Abstract

The study about “Phenetic Relationship of 7 Species of Orange Plants in BenerMeriah Highlands” was inducted back in August until September 2017. The aim of this study is to describe the morphological characterization of 7 species of orange plants in BenerMeriah highlands and to understand the phenetic relationship of 7 species of oranges plant in BenerMeriah highlands. The method used in this study was observation with the type of mixture between qualitative and quantitative. The subjects of this study are 7 species of orange plants, namely: a) Citrus reticulata; b) Citrus amblycarpa; c) Citrus hystrix; d) Citrus nobilis; e) Citrus maxima; f) Citrus sinensis; and g) Citrus aurantifolia. The parameters of this study were the morphological characteristic of stems, leaves, fruits and flowers. The collected data were analyzed descriptively, where the similarities were measured using Similarity Index (SI) and the dissimilarities were measured using Dissimilarity Index (DI) to classify the total of 7 species of orange plants using cluster analysis. According to the morphological characteristics, it could be concluded that there are several differences and similarities among the 7 species of orange plants found in BenerMeriah Regency. The combination of Citrus hystrix with Citrus aurantifolia have the closest phenetic relationship, which have 66 of SI. The other combinations that also have close phenetic relationship are Citrus hystrix with Citrus maxima and Citrus nobilis with Citrus sinensis. The pheneticrelationship that have the highest DI is the combination of Citrus amblycarpa with Citrus maxima, which have 88 of DI

Abstract

Pertambahan usia merupakan suatu proses berkelanjutan yang tidak dimulai sejak lahir. Seseorang secara alami akan melewati tiga fase kehidupan: masa kanak-kanak, masa dewasa, dan masa tua. Menjadi tua adalah sebuah proses yang normal. Karena keterampilan kognitif gaya hidup seperti belajar, pengarahan, pemahaman, dan perhatian, masalah kognitif menjadi perhatian utama bagi orang lanjut usia dan sering kali mempengaruhi mereka. Akibatnya, reaksi dan perilaku orang-orang lama menjadi semakin lambat. Mengetahui sejauh mana dampak buruk terhadap fungsi kognitif dan intelektual lansia di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Sungai Tabuk 3 Desa Sungai Bakung Kabupaten Banjar menjadi tujuan dari upaya ini. Jumlah responden sebanyak 25 lansia agar mengetahui saat terjadi rusaknya intelek lansia dengan menggunakan kuesinoer Short Portable Mental Status (SPMSQ). Hasil dari pengkajian kognitif dengan pengkajian SPMSQ didapatkan 36% lansia mengalami kerusakan intelektual utuh, 28% Lansia yang berusia di atas 65 tahun menderita gangguan intelektual ringan, 28% mengalami gangguan intelektual sedang, dan 8% mengalami gangguan intelektual berat. Kata kunci: fungsi kognitif ,SPMSQ,Lansia.

Abstract

Capitation is a payment method to primary health care providers. The application of capitation without considering risk adjustment could have a negative impact. There are several models of risk adjustment capitation payments. This study aims to review the development of the capitation payment system with risk adjustment for primary care in several countries. This study used the PRISMA method and got the articles from three online databases, namely Pubmed, EBSCOhost Medline, and Scopus. A total of 212 articles were collected, and 7 articles meet the criteria for further review. The review focuses on the risk-adjusted capitation payment system model. The results obtained that the risk-adjusted capitation payment system model is vary from simple to complex. The most frequently used risk factors were age and gender. The risk-adjusted capitation payment system model continues to develop, it is important to carry out periodic updates and adjustments. Various benefit from the implementation of the risk-adjusted capitation payment system model can be a reference for countries to get an appropriate risk-adjusted capitation policy formulation to be applied which proper to the conditions of each country

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia di Lombok Timur menjadi perhatian serius, tercermin dari rendahnya angka partisipasi pendidikan tinggi di daerah tersebut yang hanya 26% siswa yang melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi. Partisipasi sekolah ini sangat penting karena berkaitan dengan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di daerah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kami berupaya melakukan kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi pelajar SMA Negeri 1 Sakra untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut metode peer education digunakan dengan beberapa tahapan seperti perencanaan, persiapan, pre-test, sosialisasi, sesi tanya jawab, post-test, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Kegiatan dimulai dengan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi siswa, diikuti dengan sosialisasi yang memberikan wawasan tentang manfaat pendidikan tinggi dan informasi beasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif yang tepat mampu mengubah pola pikir dan meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap pendidikan tinggi. Kesimpulannya, program edukasi yang berfokus pada peningkatan motivasi dapat berkontribusi pada penguatan fondasi edukasi dan kompetensi individu di Lombok Timur.

Abstract

Dengue fever continues to be a vital health risk that affects people in South Sulawesi's tropical areas along with other regions. This research investigated dengue fever prevalence rates together with their environmental risk factors between urban and rural settings through a quantitative cross-sectional research design. A total of 350 households participated in the study with 175 in urban areas and 175 in rural areas. The researchers used structured questionnaires together with official health records and field observations to collect the data. This research applied logistic regression along with ANOVA and Pearson correlation techniques to evaluate important determinants as well as identify environmental differences between the urban and rural zones. The study revealed that urban population experienced a higher occurrence of dengue fever with rates at 27% whereas the rural population reported 16% cases. Risk factors associated with uncovered water containers in addition to poor waste management and high population density defined urban settings however rural areas experienced dense vegetation and inadequate waste disposal approaches. Research findings demonstrated that stagnant water (p0.001) together with poor waste management (p0.001) and vegetation density (p0.005) created statistical links to dengue prevalence. The research completes missing knowledge by showing different transmission factors between distinct geographical areas through direct comparison of urban versus rural patterns. This study demonstrates why public health intervention needs such specific methods. The focus of urban intervention programs should be waste management along with mosquito breeding site control yet rural intervention strategies need to focus on vegetation management coupled with better healthcare accessibility.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significant impact of memory games using modified cue cards on seventh grade students' vocabulary mastery at SMP Negeri 8 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study specifically focuses on noun mastery. This research involved a population of 320 seventh grade students, who were then selected in two classes using purposive sampling techniques. The sample consisted of an experimental class (VII-1) with 32 students involved in memory games, and a control class (VII-2) with 32 students who received traditional instruction through teacher explanations. Data collection was carried out through multiple choice pre-test and post-test. The results showed that the average score of the experimental class increased from 47.9 in the pre-test to 74.5 in the post-test. In contrast, the average score of the control class increased from 55.6 in the pre-test to 65.3 in the post-test. The analysis shows a t-test value of 4.828 with degrees of freedom calculated as (n1 + n2 - 2), resulting in a total of 62. The critical t-value at the 0.05 significance level is 1.670. Because the observed t-test value (4.828) exceeds the critical t-value (1.670), the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. These findings indicate that there is a significant influence on students' vocabulary mastery when taught using memory games with cards at SMP Negeri 8 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The quality of education is highly dependent on the presence and professionalism of teachers and educational staff. This article aims to analyze the role of personnel administration in enhancing the professionalism of educators and educational personnel through a literature review approach. In the context of human resource management within education, personnel administration plays a strategic role that includes planning, recruitment, training, career development, and performance evaluation. The effective implementation of personnel administration can create a supportive work environment, boost motivation and employee performance, and contribute to the achievement of educational goals. The professionalism of teachers and educational staff is defined as the ability to meet the standards of pedagogical, professional, personal, and social competencies as regulated by existing legislation. Moreover, the relationship between personnel administration and human resource development is a crucial factor in improving the competitiveness of educators through continuous training and structured career management. This article also recommends that educational institutions optimize the function of personnel administration as a strategic tool for producing professional and high-quality educators.

Abstract

Kegiatan Social Project bertema “Menjadi Pribadi Hebat dengan Karakter Kuat” merupakan bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Yargis, Kota Blitar. Tujuannya yaitu membentuk pribadi hebat pada anak-anak panti melalui penguatan nilai-nilai karakter seperti gotong royong, kemandirian, kreativitas, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat humanis dan partisipatif, berbasis pengalaman nyata yang menyenangkan dan kontekstual. Kegiatan inti mencakup seminar edukatif, lomba cerdas cermat, estafet mewarnai, dan menari bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan positif dalam sikap, partisipasi, dan antusiasme anak-anak panti, serta terbentuknya interaksi yang hangat antara peserta dan panitia. Selain berdampak pada perkembangan karakter anak, kegiatan ini juga menjadi sarana reflektif bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon pendidik dan agen perubahan sosial. Respons positif dari pihak panti dan peserta memperkuat keberhasilan social project humanis ini dalam mendukung pembinaan karakter secara menyenangkan, bermakna, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana kepemimpinan peran di Kantor Daerah Leuwigajah berdasarkan motivasi dan dukungan pekerjaan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan karyawan. Sebuah kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Karyawan Kantor Kelurahan Leuwigajah yang dipilih secara acak termasuk dalam sampel penelitian ini. Data tersebut Menggunakan teknik regresi linear ganda untuk analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan memengaruhi kesejahteraan karyawan secara signifikan, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh motivasi kerja dan peran kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan antara peran kepemimpinan berbasis dukungan dan motivasi kerja dalam mempengaruhi kesejahteraan karyawan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen Kantor Kelurahan Leuwigajah harus mempertimbangkan peran kepemimpinan yang mendorong dan mendukung karyawan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mereka. Oleh karena itu, dapat diciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, produktif, dan memuaskan. Pada akhirnya, kinerja dan keinginan keseluruhan organisasi akan mendapat manfaat dari ini.
