Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan insentif terhadap prestasi guru di SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan korelasi. Populasinya adalah guru-guru di SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purpose sampling. Data penelitian berupa pengamatan terhadap prilaku kepala sekolah terhadap guru. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh sebesar 8,10% dan adanya kontribusi antara insentif dengan prestasi guru di SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh sebesar 7,60%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terlihat  pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan insentif terhadap prestasi guru di SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and professionalism on employee performance in the Bandar Lampung Mayor's Office, especially the Protocol and Leadership Communication section. Job satisfaction reflects an employee's positive attitude towards their work, while professionalism is related to skills and responsibilities in carrying out duties. The study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents. The study results show that job satisfaction and professionalism have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that organizations need to pay attention to employee job satisfaction and professionalism factors to improve performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan, Bandar Lampung branch. Good employee performance is crucial in achieving organizational goals. Factors such as work motivation, including rewards and incentives, and work discipline, such as punctuality and adherence to company regulations, play an important role in improving productivity. This research uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 44 respondents. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a significant impact on employee performance, while work motivation does not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence on employee performance. Therefore, BPJS Kesehatan is expected to focus more on developing work discipline programs and improving the motivation system to enhance employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Lampung Post. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi yang terdiri dari 70 karyawan, yang juga dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian melalui metode sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda, menggunakan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 26,0% untuk setiap unit peningkatan dalam lingkungan kerja. Di sisi lain, stres kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan peningkatan sebesar 38,1% untuk setiap unit peningkatan stres. Secara bersamaan, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai determinasi mencapai 48,4%. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan mengelola stres karyawan secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan.Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Data collection and storage of alumni data at SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi are still not centralized. Alumni data of SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi are spread across various storage media, such as in paper documents, ledgers and storage on computer devices. Data storage that is still in paper form causes the data search process to take a long time. This study aims to build an alumni data management information system that can carry out the process of recording alumni data and the process of disseminating information related to alumni. The system design uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Aqile model. The system flow design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of the study are in the form of a website-based alumni data management information system. The alumni data management information system can function properly so that it can be used by SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi in assisting the process of recording and informing alumni data of SMK Negeri 1 Bukit Sundi

Abstract

Desa Negara Batin, yang terletak di Kabupaten Way Kanan, Provinsi Lampung, memiliki potensi kerajinan tangan yang besar, terutama dalam pembuatan produk kerajinan manik seperti wadah tisu dan wadah minuman gelas. Meskipun produk ini telah mendapatkan perhatian positif di tingkat lokal, pengrajin masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital. Program pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan memberikan edukasi tentang pemasaran berbasis e-commerce, yang meliputi penggunaan media sosial dan marketplace. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang pemasaran digital, dan hasil menunjukkan antusiasme serta keterlibatan aktif para peserta. Namun, beberapa keterbatasan muncul, seperti kurangnya penggunaan perangkat digital selama pelatihan dan buruknya kualitas koneksi internet. Meskipun demikian, pelatihan ini dinilai berhasil dan direncanakan untuk diperluas cakupannya di masa mendatang guna mendukung pengrajin dalam meningkatkan pemasaran produk mereka ke pasar yang lebih luas. Kata kunci : Kerajinan Manik, Pemasaran Digital, E-commerce, Desa Negara Batin, Wadah Tisu, Wadah Minuman Gelas, Pelatihan Pemasaran, Media Sosial, Marketplace.

Abstract

The Originote adalah merek lokal yang berdiri sejak 2018, tetapi namanya baru dikenal publik pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memahami pengaruh celebrity endorsement terhadap minat beli produk skincare di pasar lokal seperti Bandar Lampung, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang mana jumlah respondennya adalah 100, diambil menggunakan tehnik Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert 5 point. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefesiensi determinasi, uji t dan juga uji F. Hasil uji t parsial diperoleh thitung (X1) = 11,18 > ttabel = 1,993 dan thitung (X2) = 13,80 > ttabel =1,993 sehingga dapat disimpulkan H0 di tolak dan Hipotesis diterima, yang artinya kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Variabel yang dominal adalah daya Tarik dari celebrity endorse. berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang ada yang mana ada pengaruh parsial dan simultan.Kata kunci: Kepercayaan, Daya Tarik, Minat Beli, Celebrity Endorse

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion) has on food purchasing decisions in the Grab Food application. The target population for this research is people who use the Grab Food Application in the city of Bandar Lampung, and the sample took the entire population using a non-probability sampling method. The research results show that the Marketing Mix together has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions via the Grabfood application in Bandar Lampung. Based on the table, the coefficient of determination shows an R Square number with a value of 92. This shows that 0.92% of the influence can be explained by the independent variable marketing mix on the dependent variable (purchasing decision), while the remaining 0.8% is explained by other variables that were not tested in this research.
