Abstract

The use of information technology has permeated all areas, including employee performance evaluation, which plays a crucial role in company management. The success of a company is largely dependent on human resources, which are considered valuable assets due to their strong link to employee performance. This study focuses on the application of the SMART Algorithm in a Decision Support System designed for the evaluation of the best employees at PT Raharja Jaya Mandiri Bekasi. The main objectives of the study are to develop an employee evaluation system, apply the SMART Algorithm to make the evaluation process more objective, and improve the security and reliability of evaluation data through a digital system. The research employs the SMART Algorithm to evaluate and select the best option based on predetermined goals and criteria. This approach is implemented using the waterfall model of system development. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a web-based Decision Support System utilizing the SMART Algorithm enhances the accuracy and efficiency of employee performance evaluations at PT Raharja Jaya Mandiri Bekasi. Moreover, it reduces subjective bias in the decision-making process and ensures that the best employees are chosen based on measurable and transparent criteria.

Abstract

Technological developments that help in the teaching and learning process in the classroom, when selecting OSN participants, each school sends representatives, the same as SDN Jatimekar IV which also sends student representatives from the school. However, there are often difficulties in determining school representatives. So a decision support system (SPK) is needed to determine which students are appointed by school representatives. The research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm because it has a model that can see the relationship between criteria data and alternative data which helps in determining which students are worthy of representing the school. Therefore, it is hoped that it will help the school to simplify the selection process for students who will be proposed as school representatives. The research results help the selection process for participants in the National Science Olympiad (OSN) at SDN Jatimekar IV.

Abstract

PT. PLN UP3 Bekasi sebagai penyedia layanan kelistrikan memanfaatkan jaringan internet untuk mendukung berbagai aspek operasional. Namun, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan kualitas layanan jaringan internet yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala yang sering muncul, seperti koneksi lambat akibat latensi tinggi dan gangguan jaringan yang dapat menghambat produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, tingginya volume data yang harus dikelola melalui jaringan menambah kompleksitas permasalahan yang ada. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan penerapan metode Quality of Service (QoS) sebagai pendekatan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur indeks kualitas layanan jaringan. QoS melibatkan parameter kunci seperti throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter yang dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai performa jaringan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Wireshark sebagai tools Network Packet Analyzer yang dapat menampilkan informasi paket pada suatu jaringan. Hasil analisis QOS mendapatkan nilai indeks Throughput 1.8, indeks Packet loss 4, indeks Delay 4, Jitter 3. Total rata-rata indeks 3,2 yang artinya kualitas layanan jaringan masih dalam kategori bagus. Diharapkan, penerapan metode QOS ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas operasional PT. PLN UP3 Bekasi dengan memberikan data akurat mengenai kondisi layanan jaringan internet.

Abstract

Traditional learning methods that rely on books and static images often fail to effectively capture children's attention and help them understand the material. This is one of the challenges in increasing learning motivation. To address this issue, an Android-based AR application was developed to teach vowel letters to kindergarten children. By using the fast corner detection algorithm and Unity3D, AR offers a more engaging and effective approach compared to conventional methods. The implementation stages include designing, developing, and testing the application by involving kindergarten children as research subjects to assess the effectiveness of the application. The goal of this PKM is to enhance children's interest in learning, facilitate the understanding of vowel letter concepts, and provide an innovative and interactive learning method. Research results show that AR has the potential to increase children's interest in learning and facilitate the understanding of vowel letter concepts.

Abstract

Recording Dasa Wisma data at Posyandu Kenanga Taman Wisma Asri is still carried out manually, resulting in inefficiencies in management and the risk of data inaccuracies. Through the Community Service Program (KKN), the digitization of the reporting system was implemented to improve the quality of health and welfare data management. The program involved the development of a Microsoft Excel-based reporting system, including system design, cadre training, and implementation assistance. Program evaluation was conducted through system testing and simulated use with Posyandu cadres. Implementation results showed increased efficiency in data management through a structured recording system. Posyandu cadres demonstrated increased competence in operating the digital system. The program resulted in a significant transformation from manual to digital systems, providing a foundation for the development of a sustainable data management system. Recommendations for future programs include the development of a more comprehensive system and continued training for Posyandu cadres to ensure sustainability of the digital system implementation.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly impacted the education sector, including SMA Negeri 1 Tarumajaya, which faces challenges in managing academic and administrative data manually. These manual processes are time-consuming and prone to errors. To address this, a web-based School Information System was developed to enhance administrative efficiency, information transparency, and communication among the school, students, teachers, and parents. The system is designed to manage academic and non-academic data, such as attendance, grades, schedules, and real-time reports, accessible across various devices. Implemented within 4 months and 2 weeks with an efficient budget, the system successfully transformed manual processes into faster, more effective, and less error-prone workflows. The results demonstrate that the system not only improved operational efficiency and data transparency but also strengthened communication between the school and parents, marking a significant step toward educational digitalization.

Abstract

PT Mora Telematics Indonesia continues to be committed to providing the best service to satisfy customers, both in terms of the quality of the products offered and the responsiveness in handling requests. However, the process of requesting bandwidth on demand, especially in activating requests that still use conventional configurations, causes inefficiencies and the potential for human error. This can reduce customer satisfaction and hinder the speed of response to bandwidth upgrade requests. As an alternative, a solution is designed in the form of a bandwidth configuration automation system based on the priority scheduling algorithm with the aim of increasing efficiency and accuracy in managing bandwidth requests on demand. This application was developed using a waterfall development model and based on a unified modeling language with a website platform to ensure ease of use. Application functionality testing shows satisfactory performance in each process, both at the billing and NOC levels, and the priority scheduling algorithm is proven to be able to read the end-date on the bandwidth on demand data correctly

Proyek ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mempermudah proses pengadaan jasa renovasi dan modernisasi gedung. Dengan fokus pada transparansi, efisiensi, dan struktur yang baik, sistem ini dirancang untuk mengurangi risiko kesalahan manual yang sering terjadi pada pengadaan konvensional, serta meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi dalam setiap tahapan proses. Sistem ini akan mencakup fitur-fitur seperti manajemen proyek, pemantauan anggaran, dan komunikasi antara pemilik proyek dan penyedia jasa. Proyek ini direncanakan untuk selesai dalam waktu enam bulan, dengan estimasi biaya sebesar Rp 300.000.000. Artikel ini akan merangkum metodologi pengembangan yang digunakan, deskripsi produk yang dihasilkan, ekspektasi dari stakeholder terkait, serta hasil yang diharapkan dari implementasi sistem ini. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pengadaan renovasi gedung menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan bebas dari kesalahan yang dapat merugikan berbagai pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

Classrooms are an inseparable part of course scheduling, because every lecture schedule arrangement Lecturers definitely need a classroom to teach these courses, currently the study program secretary still uses Microsoft Excel to arrange classrooms, this causes difficult problems to manage lecture schedule. and classrooms so as not to clash due to class limitations, therefore an application is made to facilitate control of classrooms both class scheduling and class replacement. It is hoped that this application can simplify the work of all parties.
