Abstract

With the growth of technology, some jobs have used computers to help diagnose a disease, especially HIV/AIDS. Expert systems are artificial intelligence that is growing rapidly in the world of technology. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) are different but related diseases. A different but related disease, while HIV is a virus that causes AIDS. This virus attacks the human immune system, so it can cause other infections to enter the human body. Often a person experiences symptoms of illness that are considered normal, such as fever to chills, vomiting, joint pain, muscle pain, headaches, and many more. These symptoms are characteristics of HIV symptoms, and to find out the disease one is suffering from doctor, a patient needs to go to a hospital or specialist clinic with a series of procedures to be able to consult a doctor, so that in this case it takes up a lot of the patient's time and is expensive to consult a doctor. The purpose of this research is to make an application for diagnosing HIV/AIDS to help people who have HIV/AIDS. Forward chaining inference method with Rational Unified Process (RUP) development methodology with Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition stages. The result is an expert system for diagnosing HIV/AIDS using a web-based forward chaining method.

Abstract

Accuracy in face recognition is very important, so the process always begins with image segmentation. This segmentation is how the process of dividing the image into several objects, so that the object to be analyzed can be found. The easiest image segmentation is to use the clustering method. However, with so many clustering algorithms, it is necessary to know which algorithm can produce the best image segmentation for facial image datasets taken from employee attendance applications. This study uses an experimental method with image preparation stages, segmentation with k-means and fuzzy c-means algorithms, followed by evaluation using RSME, PSNR, and SSIM. The results of this study indicate that it can be said that for facial image segmentation taken from this employee attendance application, the segmentation of the clustering results with fuzzy c-means has the RMSE, PSNR, and visual effects values ​​needed for segmentation quality. on the image that is better than the image from the k-means segmentation.

Abstract

Dalam pengenalan wajah menggunakan metode pengolahan citra, dibutuhkan proses segmentasi citra agar dapat dilakukan proses analisis citra selanjutnya. Segmentasi citra dapat dilakukan dengan metode clustering yang memiliki beberapa algoritma berbasis centroid, seperti k-means dan fuzzy c-means. Algoritma k-means sendiri memiliki beberapa varian, salah satunya k-means++ dimana varian ini lebih cerdas dalam memilih inisial centroid dibanding k-means yang memilih inisial centroid secara acak. Algoritma fuzzy cmeans sendiri telah memiliki keunggulan dalam  engelompokan objek yang tersebar secara tidak teratur. Untuk mendapatkan segmentasi yang baik untuk pengenalan wajah, perlu dicari algoritma mana yang dapat menghasilkan segmentasi citra dengan kualitas baik. Sehingga pada penelitian ini, dilakukan penelitian ekspresimen dengan menggunakan citra wajah yang disegmentasi dengan algoritma k-means++ dan fuzzy c-means, kemudian dilakukan evaluasi menggunakan RSME, PSNR dan SSIM. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan segmentasi citra dengan fuzzy c-means lebih baik dibandingkan hasil k-means++ berdasarkan nilai RSME, PSNR dan SSIM

Abstract

The Career Development Center of Institut Teknologi Garut is an educational and training institution for students and alums of the Garut Institute of Technology. Career Center plays a role for students or graduates in conducting job searches and being an information liaison between companies and students or graduates when there is information on job vacancies. This research aims to design the CariKerja application as a direct link between students or graduates and companies and to assist the Garut Institute of Technology's career center in finding job vacancies. The methodology used in software engineering is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology with the stages used, namely inception, elaboration, construction, and transition, with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling with use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The result of this research is that the application can interact directly between students or graduates with companies. Students or graduates can apply for job applications, and companies can create job vacancies with independent management. The unique feature of this application is the curriculum vitae (cv) generator, where when the alums do not have a CV or renew their CV, this feature can help make a CV based on the template provided.

Abstract

Determining road construction priorities at the Garut Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office could be more effective in terms of validity in achieving goals and recap time because it needs good clustering. This study uses the Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining and the k-means algorithm to classify road construction data with type, length, and construction cost attributes. The results of this study are the selection of five clusters with the smallest Davies-Bouldin index evaluation value of 0.1617. The analysis of the characteristics of the largest cluster road construction is from Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 5, and Group 4, with nominal development depending on the type of construction. From the clustering knowledge and cluster characteristics results, the Garut District PUPR office can prioritize the construction of small roads more than the construction of medium or large roads by looking at the submissions based on the cluster.

Abstract

Financial management is an activity of managing finances, where this financial management is managed by the management of the Islamic boarding school which will then be reported to the treasurer of the Foundation. Islamic Boarding School Financial Management is an institutional activity related to the payment of monthly student contributions, meals, electricity, cash and charity or infaq money either from the parents of the students or from the congregation of the miftahul hidayah Islamic boarding school. Financial management carried out by Islamic boarding school administrators often results in errors in data collection due to human error and produces inaccurate data both expenditure and income. Based on these problems, a financial management application was designed at the Miftahul Hidayah Islamic boarding school using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database and using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, the stages of which used Requirement Planning, RAD Design Workshop and Implementation. Then use the Data Flow diagram (DFD) modeling. The results of this study are in the form of financial management applications with several features such as student data, financial balances, weekly reports, monthly reports and annual reports.

Abstract

Abstract : Property tax as one source of local revenue has an important role in the progress of the village. Management of property Tax data in general at the village level still uses the usual number management application. While the property tax data needs to be secured because it is classified as confidential data, which has the potential to cause damage if accessed by unauthorized persons. To maintain the security aspects of the information, a cryptographic system can be used which provides encryption and data description facilities. The cryptographic system used is Caesar Cipher's super encryption and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) -128-EBC. To test the encryption quality of this cryptographic system an experimental method is used, by comparing the ciphertext file size, encryption time, entropi value, correlation value, histogram graph and avalanche effect. The test results obtained by Caesar Cipher and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) -128-EBC cryptographic systems, have good correlation and entropy values ​​with better avalanche effect values ​​compared to the AES algorithm alone. Keywords: aes-128-ebc, caesar cipher, confidential, encryption, tax Abstrak : Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan asli daerah memiliki peranan penting dalam kemajuan desa. Pengelolaan data Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan secara umum di tingkat desa masih menggunakan aplikasi pengelola angka biasa. Sedangkan data Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (pbb) perlu diamankan karena tergolong ke dalam data confidential, yang mana berpotensi menimbulkan kerusakan apabila diakses oleh orang yang tidak berwenang. Untuk menjaga aspek kemananan informasi tersebut, dapat digunakan sistem kriptografi yang didalamnya menyediakan fasilitas enkripsi dan deskripsi data. Sistem kriptografi yang digunakan adalah super enkripsi Caesar Cipher dan Advanced Encryption Standart (AES)-128-EBC. Untuk menguji kualitas enkripsi sistem kriptografi ini digunakan metode eksperimen, dengan membandingkan ukuran file cipherteks, waktu enkripsi, nilai entropi, nilai korelasi, grafik histogram dan avalanche effect. Hasil pengujian didapat sistem kriptografi Caesar Cipher dan Advanced Encryption Standart (AES)-128-EBC ini, memiliki nilai korelasi dan entropi yang tergolong bagus dengan nilai avalanche effect yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan algoritma AES saja. Abstract

Hiperkolesterolemia atau dengan kata lain adalah kadar kolesterol yang tinggi akan menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan, jika tidak segera ditangani akan semakin memperburuk kondisi dari penderitannya. Kolesterol sendiri tidak bisa dihilangkan karena merupakan zat penting yang dibutuhkan tubuh. Yang bisa dilakukan adalah mengkontrol agar kadar kolesterol dalam darah tidak melebihi batas normal. Saat ini cara yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui kadar kolesterol adalah dengan invasive yaitu dengan datang ke Rumah Sakit atau menggunakan alat pengukur kolesterol elektronik, cara tersebut dirasa kurang praktis untuk mengetahui kadar kolesterol karena membutuhkan waktu. Oleh sebab itu dengan dibuatnya alat pendeteksi kolesterol non invasive berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno menggunakan sensor inframerah serta photodioda TCRT 5000 dan dihubungkan dengan aplikasi khusus untuk penginputan datanya yang akan dimasukan ke dalam database dapat berfungsi secara optimal, sehingga pengguna atau tenaga medis dapat melakukan langkah pengobatan atau penanganan kolesterol dengan tepat dan efektif. Tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh alat ini dibandingkan dengan alat kesehatan komersial yaitu sebesar 93.04%, hal ini tentu saja bergantung pada kualitas komponen terutama perangkat sensor yang digunakan.

Abstract

One of the requirements for graduating from the undergraduate level for universities in Indonesia is writing a final project or thesis. In order to graduate, of course, it is greatly influenced by the desire and strong spirit of the students and also the guidance of the supervisor. In determining the supervising lecturer, special attention must be paid to the field. Usually the selection of lecturers for thesis supervisors is determined by the study program through a meeting of lecturers in order to determine which lecturers are considered according to the title of the student and in accordance with the research of the supervisor. However, this method is a bit inconvenient and also quite time-consuming considering the number of students is more than a hundred and continues to grow every year. In this study, the thesis supervisor was classified based on the title proposed by the student. Abstract

Realizing that education is very important, the government supports every citizen to get education. One of the government programs is the Smart Indonesia Program. PlP is a scholarship designed to help school-age children from poor/vulnerable families to continue to receive education services, both through formal elementary to high school/vocational schools and non-formal pathways from package a to package c and special education. SDN II Babakanloa has not been touched by technology for processing student data. So that the student section has difficulties in recording and updating student data. Student names have unique identities and errors often occur in typing the keywords to be searched. This results in an information that is desired or sought can not be found. Therefore we need a web-based data application that can provide keyword corrections in searching for student names. This study aims to create a web-based student data application by optimizing corrections to typing keywords searched by implementing the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm and also making it easier to process and search student data. The development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the stages of Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. Designed using the CodeIgniter Framework with the PHP and JavaScript programming languages. The application of the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm can optimize the search for student data and reduce the occurrence of search errors by School Operators. The application of the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm produces a very good accuracy rate of 94% of the results of student data correction. accordance with the expectations of the School Operator. So it shows that the application of the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm is appropriate to use in optimizing the search.
