Abstract

This research examines digital transformation in Islamic Religious Education through the development of AI-based teaching modules. Using a qualitative approach with library research design, the study analyzes the concept and implementation of digital transformation in Islamic education, designs an AI-based teaching module development model, and evaluates its implications for learning processes and outcomes. The findings reveal three foundations of digital transformation in Islamic education: technology-spirituality synergy, moderation principles in technological adoption, and contextualizing religious materials in the digital landscape. The development of AI-based Islamic education teaching modules involves five essential components contributing to enhanced religious digital literacy, learning motivation, higher-order thinking skills, and democratization of access to Islamic knowledge. Research implications emphasize the importance of a balance between technological innovation and the preservation of fundamental Islamic educational values in optimizing the digital transformation of religious education in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Dalam hukum ekonomi Islam, Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI) dikenal dengan sebutan Hak Ibtikar. Hak cipta adalah hak eksklusif bagi pencipta atau penerima hak untuk mengu­mumkan atau memperbanyak ciptaanya atau memberikan izin untuk itu dengan tidak mengurangi pembatasan-pembatasan menurut peratu­ran perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Para ulama fiqh sepakat menyatakan bahwa hak kepemilikan mubtakir terhadap hasil pemi­kirannya dan ciptaannya adalah hak milik yang bersifat material. Namun demikian apabila hak ibtikar tersebut dikaitkan dengan tabi’at mal dapat ditran­saksikan, maka ia dapat diwarisi jika pemilik­nya meninggal dunia, dan dapat dijadikan wasiat jika seseorang ingin ber­wasiat. Tulisan ini akan menjelaskan secara ringkas tentang kon­sep hak kekayaan inetelektual dalam hukum Islam dan implement­tasinya bagi perlindungan hak merek di Indonesia.

Abstract

The educational environment in Islam plays a strategic role in shaping students' character. This study aims to explore the concept of the academic environment from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith and analyze its implications for the formation of an Islamic generation. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature review method, the research examines various relevant sources. The findings identify three main dimensions of an ideal educational environment: the family, school, and community. These three dimensions are interdependent and work synergistically to shape a generation rooted in faith, knowledge, and noble character. The family serves as the initial foundation for instilling values of faith and morality. The school extends this foundation through structured, formal education, and the community provides a real-life context for practicing these values. This study highlights the lack of integration between family, school, and community roles in current Islamic educational models. It concludes that strengthening the synergy among these three pillars can contribute significantly to building a holistic Islamic education system that is adaptive to contemporary challenges and capable of fostering character education based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi karya tulis ilmiah dan keaktifan belajar melalui penggunaan media gimkit dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada kelas XI-10 di salah satu sekolah menengah atas. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes pilihan ganda, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif melalui perhitungan nilai rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan, serta kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta didik yang ditandai dengan kenaikan rata-rata nilai dari 60,15 pada prasiklus menjadi 84,03 setelah perlakuan. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada nilai tertinggi dari 70 menjadi 100 dan nilai terendah dari 40 menjadi 75. Selain itu, hasil angket dan observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada indikator keaktifan belajar seperti bersemangat, menjawab pertanyaan, bertanya, berdiskusi, dan melaksanakan tugas, dengan peningkatan persentase keaktifan mencapai lebih dari 85 persen. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media gimkit terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to map the study areas and analyze research themes within research groups at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. The findings indicate that research at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon is categorized into five main research clusters: Indonesian Studies, Islamic Studies, Social Society, Science and Technology, and Cirebonan Studies. These research fields need to be structured into leading themes that reflect the potential, characteristics, and uniqueness of research at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. The five leading themes are: (1) Strengthening national identity and global competitiveness; (2) Enhancing awareness and understanding of Islamic perspectives to foster tolerance and peace; (3) Human development and social welfare improvement to support national integration and social harmony; (4) The advancement of science and technology with an environmental and local resource-based perspective; and (5) Strengthening culture, innovation, and creativity based on local wisdom. These leading research themes serve as guidelines for formulating research topics, development strategies, and expected outputs in the form of academic contributions or market-oriented products. Further elaboration on more specific themes is part of the research strategy aimed at advancing scientific development at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Moreover, the research approach is directed toward transforming Islamic studies from a monodisciplinary framework into a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary perspective, thereby enriching scholarly discourse in the fields of education and da’wah.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat mempunyai total luasan area ekosistem mangrove mencapai 44.625,76 hektar. Ekosistem mangrove memiliki potensi besar sebagai sumber metabolit sekunder yang berperan penting dalam mekanisme adaptasi terhadap tekanan lingkungan. Kawasan ekowisata Borneo Bahari yang berada di Desa Sungai Kakap, Kabupaten Kubu Raya merupakan area pesisir yang ditumbuhi oleh berbagai jenis mangrove seperti Acanthus ilicifolius, Avicennia marina, dan Sonneratia caseolaris. Namun, belum ada kajian mengenai kandungan metabolit sekunder pada mangrove di kawasan ekowisata Borneo Bahari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder pada daun Acanthus ilicifolius, Avicennia marina, dan Sonneratia caseolaris. Metabolit sekunder dari ketiga jenis mangrove diekstraksi dengan pelarut etanol menggunakan metode maserasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol A. ilcifolius mengandung flavonoid dan saponin. Mangrove A. marina mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, dan steroid. Jenis S. caseolaris menunjukkan ekstrak mengandung senyawa flavonoid, saponin, dan steroid. Temuan ini menjadi dasar awal dalam eksplorasi lebih lanjut seperti potensi bioaktivitas metabolit sekunder dari mangrove di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of parents‘ socioeconomic status (SES) on students’ learning achievement with learning motivation as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method on students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Ciamis. The results showed that parental SES did not have a significant direct effect on learning achievement (β = 0.0322, p = 0.6058), but had an indirect effect through learning motivation which acted as a full mediator (indirect effect = 0.3026, p < 0.001). Learning motivation was shown to have a significant influence on learning achievement (β = 0.5937, p < 0.001). This finding supports Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory and Ryan & Deci's Self-Determination Theory, which emphasise that internal factors are more dominant in academic achievement than external factors. Thus, an increase in SES does not necessarily improve learning achievement in the absence of strong learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of Three-step interview technique in improving students’ English-speaking skill. Designed as classroom action research with 31 college students for the research subjects, through pre-test, post-test, observation checklist, and interview, it is found that Three-step interview technique have positive effect and can improve students’ English-speaking skill. Majority of the students show improvement in their speaking skill and indicate that the implementation of Three-step interview technique has made the learning activities become more fun, challenging, and make them become more enthusiastic during the learning. Besides, there are also indications that this technique improves students’ motivations and attitude towards learning English.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to contribute to the role of shared reading in emerging students’ literary experience and their reading motivation. Shared reading replicates the bedtime story experience to the classroom reading activity. It provides enjoyment needed by the early readers. Sharing a big storybook to read along with friends and teacher can also give them a collaborative reading experience. Since the students are directed to read english text, shared reading offers opportunity in which the students start to learn how they read themselves. It is considered to enable them to enjoy and participate in the reading activity. Shared reading is thus as the strategy used in guiding and motivating students to read.
