Abstract

The purpose of this study is to inform SMK GKPI 1 Pematangsiantar's class XII students about the TOEFL and its advantages. This research was conducted at SMK GKPI 1 Pematangsiantar involving 35 class XII TJTL students. This socializing action took place on January 10, 2024. It was delivered via lecture and question and answer format. This is a presentation of TOEFL content and its educational advantages. Three sessions were used to implement this socialization: a pre-test questionnaire about the TOEFL test, an explanation of the socialization material about the test, and a discussion session with a post-test to gauge the students' comprehension of the material. The socialization activity's outcomes demonstrate that the students who participated in the first socialization were unaware of and unaccustomed to the TOEFL. But as they were more socialized and learned more about the TOEFL, their comprehension grew and they became quite excited. When comparing the post-test results to the pre-test, it was evident that student scores had increased significantly by up to 30%. The findings indicated that the TOEFL is still not well understood by the students at SMK GKPI 1 Pematangsiantar. Nevertheless, following the socialist's explanation of the TOEFL introduction, the implementation team administered a post-test to gauge students' comprehension. According to the computational results, the post-test average was 62.8%. This unequivocally demonstrates that their comprehension improved following exposure to the TOEFL introduction

Abstract

Problem-solving ability is important in learning for the achievement of learning objectives. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of multimodal learning on a linear motion to practice students' problem-solving skills. This research is part of developing digital teaching materials on linear motion in a multimodel setting to practice students' problem-solving skills. Using the ADDIE development model over five stages. The subjects of the class trial were 14 students, 11 girls and 3 boys, in class X MIPA 3 of the school in Banjarmasin. The effectiveness is seen from the achievement in multimodel learning in terms of the result of the pre-test and post-test. The results of the N-gain test show that visualizing 0,40 problems in the category, presenting problems into physics concepts 0,88 in the high category, planning the completion of 0,55 in the medium category, carrying out problem-solving 0,80 in the high category, re-examining and evaluating 0,50 is categorized as high. Overall, the gain was 0,62 in the medium category. The research conclusion shows that multimodel learning is effectively used to practice students' problem-solving skills. The implications in education are creating creative and skilled resources and increasing the quality of education to support the future. Suggestions for further research are to increase the number of test subjects, to guide the process of practising problem skills, to distinguish between pre-test and post-test questions, and to carry out the maximum phases of the learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk manganalisis pengaruh Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Beban Operasional  terhadap pendapatan Opersioanal (BOPO) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk selama periode 2022-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan keuangan triwulan yang diperoleh dari publikasi resmi perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis liniear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa secara parsial LDR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan BOPO tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Namun, secara silmultan LDR dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,539 menunjukkan bahwa 53,9% variasi ROA dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independent, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan aspek id, ego, dan superego pada tokoh utama, Segara Alam, dalam novel Namaku Alam karya Leila S. Chudori berdasarkan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Novel Namaku Alam mengisahkan perjalanan hidup Segara Alam, seorang remaja yang harus menghadapi stigma sosial dan tekanan batin akibat masa lalu keluarganya yang kelam—ayahnya dieksekusi sebagai tahanan politik karena dituduh terlibat gerakan komunis pada masa Orde Baru. Latar sejarah dan politik yang traumatis ini membentuk konflik psikologis tokoh utama, menjadikannya representasi yang kaya untuk dikaji dari perspektif psikologi sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka terhadap teks novel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek id tokoh Segara Alam tampak melalui dorongan emosional dan impulsif yang tercermin dalam perilaku serta tindakannya, seperti kemarahan yang meledak-ledak dan kecenderungan menggunakan kekerasan. Aspek ego muncul sebagai upaya tokoh dalam menyesuaikan dorongan tersebut dengan realitas yang dihadapinya, termasuk melalui kesadaran akan batasan sosial dan introspeksi diri. Sementara itu, aspek superego tercermin dalam pertimbangan moral yang memengaruhi sikap dan keputusan tokoh meskipun tidak selalu bekerja secara konsisten, terutama ketika berhadapan dengan nilai-nilai keluarga dan lingkungan. Ketiga aspek kepribadian tersebut membentuk karakter tokoh Segara Alam yang kompleks dan dinamis sebagaimana digambarkan dalam novel.
