Abstract

The sales achievement monitoring process at CV Pakar Prima Buana, which relies on Microsoft Excel, has led to issues such as data duplication and inconsistency due to the manual filtering and target distribution performed by team leaders in a company with over 500 employees. This study aims to develop a web-based information system designed to simplify, accelerate, and streamline the monitoring of each salesperson’s achievement performance. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology was adopted for its fast and adaptive development cycle, consisting of three main phases: Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation. The system was developed using PHP, the CodeIgniter framework, and a MySQL database. The black-box testing results demonstrate that all system functions operate as expected. The resulting system successfully automates the calculation and reporting of sales achievements, eliminates data duplication, and provides structured, accurate, and timely information to support managerial decision-making. Abstract

This web-based expert system for diagnosing cat diseases is designed to provide fast and accurate diagnoses. Cat owners can input observed symptoms, which are then analyzed using the Certainty Factor algorithm to calculate the likelihood of possible diseases. Based on test data, the system achieves up to 90% accuracy for common diseases such as Feline Panleukopenia Virus and Feline Calicivirus. The algorithm handles uncertainty by generating values between 0 and 1, indicating the confidence level of each diagnosis. Built with PHP and MySQL, the system is accessible in real-time through a responsive web interface. This enhances the efficiency of disease diagnosis and reduces the reliance on veterinarians for initial assessments. Moreover, the system contributes to the advancement of expert system technology in animal health by integrating the proven effectiveness of the Certainty Factor algorithm.

Abstract

Laboratorium Fakultas Ilmu Komputer merupakan pusat kegiatan praktikum, penelitian, dan pengembangan keilmuan yang sangat bergantung pada layanan internet sebagai penunjang aktivitas akademik. Peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan perangkat yang terhubung secara bersamaan menyebabkan distribusi bandwidth tidak merata, sehingga menurunkan stabilitas jaringan dan menghambat kegiatan laboratorium. Selain itu, belum adanya tim IT khusus mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam monitoring dan penanganan gangguan jaringan, khususnya pada kondisi link down di luar jam kerja. Berbagai penelitian sebelumnya telah membuktikan efektivitas metode Simple Queue berbasis Mikrotik dalam mengoptimalkan alokasi bandwidth dan meningkatkan kualitas jaringan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan manajemen bandwidth menggunakan metode Simple Queue yang dikombinasikan dengan fitur notifikasi real-time melalui Telegram Alert untuk memantau status perangkat jaringan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi bandwidth, mempercepat proses troubleshooting, serta mendukung kelancaran kegiatan akademik dan layanan operasional di Laboratorium Fasilkom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam proses seleksi karyawan terbaik di PT. XYZ menggunakan algoritma Random Forest. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah proses penilaian karyawan yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui Microsoft Excel, sehingga rawan terhadap kesalahan perhitungan, duplikasi data, serta memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk menentukan karyawan berprestasi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan sistem berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan model klasifikasi machine learning guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan objektivitas proses evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahap pengumpulan data, yaitu studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan hasil penilaian karyawan berdasarkan empat kriteria utama: kedisiplinan, kinerja, sikap kerja, dan keahlian, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk menentukan peringkat akhir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Random Forest memberikan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam proses klasifikasi dengan nilai akurasi mencapai 91,2%, serta menghasilkan peringkat karyawan yang konsisten dengan hasil evaluasi HRD. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan antarmuka pengguna yang sederhana dan informatif, yang memudahkan admin, HRD, dan karyawan dalam mengakses informasi sesuai hak akses masing-masing. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan algoritma Random Forest dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan, objektivitas, dan transparansi proses penilaian karyawan di PT. XYZ.

Abstract

This study focuses to implementing a web-based sales information system leveraging the Apriori algorithm to analyze consumer purchasing patterns at PT. Mura Mitra Sejati. Adopting the Waterfall development methodology, the project progressed systematically through the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages.The system was developed using a native PHP architecture based on the MVC pattern, supported by a MySQL database and Bootstrap for the front-end. Key functionalities of the system include sales transaction recording, real-time inventory management, and powerful association rule mining. Comprehensive black-box testing across all modules—Login, Stock Management, Transactions, Apriori Analysis, and Reporting—confirmed the intended performance of every system function, achieving a 100% success rate.The Apriori algorithm effectively identified strong association rules from 10 transaction datasets, notably revealing the frequent co-purchase of White Paint and 1-inch Brushes, with 40% support and 80% confidence, respectively. Ultimately, the resulting system delivers an efficient, well-structured, and data-driven solution that significantly improves sales management and supports strategic decision-making.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages educational institutions to improve efficiency and security in administrative management, including payroll systems. This research aims to design a web-based E-Payroll system implemented at the Islamic Education Foundation An-Nadwah by applying the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to ensure the confidentiality of employee salary data. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to enable fast and user-responsive development. The implementation results show that the system can effectively encrypt and decrypt salary data, as well as provide real-time and secure payroll reports. System testing using the blackbox method demonstrates that all system functionalities work as expected. This system is expected to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and security in the payroll process within the foundation.

Abstract

This study discusses the development of a web-based sales information system for Rumah Hotwheels Karawang by implementing the Single Moving Average (SMA) method to forecast inventory requirements. The system was developed to overcome problems related to manual transaction recording and inventory management. The application was developed using the Waterfall method and implemented with PHP and MySQL. Historical sales data were processed using the SMA algorithm to generate sales forecasts that support inventory management decisions. Black-box testing results showed that all system features, including inventory management, sales transactions, reporting, and forecasting, functioned according to user requirements. The system helps improve inventory management efficiency while reducing the risk of stock shortages and overstocking.

Abstract

The Fire Detection System can be supported by Internet of Things technology, e.g. a Microcontroller device which is used to control the related devices. In this study, android-Based fire detection system was designed in which the house owner can always monitor the condition of the house all the times and accessing the information about their house when a fire occurs until the fire suppression process is complete. Information of the house condition will be displayed on the Blynk application which is located in the kitchen area and is connected to several supporting sensors. The design of a Fire Detection System Using an Android-Based Microcontroller is divided into several stages, namely: (1) Requirement Identification; (2) Requirement Analysis;(3) Hardware Design; (4) The software design (Arduino IDE 1.8.5 and Blynk). The testing results showed that the android-based Fire Detection System Using Microcontroller was able to provide information to residents of the house in the real-time.

Abstract

Weather is formed from a group of weather elements and can be changed fast. For example, in the morning, afternoon, or evening, the weather can be different for each place and every hour. Weather is the condition of the air that occurs in a narrow place and lasts for a short time. Weather conditions in a place can be determined by many factors, such as air pressure, humidity, wind, sunlight, and so on. Therefore, by looking at these factors it can be estimated the weather that will occur the next day. Fishermen and farmers are fields of work that are closely related to weather forecasting, accurate and fast weather predictions are needed by these fields to carry out various activities. The amount of rainfall that occurs cannot be determined exactly but can be predicted or estimated. The application of determining weather information is needed, hence, the prediction can be utilized optimally by the community. The design of a system that will classify automatically can be developed by applying machine learning methods, one of them is used in this study, i.e., C.4.5 Algorithm using weather data that a reference in determining the weather conditions whether not rainy, rainy, light rain, or heavy rain.

Abstract

Yadika 13 Tambun Vocational School has criteria where the school does not yet have a system that can support a decision. The decision support system (DSS) for selecting exemplary teachers in appreciating teacher performance presentations that have been made while teaching staff is expected to increase motivation so that they can improve their performance. Many DSS methods are used to find a decision in this study. The method to be used is VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje, (VIKOR) which can produce the best alternative in the form of ranking of an existing sample by looking at the utility values and weights of each sample. This study describes the design of a decision support system for conducting assessments in selecting exemplary teachers at SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The decision support system (DSS) is very helpful for those who will carry out the assessment process, before there was a decision support system the school always found it difficult to assess because it took quite a long time, the assessment was still done manually, it was difficult to calculate the assessment, sometimes there is an error in the assessment results. Therefore, this decision support system, it can help the school minimize these problems.
