Abstract

Recording Dasa Wisma data at Posyandu Kenanga Taman Wisma Asri is still carried out manually, resulting in inefficiencies in management and the risk of data inaccuracies. Through the Community Service Program (KKN), the digitization of the reporting system was implemented to improve the quality of health and welfare data management. The program involved the development of a Microsoft Excel-based reporting system, including system design, cadre training, and implementation assistance. Program evaluation was conducted through system testing and simulated use with Posyandu cadres. Implementation results showed increased efficiency in data management through a structured recording system. Posyandu cadres demonstrated increased competence in operating the digital system. The program resulted in a significant transformation from manual to digital systems, providing a foundation for the development of a sustainable data management system. Recommendations for future programs include the development of a more comprehensive system and continued training for Posyandu cadres to ensure sustainability of the digital system implementation.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly impacted the education sector, including SMA Negeri 1 Tarumajaya, which faces challenges in managing academic and administrative data manually. These manual processes are time-consuming and prone to errors. To address this, a web-based School Information System was developed to enhance administrative efficiency, information transparency, and communication among the school, students, teachers, and parents. The system is designed to manage academic and non-academic data, such as attendance, grades, schedules, and real-time reports, accessible across various devices. Implemented within 4 months and 2 weeks with an efficient budget, the system successfully transformed manual processes into faster, more effective, and less error-prone workflows. The results demonstrate that the system not only improved operational efficiency and data transparency but also strengthened communication between the school and parents, marking a significant step toward educational digitalization.

Abstract

PT Mora Telematics Indonesia continues to be committed to providing the best service to satisfy customers, both in terms of the quality of the products offered and the responsiveness in handling requests. However, the process of requesting bandwidth on demand, especially in activating requests that still use conventional configurations, causes inefficiencies and the potential for human error. This can reduce customer satisfaction and hinder the speed of response to bandwidth upgrade requests. As an alternative, a solution is designed in the form of a bandwidth configuration automation system based on the priority scheduling algorithm with the aim of increasing efficiency and accuracy in managing bandwidth requests on demand. This application was developed using a waterfall development model and based on a unified modeling language with a website platform to ensure ease of use. Application functionality testing shows satisfactory performance in each process, both at the billing and NOC levels, and the priority scheduling algorithm is proven to be able to read the end-date on the bandwidth on demand data correctly

Abstract

Proyek ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mempermudah proses pengadaan jasa renovasi dan modernisasi gedung. Dengan fokus pada transparansi, efisiensi, dan struktur yang baik, sistem ini dirancang untuk mengurangi risiko kesalahan manual yang sering terjadi pada pengadaan konvensional, serta meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi dalam setiap tahapan proses. Sistem ini akan mencakup fitur-fitur seperti manajemen proyek, pemantauan anggaran, dan komunikasi antara pemilik proyek dan penyedia jasa. Proyek ini direncanakan untuk selesai dalam waktu enam bulan, dengan estimasi biaya sebesar Rp 300.000.000. Artikel ini akan merangkum metodologi pengembangan yang digunakan, deskripsi produk yang dihasilkan, ekspektasi dari stakeholder terkait, serta hasil yang diharapkan dari implementasi sistem ini. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pengadaan renovasi gedung menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan bebas dari kesalahan yang dapat merugikan berbagai pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

Classrooms are an inseparable part of course scheduling, because every lecture schedule arrangement Lecturers definitely need a classroom to teach these courses, currently the study program secretary still uses Microsoft Excel to arrange classrooms, this causes difficult problems to manage lecture schedule. and classrooms so as not to clash due to class limitations, therefore an application is made to facilitate control of classrooms both class scheduling and class replacement. It is hoped that this application can simplify the work of all parties.

Abstract

in the library is one part of the processing and utilization of information at SDN Sumur Batu 4 Bantargebang Bekasi is still not computerized, manual searches or searches cause students to have difficulties in searching books and librarian can notcontrol books efficiently from school problems. a system that can solve problems so as to produce the goal of increasing efficiency in book searches, building a book title checking service system using the Boyer-Moore algorithm and providing convenience for all users in utilizing book searches. By implementing the book title checking service using the Boyer-Moore algorithm as the most efficient algorithm and using the rapid application development method starting from planning, design workshops, rapid application development and implementation. The data collection methods are observation, interviews, questionnaires and library studies. It is expected to be able to help speed up the process of searching for books in the library and to increase the satisfaction of library services for library visitors.

Abstract

Elementary school students still tend to be less interested in learning local culture, one of which is the variety of traditional houses in Indonesia. Students are more interested in global culture that is trending. The main reason is because the learning process that applies is still conventional and monotonous. The teaching methods that are carried out are only delivered verbally and through written media, resulting in low student involvement in the learning process. Many areas that have cultural heritage are at risk of losing valuable cultural assets due to limited interest and preservation efforts. Digital transformation allows for the creation of new innovations in the scope of education. Augmented reality technology can be used as a bridge to connect students with local cultural diversity. AR technology designed on mobile devices is an ideal medium to motivate the younger generation to maintain the sustainability of local culture in a modern way and in accordance with a digital lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to explore the use of 3D Augmented Reality technology collaborated with the FAST corner algorithm in the learning process as an effort to increase student interest in understanding the forms of traditional houses in Indonesia. The development of a waterfall system is a method in developing Android-based applications by utilizing Unity 3D programming. This research produces an Android-based application to recognize various forms of traditional houses in Indonesia which will be applied to 3rd grade elementary school students so that they can experience a more interactive learning experience.

Abstract

The collection and reporting of product quality at CV. Sinar Agung Teknik is still done manually, which is time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to errors. This study aims to digitize the reporting process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed up information distribution between departments. The system developed uses a normal distribution algorithm in product quality data analysis because it is in line with the characteristics of quantitative data that is distributed close to normal. The research stages include needs identification, form digitization, statistical analysis integration, and employee training. The results of the implementation show that the product quality reporting digitization system is capable of improving the accuracy of analysis, speeding up reporting, reducing human error, and increasing operational efficiency, with positive feedback from users regarding its ease of use and benefits in quality data management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam proses seleksi karyawan terbaik di PT. XYZ menggunakan algoritma Random Forest. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah proses penilaian karyawan yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui Microsoft Excel, sehingga rawan terhadap kesalahan perhitungan, duplikasi data, serta memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk menentukan karyawan berprestasi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan sistem berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan model klasifikasi machine learning guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan objektivitas proses evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahap pengumpulan data, yaitu studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan hasil penilaian karyawan berdasarkan empat kriteria utama: kedisiplinan, kinerja, sikap kerja, dan keahlian, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk menentukan peringkat akhir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Random Forest memberikan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam proses klasifikasi dengan nilai akurasi mencapai 91,2%, serta menghasilkan peringkat karyawan yang konsisten dengan hasil evaluasi HRD. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan antarmuka pengguna yang sederhana dan informatif, yang memudahkan admin, HRD, dan karyawan dalam mengakses informasi sesuai hak akses masing-masing. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan algoritma Random Forest dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan, objektivitas, dan transparansi proses penilaian karyawan di PT. XYZ.
