy the process of consulting someone in the neighborhood, have fun instead of working and come from rich families. Informants have all the characteristics of NEET, namely not wanting to work and looking for work, anti-social, depending on other people to fill their days with less useful activities. The visible characteristics of NEETs are that they must fulfill their own needs, in order to actualize themselves. Starting from meeting physical needs, the need for security, being recognized by society, feeling affection, and being valued so that they are able to achieve the best version of themselves. Starting from improving relations with family, then trying to get out and socialize with society.

Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Team activities carried out in Jogorogo Village, Jogorogo District, Ngawi Regency is to explore the village's potential so that it can be used as a regional superior product and assist MSMEs who do not yet have business permits with Online Single Submission. Participants in this activity were representatives of the Jogorogo village government and MSME groups. Methods used: Preparation stage, assessment and agreement stage, action planning and activity implementation stage, action planning and activity implementation stage, evaluation stage, termination stage. The results of this service activity were the first to discover the village's potential, namely the abundance of rambutan fruit which was successfully made into processed rambutan fruit as a superior product for the Jogorogo region. Secondly, 12 MSMEs have successfully registered with the OSS for business licensing.

Abstract

Perpustakaan digital adalah perpustakaan dengan koleksi buku sebagian besar dalam bentuk digital dan yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone atau komputer. Jenis perpustakaan ini berbeda dengan jenis perpustakaan tradisional yang merupakan kumpulan buku cetak, microfilm, atau kumpulan kaset audio, video, dan lainnya. Perpustakaan digital ini digunakan dimana saja. Alasan dibalik terciptanya perpustakaan digital ini adalah menurunnya minat siswa dalam belajar, tingkat pemahaman, serta kemampuan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi efektifitas proses pembelajaran, salah satunya di SMP Taman Bakti Kota Madiun. Dengan begitu perpustakaan digital dapat menunjang kemampuan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik. Hasil akhir dari perpustakaan digital ini berupa pembiasaan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik di SMP Taman Bakti Kota Madiun.

Abstract

Kelompok usaha bersama salah satu program untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan. Kelompok usaha bersama adalah program bantuan modal usaha yang dilaksanakan secara kelompok untuk masyarakat yang tergolong miskin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penangulangan kemiskinan melalui program kelompok usaha bersama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Madiun yaitu pendampingan dan membantu membuat serta pengajuan proposal ke Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Timur, pelaksanaan program kelompok usaha bersama di Kota Madiun diawali pengajuan proposal ke Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Timur dan manfaat adanya program kelompok usaha bersama yaitu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat serta mewujudkan ekonomi mandiri. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah program kelompok usaha bersama dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of science and science learning which is a problem in educational development, especially at SDN Pilangrejo 02. This research is classroom action research (PTK). The aim of this research is to determine student learning outcomes by implementing the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach for class IV students on energy transformation material. There were a total of 14 children in the fourth grade that participated in this research project. Nine of the students were female, and five of the students were male. We gathered the data using a combination of observation, recording, and written examinations. Quantitative descriptive analysis was the analytical approach that was used. The findings of the research demonstrated that the use of the TaRL methodology has the potential to enhance the learning outcomes of students in the energy transformation content that is covered in the fourth grade SDN Pilangrejo 02. From the pre-cycle it can be proven that student learning outcomes have only reached 36%, which means 9 out of 14 students did not complete. Then in cycle 1 the percentage became 64%. where 9 students have obtained scores above the KKM. in cycle 2 it increased again to 79% with the number of students who scored above the KKM 11 out of 14 students. This shows that the TaRL approach is effective in improving student learning outcomes in energy transformation material.

Abstract

This research is classroom action research (PTK) which aims to determine the increase in learning motivation and learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students in mathematics subjects through the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. Data was collected using questionnaire and test techniques, which were carried out three times, namely at the pre-cycle stage, cycle I and cycle II. The application of the TaRL approach in mathematics learning has proven successful in increasing students' learning motivation. Based on the results of observations, the percentage of learning motivation increased from 49% in the pre-cycle to 61% in cycle I, and rose again to 78% in cycle II. Apart from that, student learning outcomes also showed a significant improvement, with the percentage of completion increasing from 56% in the pre-cycle to 70% in cycle I, and reaching 83% in cycle II, which is included in the good category.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve students’ activities and learning outcomes of Mathematics in solving problems related to money on chapter whole numbers up to 100.000 by using project-based learning integrated with social emotional learning (SEL) for students at class 5 in SDN Pilangrejo 02. This research used classroom action research which carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle was carried out in 4 stages, includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research used observation, tests and documentation as the instruments. The data analysis used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study showed the percentage of students’ activity in cycle I reached 58.84% and increased 87.23% in cycle II. The percentage of learning outcomes in pre-test (pre-cycle) reached 27.28% with average score of 60, it increased 72.23% with average score of 80 in post-test (cycle I), and increased to 90% with average score of 93 in post-test (cycle II). So, it concluded that the implementation of Project Based Learning integrated with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) can improve the students’ activities and learning outcomes of mathematics subjects at class 5 in SDN Pilangrejo 02.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image dan E-WOM terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada penggunaan aplikasi TikTok Shop Mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Madiun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Madiun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 152 siswa. Bentuk dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner berjumlah 24 soal yang telah di uji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini yang telah di uji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji t (Parsial), Uji F (Stimultan) dan Koefisien determinasi dengan alat bantu menggunakan SPSS dan Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image (X1) berpengaruh Positif terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y), Variabel E-EWOM (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) Signifikansi Uji F untuk Brand Image (XI) dan Electronic Word of Mouth (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y), hal ini didasarkan pada hasil uji f yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,005 dan  Fhitung 76,613 > 3,06 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Brand Image dan E-WOM berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Diketahui variabel citra merek dengan negative news sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Objectives: The study aims to find out the effect of auditor turnover, opinion, and corporate governance on audit delay with accounting firm's reputation as a moderation. Method: this type of research is quantitative research. the population in the study was a consumer goods company registered with the idx for the period 2017-2021. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method and obtained data as many as 135 samples. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression and moderate regression analysis. Results: The results showed that the change of auditor had no effect on audit delay, while audit opinion and audit committee had a negative and significant effect on audit delay, while the independent board of commissioners had a positive and significant effect on audit delay. The results of this study also showed that accounting firm's reputation was able to positively moderate audit opinions against audit delays, but accounting firm's reputation was unable to moderate the audit committee against audit delays
