Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja Studi Pada Karyawan Bidang Marketing Credit Executive dan Field Collection FIFGroup Cabang Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus, di mana seluruh populasi yang terdiri dari 36 karyawan dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan Google Form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan bidang marketing credit executive dan field collection FIFGroup Cabang Batang, (2) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan bidang marketing credit executive dan field collection FIFGroup Cabang Batang, (3) Terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bidang marketing credit executive dan field collection FIFGroup Cabang Batang, (4) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bidang marketing credit executive dan field collection FIFGroup Cabang Batang, (5) Terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bidang marketing credit executive dan field collection FIFGroup Cabang Batang, (6) Tidak terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja karyawan bidang marketing credit executive dan field collection FIFGroup Cabang Batang, dan (7) Tidak terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi kepuasan kerja karyawan bidang marketing credit executive dan field collection FIFGroup Cabang Batang.

Abstract

Technological advances in the payment system have replaced the role of cash into a more efficient and economical form of non-cash payment. Bank Indonesia released a Quick Response (QR) Code standard for payments through server-based electronic money applications, electronic wallets, or mobile banking called the QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This study aims to determine the factors that influence behavioral intention to use QRIS by using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) theory model. This study explores the Generation X in Kendal Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The research method used quantitative method with 160 samples of Generation X in Kendal Regency, Central Java and used Smart PLS version 3.0. for analyze the data. The results of this study show Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence has a positive and significant impact on Behavioral Intention the use of QRIS for Generation X in Kendal Regency, Central Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia compliance, subjective norms, and knowledge on the interest of MSME actors in using Sharia crowdfunding mediated by perception. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 155,696 MSMEs in Kendal Regency. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with specific criteria, so a sample size of 97 MSME actors was obtained. The data source uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The study results indicate that Sharia compliance, subjective norms, and knowledge positively affect the interest of MSME actors in using Sharia crowdfunding. Sharia compliance and subjective norms have a positive effect on perception. However, knowledge does not affect perception. Then, perception cannot mediate the relationship between Sharia compliance, subjective norms, and knowledge with the interest of MSME actors in using Sharia crowdfunding. This study can provide insight into the relationship between Sharia compliance, subjective norms, and knowledge with interest and perception. This research can be a reference for future research and for Islamic financial institutions to increase the interest of MSMEs in using Islamic crowdfunding. It can also be more extensive in campaigning against usury, especially for MSME actors.

Abstract

E-logistik pada e-commerce merupakan penunjang terbesar bergeraknya e-commerce agar memastikan barang yang dipasarkan oleh e-commerce sampai ketangan konsumen tepat waktu. E-logistik memiliki proses lebih sederhana karena tidak memerlukan gudang yang besar dan sistem distribusi yang rumit, sehingga platform e-commerce dapat lebih fokus pada pemasaran, pencatatan inventaris, dan menjalin kerja sama dengan perusahaan logistik untuk memastikan pengiriman barang tepat waktu Namun E-logistik juga saat ini mengalami ancaman serius, dimana serangan siber sering kali mengancam keamanan dari E-logistik itu sendiri, sehingga dalam hal ini akan mengganggu loyalitas dari pelanggan E-commerce itu sendiri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis efek mediasi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pengguna dengan basis E-keamanan. Secara khusus penelitian ini akan memberikan rekomendasi bagi e-logistik pada e-commerce Indonesia untuk berbenah dalam meningkatkan keamanan dari penggunanya. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research. Data penelitian ini didapatkan secara primer melalui survei secara online. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua orang yang menggunakan platform e-commerce. Sedangkan untuk sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden yang di ambil berdasarkan teknik sampel insidental. Alat uji analisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pada penelitian ini berupa e-keamanan secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna secara positif dan signifikan, adapun e-keamanan secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna juga secara positif dan signifikan. Selain daripada itu kepuasan pengguna mampu memjadi mediasi hubungan e-keamanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna

Abstract

Tasya Rahmadila, Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kendal. Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Selamat Sri (UNISS) Kendal 2025, 146 halaman. Penelitian berjudul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kendal”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dikumpulkan sebanyak 104 responden dari 122 sampel dengan teknik Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja (3,124>1,984) signifikansi (0,037<0,05),

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of an online attendance digitization system through the Bravo application can increase the effectiveness of employee discipline at the Pemali Juana River Basin Agency (BBWS). This research uses a qualitative method and is carried out on employees in the BBWS Pemali Juana Environment. Research based on the theory of George C. Edwards III, namely the strategy in implementing onlien attendance, there are 4 things, namely: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, and in assessing the effectiveness of online applications based on Sleerk's theory, 2018, the effectiveness of implementing online attendance can be seen from 5 values, namely increased productivity, practical, efficient, transparency and high level of security.The results showed that the application of the Bravo application has had a positive influence on employee discipline. Some of the factors that support this increase in discipline include ease of access, system transparency and increasing disciplinary motivation. From the analysis, information was also obtained that BBWS Pemali Juana implemented online attendance through the BRAVO application through delivery in the form of socialization, video tutorials, official memos, and government regulations to improve discipline through BRAVO attendance. From some of these things, BBWS Pemali Juana has succeeded in increasing the level of employee discipline which can be seen from the comparison data of fingerprint attendance in 2019 with the use of online attendance in 2023.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has officially ended, yet many individuals continue to struggle with achieving health independence. This is evident from the ongoing complaints regarding the inability to pay monthly contributions to the National Health Insurance (JKN), despite an overall increase in JKN enrollment compared to the pre-pandemic period. One of the main barriers to health independence appears to be the lack of public understanding regarding health investment, which is the core issue and central focus of this study. This condition may be influenced by various financial factors, particularly in terms of financial attitude and financial knowledge. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial attitude and financial knowledge on health investment decisions, with health value and perceived environmental uncertainty serving as moderating variables. A quantitative approach was employed, with primary data collected from 200 respondents who decided to invest in their health after experiencing serious health issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS. The findings reveal that financial attitude plays a significant role in encouraging individuals to make health investment decisions. This effect becomes stronger and more positive in situations of high environmental uncertainty. However, when viewed through the lens of strong personal health values, this relationship turns significantly negative. Conversely, although financial knowledge has the potential to support health investment decisions, its influence is not consistently evident. When moderated by health value and perceived environmental uncertainty, financial knowledge does not appear to have a significant impact on health investment decisions. Increasing JKN participation requires a combination of developing positive financial attitudes, improving financial literacy, strengthening public trust, and aligning communications with public health values ??and priorities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze potential strategic factors that marketers can leverage, particularly considering the impulsive nature of Indonesian consumers when purchasing fashion products. This study offers novelty by integrating viral marketing, online customer reviews, brand equity, and impulse buying into a single empirical framework within the context of the Indonesian fashion industry. It also provides context-specific insights for online fashion businesses in emerging markets, contributing both theoretically and practically to digital consumer behavior research. This research is categorized as an explanatory study based on a causal approach. The population consists of individuals who frequently purchase fashion products through e-commerce platforms, specifically, those who have made more than one purchase per month over the past three months. A total of 150 respondents were selected as the sample for this study. This research is a primary data type research using a questionnaire via Google Form. Data were processed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares), a statistical analysis tool suitable for examining complex variable relationships. This study contributes scientifically by integrating viral marketing, online customer reviews, and brand equity into a single framework that explains impulse buying behavior in the digital fashion industry. It provides empirical evidence that brand equity acts as a key mediating factor, strengthening the indirect influence of digital marketing strategies on consumers' impulse buying decisions.

Abstract

The fast fashion business has the potential to engage in greenwasting practices, as it is estimated to contribute 92 million tons of waste annually. Although this business is growing significantly both in Indonesia and globally, it has created a significant challenge for global stakeholders, including the Indonesian government, to address the amount of waste generated by fast fashion. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Green Consumer Behavior in the context of fast fashion trends. The study in this research is a causal-based quantitative approach to the Green Consumer Behavior scheme. Primary data comes from an online questionnaire. The population in this study was 200 respondents who exhibit impulsive behavior towards fashion products, but they also care about the environment. For data analysis, the tool used was Smart-PLS, a tool with SEM. Consumer Environmental Responsibility, Perceived Value, Environmental Knowledge, and Environmental Concern have a positive and significant effect on Green Consumer Behavior. Consumer Environmental Responsibility also shows a positive and significant relationship with Perceived Value and Environmental Concern, while Environmental Knowledge has no significant effect on Environmental Concern. Environmental Concern mediates the influence of Consumer Environmental Responsibility and Perceived Value on Green Consumer Behavior but not Environmental Knowledge.
