Abstract

PT Mora Telematics Indonesia continues to be committed to providing the best service to satisfy customers, both in terms of the quality of the products offered and the responsiveness in handling requests. However, the process of requesting bandwidth on demand, especially in activating requests that still use conventional configurations, causes inefficiencies and the potential for human error. This can reduce customer satisfaction and hinder the speed of response to bandwidth upgrade requests. As an alternative, a solution is designed in the form of a bandwidth configuration automation system based on the priority scheduling algorithm with the aim of increasing efficiency and accuracy in managing bandwidth requests on demand. This application was developed using a waterfall development model and based on a unified modeling language with a website platform to ensure ease of use. Application functionality testing shows satisfactory performance in each process, both at the billing and NOC levels, and the priority scheduling algorithm is proven to be able to read the end-date on the bandwidth on demand data correctly

Abstract

The collection and reporting of product quality at CV. Sinar Agung Teknik is still done manually, which is time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to errors. This study aims to digitize the reporting process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed up information distribution between departments. The system developed uses a normal distribution algorithm in product quality data analysis because it is in line with the characteristics of quantitative data that is distributed close to normal. The research stages include needs identification, form digitization, statistical analysis integration, and employee training. The results of the implementation show that the product quality reporting digitization system is capable of improving the accuracy of analysis, speeding up reporting, reducing human error, and increasing operational efficiency, with positive feedback from users regarding its ease of use and benefits in quality data management.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the Sequential Search algorithm to address manual data management challenges within Indonesian MSMEs, specifically regarding stock tracking inefficiencies. The search system was deployed across two distinct entities: Toko Wira Thrift (apparel sector) and Toko Rizky Snack (food sector) using PHP and MySQL. Blackbox testing was conducted through 14 scenarios covering both positive and negative conditions. The results demonstrate that the algorithm successfully enhanced real-time product search speeds for customers and optimized inventory management to prevent stock expiration, achieving a 100% functional success rate. The testing confirms the system's functionality, asserting that Sequential Search is an effective and flexible solution for improving operational efficiency across various MSME sectors.

Abstract

The uneven distribution of healthcare facilities in Bekasi Regency makes it difficult for the public to find the nearest services. This study aims to design a Geographic Information System (GIS) to map and find routes to the nearest healthcare facilities. The system implements the Haversine algorithm to calculate the shortest distance precisely based on coordinate points accounting for the earth's curvature. Software development uses the adaptive Extreme Programming (XP) method. System functionality testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method. The test results indicate that all features on the admin and user interfaces function optimally. In conclusion, integrating the Haversine algorithm into this GIS is proven accurate in recommending the nearest locations, resulting in a practical mobile-based application that facilitates the general public.

Abstract

The "KantinKu" application is a mobile digital solution designed to improve operational efficiency at Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya's cafeteria. This research addresses manual system challenges such as long queues and recording errors through Project Charter development. Using needs analysis and iterative design methods, the application aims to provide quick food ordering solutions for customers and simplify real-time cafeteria transaction management. Development prospects include catering feature integration and expansion to other sectors, demonstrating the critical role of Project Charter in information technology project management.

Abstract

Technological developments that help in the teaching and learning process in the classroom, when selecting OSN participants, each school sends representatives, the same as SDN Jatimekar IV which also sends student representatives from the school. However, there are often difficulties in determining school representatives. So a decision support system (SPK) is needed to determine which students are appointed by school representatives. The research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm because it has a model that can see the relationship between criteria data and alternative data which helps in determining which students are worthy of representing the school. Therefore, it is hoped that it will help the school to simplify the selection process for students who will be proposed as school representatives. The research results help the selection process for participants in the National Science Olympiad (OSN) at SDN Jatimekar IV.

Abstract

Elementary school students still tend to be less interested in learning local culture, one of which is the variety of traditional houses in Indonesia. Students are more interested in global culture that is trending. The main reason is because the learning process that applies is still conventional and monotonous. The teaching methods that are carried out are only delivered verbally and through written media, resulting in low student involvement in the learning process. Many areas that have cultural heritage are at risk of losing valuable cultural assets due to limited interest and preservation efforts. Digital transformation allows for the creation of new innovations in the scope of education. Augmented reality technology can be used as a bridge to connect students with local cultural diversity. AR technology designed on mobile devices is an ideal medium to motivate the younger generation to maintain the sustainability of local culture in a modern way and in accordance with a digital lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to explore the use of 3D Augmented Reality technology collaborated with the FAST corner algorithm in the learning process as an effort to increase student interest in understanding the forms of traditional houses in Indonesia. The development of a waterfall system is a method in developing Android-based applications by utilizing Unity 3D programming. This research produces an Android-based application to recognize various forms of traditional houses in Indonesia which will be applied to 3rd grade elementary school students so that they can experience a more interactive learning experience.

Abstract

Rumah Kos yang berada diwilayah Kota Bekasi belum memiliki sistem informasi manajemen mengenai ketersediaan, lokasi, fasilitas serta belum adanya sistem pembayaran secara online. Sistem Informasi Rumah Kos bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi secara lengkap mengenai ketersediaan, lokasi dan fasilitas rumah yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang dicari oleh pencari rumah kos dan memudahkan dalam melakukan pemesanan serta pembayaran kamar kos.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development yang terdiri dari pemodelan bisnis, proses, data, aplikasi dan pengujian. Perancangan dan pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java, Android Studio, Sublime dan database MySql. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam bentuk Sistem Informasi Manajemen Berbasis Android dan SMS Gateway. Adapun akurasi prediksi yang diperoleh adalah 98,27% Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Android, SMS Gateway, Rumah Kos, RAD

Abstract

Abstrakinventory merupakan persediaan barang yang digunakan dengan skala besar dalam sistem penyimpanan  untuk membantu kelancaran suatu perusahaan. Saat ini CV. Kartika Karya Bersama merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan umum (general trading) yang melayani kebutuhan sparepart mesin produksi pada  industri makanan dan minuman, namun saat ini, pencatatan laporan persediaan belum optimal sehingga menyebabkan kinerja perusahaan menjadi  terhambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan merancang sebuah  sistem inventori berbasis web yang dapat menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh top management dan staf perusahaan agar dapat mengetahui dan mengendalikan jumlah stock barang yang terdapat dalam gudang, disisi lain data tidak tersimpan secara otomatis dan aman. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Perancangan dan pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java, Android Studio, Sublime dan database MySql. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam bentuk Sistem Informasi Inventory Berbasis Web dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Adapun akurasi prediksi yang diperoleh adalah 98,27% Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Inventory, Berbasis Web, Waterfall
