Abstract

Patrakom have a representative Base-base almost throughout Indonesia, where each Base has inventory. As Base Patrakom Prabumulih that they keep records of goods using a simple system that is recorded into a book and then transferred to MS EXCEL. Therefore, the amount of time required for the process of data collection items are also frequent errors and delays in making the report. Based on these problems, the required application in the processing of inventory items and reports are computerized so that the recording of the flow of goods in and out can be a rapid, precise and accurate. In this study, the method of collecting data through observation and study of literature. Applications compiled with the development stage procedure that includes needs analysis, data flow diagrams, implementation using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. From research conducted, produced a system software design a web-based inventory with the ability to save data inventory of goods, goods mutation data and reports. The results of the research and manufacture of this program is expected to accelerate in data processing and delivery of reports to the Project Manager.

Abstract

Repair the braking system on the DoAll Lt 13 no 4 lathe In completing the final project entitled Repair of the Cooling System and Braking System on the Doall Lt13 Lathe at the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic, stages of adjustment are made to the flowchart diagram. Problem identification is a crucial stage because if the problem is not identified correctly, the solution applied may not be effective or may even worsen the situation, accurate and in-depth identification also helps ensure that the solution developed will be relevant and effective. In the data collection action there are several methods used to find out the problems and damage that occur in the DoAll LT 13 lathe. The methods used are the technician interview method, looking at the manual book, looking at the machine history book and conducting direct observation on the machine. The following is the initial data from several methods carried out Based on the results of the DoAll LT13 Lathe Brake System repair function test using a clutch motor braking system, the braking system was successfully repaired, and was able to work well and was able to brake. And for the repair of the cooling system on the DoAll Lt 13 no 4 lathe, it was also successfully repaired and obtained optimal results for all components that were repaired.

Abstract

This study qualitatively investigates the dynamics of digital technology use in science education at the university level, aiming to fill a gap in the literature that predominantly emphasizes quantitative impacts over user experiences. Employing a case study design, data were collected from six lecturers and ten students in West Nusa Tenggara through in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed iteratively using a Grounded Theory approach to develop a theoretical explanation rooted in participants' lived experiences. The main finding of this study is a substantive theory: the Model of Pedagogical Negotiation in an Unequal Digital Ecosystem. This theory posits that the effectiveness of technology lies not in its sophistication but in the ability of lecturers and students to engage in “pedagogical negotiation” to overcome systemic barriers. Two key barriers were identified: (1) a multifaceted digital divide (infrastructural, economic, geographical), often “invisible” to institutions, and (2) institutional fragmentation caused by non-standardized platforms and a lack of coordination among lecturers, which creates a stressful and inefficient learning environment. In conclusion, optimizing digital technology in education requires a paradigm shift from merely providing tools toward building a supportive, inclusive, and human-centered learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Digital technology is a critical enabler in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by enhancing efficiency, transparency, and inclusivity across sectors such as education, health, economy, and the environment. This study employs a Narrative Literature Review (NLR) approach to explore the role of technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain in advancing SDG targets. The research identifies opportunities for these technologies to improve service delivery, foster innovation, and mitigate challenges like unequal access, cybersecurity risks, and ethical concerns. The literature search covered journal articles, books, and reports from academic databases, focusing on keywords related to digital technologies and the SDGs. An analysis framework was applied to synthesize findings across diverse sectors. Results indicate that AI and IoT drive efficiency in education and healthcare, while blockchain enhances financial inclusivity and sustainable urban planning. However, disparities in digital access and ethical issues, such as data privacy, remain substantial obstacles. This review provides actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders to leverage digital tools effectively for inclusive and sustainable development. Emphasizing multisectoral collaboration, the study underscores the importance of ethical frameworks and inclusive digital infrastructure to maximize technological benefits. These findings contribute to the broader understanding of digital technology’s integrative impact on sustainable development, offering strategic recommendations for future research and implementation.

Abstract

The integration of technology in vocational education has become a critical need to support 21st-century skills, especially in practice-based learning such as Basic Mechanical Engineering subjects. One promising innovation is the use of Augmented Reality (AR) media, which enables interactive three-dimensional visualization to help students concretely understand abstract concepts. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of lathe-based AR media in improving student learning outcomes and motivation in Grade X of the Machining Engineering Department at SMK Semen Padang. The research employed a quasi-experimental method using a non-equivalent control group design. The subjects consisted of two classes: the experimental class (using AR media) and the control class (using conventional learning methods). Data were collected using pre-tests and post-tests to assess learning outcomes and Likert-scale questionnaires to evaluate learning motivation. The analysis results showed that the use of AR media significantly increased student learning outcomes and motivation compared to traditional methods. Based on hypothesis testing and normalized gain score analysis, the AR media was found to be highly effective in the learning process. In conclusion, lathe-based Augmented Reality media proved to be an effective interactive learning tool that enhances students' academic performance and motivation, while also contributing to the development of innovative media in technical education.

Abstract

PT. Subur Sedaya Maju Kota Prabumulih adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang penyewa transportasi alat berat yang terletak di Jl. Pipa Pertamina Simpang 4 Kel. Patih Galung, Kec. Prabumulih Barat, Kota Prabumulih. Proses monitoring dokumen tagihan pada perusahaan ini masih menggunakan cara yang manual sehingga dapat mengakibatkan sering terjadinya kesalahan seperti dokumen tagihan yang sulit ditemukan serta mengakibatkan dokumen tagihan hilang. Aplikasi monitoring dokumen tagihan di perusahaan ini sangatlah dibutuhkan karena dalam melakukan penelitian ini yang memiliki tujuan utama yaitu untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi monitoring dokumen tagihan dengan berbasis web untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pengolahan dokumen tagihan pada perusahaan dengan menggunakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi dengan baik. Perancangan aplikasi ini juga dibuat dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif serta melakukan pengumpulan data melalui proses pengamatan atau observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Menggunakan data kualitatif yang meliputi data primer serta data sekunder yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber data. Metode waterfall digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem, dan laporan dicetak dalam format pdf. Hasil dari proses penelitian ini adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dan mengefisienkan monitoring dokumen tagihan di PT. Subur Sedaya Maju Kota Prabumulih, serta agar instansi lain dapat menggunakannya sebagai model referensi ketika mengembangkan sistem yang serupa.

Abstract

Kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal bangun datar segi empat di MTs Darul Iklas Pagar Merbau, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran matematika di sekolah Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kemampuan siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal yang terkait dengan bangun datar segi empat, khususnya pada MTs Darul Iklas Pagar Merbau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan dari siswa SMP secara acak, dan tes/kuis disusun untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dasar, penerapan rumus, dan sifat-sifat bangun datar segi empat.Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan tingkat pemahaman siswa antara kelas 7, 8, dan 9. Sekitar 40% siswa kelas 7 dan 8 memiliki pemahaman terbatas, sementara siswa kelas 9 menunjukkan peningkatan, sekitar 55% telah memahami konsep tersebut. Faktor-faktor seperti metode pengajaran, ketersediaan sumber belajar, dan tingkat kesulitan materi berkontribusi pada kurangnya pemahaman siswa.Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa termasuk penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang beragam, penyediaan sumber belajar yang variatif, dan penekanan pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap bagian materi yang sulit dipahami siswa. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tersebut.

Abstract

The position of the minister as an aide to the president sometimes experiences obstacles that require the president to appoint an acting minister or an interim ad minister. This article aims to examine the position of the interim ad minister in the system of government with the siyasah syar'iyyah approach, focusing on the issue of how the authority of the minister ad interim, urgency and opinion of the siyasi towards the position of minister ad interim. This research is qualitative research using a statutory approach and a syar'i approach. The results showed that the authority of the interim ad minister is more administrative and limited to issuing policies that are strategic in nature, and in terms of time and nature, the position of the interim ad minister is only temporary or implementing. The existence of an interim ad minister is important enough to fill the vacancy, so that the process of organizing government does not stagnate. Imam al-Mawardi divided the two ministerial positions, namely vizier tanfidzi and wazir tafwidhi and in terms of function, the vizier tafwidhi can be matched with the interim minister.

Abstract

In every educational institution, especially universities, there are lots of scholarships offered to students. Likewise with the Prabumulih College of Engineering (STIT Prabumulih) which has a scholarship program for its students by applying predetermined rules or criteria, for example, parents' income, parents' dependents, student achievement index scores, etc. Due to this, not all scholarship recipients who apply for scholarships will receive a scholarship. The problem faced by the campus today is in the process of winning scholarships. therefore a decision support system is needed that can assist in providing scholarship recipient recommendations. In this study the authors used the AHP method and the Expert Choice application. From the calculation results obtained by the specified criteria, the GPA of 0.389 is the highest priority weight compared to other criteria. Then, from the results of calculating student data or all alternatives, the total value of each student is obtained. It can be concluded that the one who can be recommended to get a UKT scholarship is Student A because it has the highest score, namely 16.6% of the total calculated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai strategi komunikasi politik Prabowo Subianto dalam usahanya meraih suara anak muda menjelang Pemilu 2024 dalam acara ‘Mata Nazwa Bicara Gagasan di UGM’. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik observasi pada penelitian ini adalah dengan cara mengamati video pada akun Narasi TV episode Mata Nazwa:Bicara gagasan. Sedangkan, metode dokumentasi dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan segala informasi dan bahan gambar visual berupa screenschoot video dan komentar dari Mata Nazwa:Bicara gagasan bersama Prabowo Subianto. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi komunikasi politik Prabowo Subianto dalam acara ‘Mata Nazwa Bicara Gagasan di UGM’ memiliki sejumlah latar belakang menarik, di antaranya: 1) pentingnya anak muda dalam politik, 2) pemilihan umum 2024 yang kritis, dan 3) peran media dan acara khusus. Acara ‘Mata Nazwa Bicara Gagasan di UGM’ menawarkan platform khusus di mana Prabowo berkomunikasi dengan anak muda. Terhitung sampai 01 November 2023, views video Prabowo bicara gagasan di Mata Nazwa terbanyak dengan jumlah 1.000.000 views. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi komunikasi politik Prabowo Subianto dalam meraih suara anak muda menjelang Pemilu 2024.
