Abstract

Keterbatasan akses transportasi hasil pertanian merupakan salah satu kendala utama yang dihadapi kelompok tani di daerah perdesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan sepeda motor modifikasi sebagai moda transportasi hasil pertanian serta penerapan teknologi digital marketing untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi lapangan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan penerapan langsung bersama mitra Kelompok Tani Pallejja di Desa Cendana, Kabupaten Enrekang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan sepeda motor modifikasi mampu mempercepat distribusi hasil pertanian dari lokasi produksi ke pasar. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi digital marketing memberikan peluang pemasaran yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan nilai tambah komoditas. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan serta keberlanjutan usaha tani masyarakat

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused fear among some people. Feelings of fear can make a person alert. However, when the feeling of fear becomes excessive, it can create a negative impression. This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge and stigma of the people of Parepare City towards the Phase III COVID-19 vaccine (Booster). This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The tool used in data collection is a questionnaire. This research was conducted in Parepare City from 11 to July 18, 2022. The population in this study were all people living in Parepare City, totaling + 154,524 people. The sample or sampling technique uses accidental sampling and 100 samples. Data were analyzed univariately and presented in the form of a frequency distribution. Research shows that the level of public knowledge of the Phase III vaccine (Booster) is 63%. The level of public knowledge of health workers in handling COVID-19 is in the high category of 73%. The stigma level of the people of Parepare City towards the Phase III vaccine (Booster) is in the high category of 69%. The level of community stigma towards health workers in handling COVID-19 is in the high category of 78%. In general, the people of Pare-pare City have high knowledge of the stage III vaccine (Booster) and health workers. However, implementing the Phase III vaccine (Booster) is still low due to the high stigma of the people of Parepare City towards health workers and Phase III vaccines (Boosters).

Abstract

In the context of Indonesian microenterprises, this study explores the complex interactions among financial inclusion, business ethics, innovation, and Islamic ethics-based leadership. The study uses a sample of 175 microenterprise owners and managers to investigate the structural links among these factors using a quantitative approach. The results show that Islamic ethics-based leadership, financial inclusion, innovation, and business ethics are significantly and favorably correlated. Innovation has a substantial positive link with Islamic Ethics-Based Leadership, whereas Business Ethics and Financial Inclusion show modest positive relationships. The study's findings advance knowledge of the variables impacting moral leadership in Indonesian microenterprises and have applications for managers and legislators who want to promote moral corporate conduct in the context of Islam.

Abstract

The field of data-driven financial management has witnessed a dynamic evolution, marked by interdisciplinary collaborations, technological advancements, and a surge in research output. This bibliometric analysis explores the landscape of scholarly publications, clustering works into thematic groups, identifying influential authors, and examining prevalent terms. Clusters reveal diverse focuses, including business models, artificial intelligence, optimization, and predictive modeling. Influential works by McAfee et al., Wu et al., and Gómez-Bombarelli et al. underscore the intersection of big data, analytics, and innovative applications in chemistry. The distribution of publication years indicates a recent upswing in research activity, aligning with the rapid advancements in data science. Term occurrences highlight the central role of "data" and the methodological diversity captured by "approach" and "model." Synthesizing findings underscores the multidimensional nature of data-driven financial management, urging future research to embrace interdisciplinary collaboration, address ethical considerations, and foster explainable AI in finance. The abstract provides a concise overview of the bibliometric analysis, offering insights into the current state and future directions of data-driven financial management research.

Abstract

BUMDes Anugrah Mandiri merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Carawali yang mengelola 3 jenis usaha yaitu pertokoan, jual Gas Elpiji dan BRiLink. Namun,  ketiga usaha masih kurang berkembang dan berjalan stagnan. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sumber daya pengelola usaha, administrasi yang masih manual menjadi kendala utama dalam penataan adminstrasi keuangan dan sistem pemasaran digital. Desa Carawali memiliki potensi pada sektor pertanian, utamanya produksi beras merah organik dan kerajinan tenun sutra Nene’ Mallomo, sehingga memberikan peluang bagi BUMDes Anugrah Mandiri untuk mengembangkan usaha baru yakni usaha lumbung beras organik dan produksi kerajinan tenun sutra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengscale up dan meningkatkan daya saing BUMDes Anugrah Mandiri melalui pendampingan manajemen administrasi dan keuangan yang akuntabel. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan sharing  dan demonstrasi dengan pendekatan Pembelajaran Orang dewasa (BOD) dalam 3 tahapan, yakni (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, dan (3) tahap evaluasi. Program ini dilaksanakan 3 bulan oleh tim 4 orang, terdiri dari 2 (dua) Dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare dan 2 Mahasiswa yang berperan sebagai anggota. Hasil pengabdian telah memberi motivasi kepada pengurus dan karyawan pentingnya pengelolaan usaha BUMDes guna meningkatkan skala usaha dengan manajemen yang lebih rapi dan terstruktur. Pencatatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan telah disusun sesuai standar akuntansi keuangan (SAK UMKM) yang menjadi penilaian pelaporan keuangan yang akuntabel. Selain itu, ditemukan keterbatasan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang menjadi penggerak utama pengembangan usaha yang akuntabel berbasis digital, memanfaatkan potensi desa produksi beras merah organik dan kerajinan tradisional tenun kain sutra melalui kemitraan dengan petani yang tersedia dengan kreatifitas tinggi.

Abstract

Indonesia's position is very vulnerable to disasters, because it is at the junction of three tectonic plates (Australia, Eurasi and Pacific), so it is called a super market for all types of disasters that exist. The West Sulawesi earthquake had a wide impact on material damage and casualties. Earthquake victims saved themselves in the relatively safer refugee camps. The targets to be achieved are the implementation of health checks and medication, trauma-healing therapy, and providing food and clothing assistance for refugees as well as conducting tertiary tridharma activities through community service. Meanwhile, the output of the activity is published in community service journals indexed by SINTA. Implementation of Action for West Sulawesi Earthquake Fikes Muhammadiyah University Parepare collaboration Lazismu Parepare as many as 15 personnel, with the following stages: 1) Planning; 2) Preparation; and 3) Implementation of the Action; For 3 days in 3 refugee locations in Majene Regency.The results of the medical team's examination and treatment, as many as 115 refugees identified hypertension, gout, cholesterol, ulcers, while itching, coughing, diarrhea were felt while in the evacuation, because they interacted and did not care about the COVID-19 pandemic health protocol. Meanwhile, the trauma healing team provided entertainment therapy, games and games in the form of singing, clapping spirits, gymnastics, balloon dancing competitions, giving rewards, tree hopes and giving gifts to 98 children and distributing 204 packages of food and clothing assistance to refugees
