Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning achievement in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects through the application of the learning community approach to class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Ngawi in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and learning outcome tests. The results of the study showed a significant increase in learning achievement. In the pre-cycle stage, the average student score was 63.33 with a completion rate of 50%. After the application of the learning community approach, in cycle I the average score increased to 69.89 with a completion rate of 65%, and in cycle II it increased to 83.3 with a completion rate reaching 90%. These results indicate that the learning community approach is effective in improving students' social studies learning achievement. Therefore, this learning model is recommended to be applied in social studies learning in junior high schools

Abstract

This research was conducted in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Geneng. The purpose and objectives to be achieved in the study were to improve the completeness of student learning outcomes and student activities in learning activities by applying the Mind Mapping method. There were 18 female students and 12 male students out of a total of 30 students who were the subjects of the study. This study used 2 cycles and four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation / observation and reflection. Mind Mapping is a visual method for organizing ideas and information. It uses diagrams with the main concept in the middle and branches representing related ideas. This technique helps to understand, remember, and connect concepts effectively. The end of this abstract can be taken as a result in the implementation of class research will be known the interests and readiness of students before the research is conducted, after the classroom action research using the Mind Mapping system is conducted can improve memory, critical thinking skills, and interest in learning. By organizing information visually mind mapping helps students to understand concepts better and facilitates understanding of learning materials

Abstract

Backgrounds: Taxes as a source of funding to increase economic growth and national development. Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, earnings management, and Corporate Social Responsibility on environmental accounting moderating Corporate Governance. Methods: The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2024. The sample of this study used a purposive sampling technique totaling 196 companies. The data analysis method used multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. Results: The results of this study indicate that 1) profitability affects environmental accounting, 2) earnings management does not affect environmental accounting, 3) Corporate Social Responsibility does not affect environmental accounting, 4) Corporate Governance cannot moderate profitability on environmental accounting. 5) Corporate Governance can moderate earnings management on environmental accounting, and 6) Corporate Governance can moderate Corporate Social Responsibility on environmental accounting.

Abstract

Peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aspek kritis dalam memperkuat daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM pelaku UMKM, dengan fokus pada pengembangan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang diperlukan untuk bersaing secara efektif.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi fenomenologi, melibatkan partisipasi dari pelaku UMKM untuk memahami tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam mengelola SDM. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan dalam kondisi SDM dan kurangnya motivasi kerja menjadi hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan yang berbasis kompetensi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM.Hasil penelitian menekankan pentingnya pengembangan karakter dan motivasi kerja sebagai faktor penentu dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Dengan demikian, rekomendasi diberikan agar program peningkatan kompetensi SDM dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan, guna menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang lebih kompetitif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik dalam pengelolaan SDM di sektor UMKM.

Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Team activities carried out in Jogorogo Village, Jogorogo District, Ngawi Regency is to explore the village's potential so that it can be used as a regional superior product and assist MSMEs who do not yet have business permits with Online Single Submission. Participants in this activity were representatives of the Jogorogo village government and MSME groups. Methods used: Preparation stage, assessment and agreement stage, action planning and activity implementation stage, action planning and activity implementation stage, evaluation stage, termination stage. The results of this service activity were the first to discover the village's potential, namely the abundance of rambutan fruit which was successfully made into processed rambutan fruit as a superior product for the Jogorogo region. Secondly, 12 MSMEs have successfully registered with the OSS for business licensing.
