Abstract

The System Development Life Cycle or better known as SDLC is a general methodology used to develop information systems. SDLC consists of several phases starting from the planning, analysis, design, implementation to system maintenance phases. The discussion is about the waterfall development method, prototype and rapid application development (RAD). The results of the comparison of the three models state that the waterfall model is more suitable for generic systems or software, while prototype and RAD are more suitable for customized systems or software. According to the analysis obtained, the three methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages, so that developers can choose which method is more suitable for software development.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises are a field of business that is very helpful in various aspects of the Indonesian economy. This research was conducted to analyze the customer relationship management strategy to maintain customer loyalty which is run by Singgah Always and Rumah Kue Alifa. The approach in this research is qualitative with case study method and uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The customer relationship management strategy implemented is in the form of identifying customers, listening to customer needs and providing services in meeting customer needs and creating customer relationship management programs in the form of member programs and discount events which can benefit customers. With this program, it is expected to maintain customer loyalty to the two UMKMs.

Abstract

The digital library is one of the supports in the world of education to search for information using information technology and the internet. General problems that occur in libraries such as data availability, library member data, borrowing book data, book data, and school reports can be overcome with availability related to the use of information technology. The author likes the development of this digital library with the library of SMP Negeri 15 Tanjungpinang. In searching for information on digital library development, the authors conducted observations and interviews with the library of SMP Negeri 15 Tanjungpinang so that the features developed in the digital library were in accordance with the wishes of the users. Digital library application development uses the laravel framework so that application development is faster and safer. The features developed in this application are book data collections, book details, librarians, library member pages, book borrowing pages, book collection pages, as well as various reports intended for libraries and schools at SMP Negeri 15 Tanjungpinang. In the application testing process, the author uses the blackbox testing method. The results of this study provide convenience for librarian in managing library data online. In addition, librarian becomes easier in the latest information on the availability of managed book data, ease in managing library member data, ease in managing library data and book data, as well as preparing reports addressed to the school..

Abstract

In previous research, a website-based e-money application has been developed which will be implemented at the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang annual event, namely the student market but still has several shortcomings including the process of exchanging real money into digital money which is still done manually by the admin which causes the application it becomes less effective Therefore, the application was developed into an Android-based e-money application and added several additional features such as being able to use the payment gateway feature and the generate QR Qode feature that can be accessed through a gadget scanner. This application is designed using the Waterfall (Classic Life Cycle) software development method and also uses some software that supports the design of the e-money application such as programming language using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and database management using phpMyAdmin as database, then for Text editor. using the Visual Studio Code application, and the web server using the XAMPP application. This research produces a more dynamic and userfriendly program that can be accessed on the gadgets of each visitor or seller and this program can also perform buyer data processing, seller data processing, menu selection and sales reports and product purchases at the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang student market this program can monitor all transactions that occur between buyers and sellers so as to minimize errors that can occur in the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang student market.

Abstract

The human body really needs fluids, to assist in carrying out its normal functions, if humans lack fluids, the body will experience disturbances in carrying out their functions, this fluid deficiency is accompanied by electrolyte disturbances in the body due to lack of sodium and water in the body. This condition is called dehydration. Dehydration is divided into two levels, namely mild and severe dehydration. Causes of dehydration in addition to lack of drinking fluids, dehydration can also be caused by climatic factors or hot weather and can also be caused by strenuous physical activity factors that can make humans lack body fluids through sweat. To find out whether a person is dehydrated or not, it can be seen through the color of his urine. To make it easier to classify a person is dehydrated or not, an image processing system can be used. In this study, we created a system that can classify whether a person is dehydrated or not through urine color that has been converted into a digital image and processed into a system created using Mathlab, and using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. From the results of the research that we have done, the percentage of accuracy of the K-Nearest Neighbor method is 86,67 percent with the number of accurate classifications amounting to 26 and the number of inaccurate classifications amounting to 4 out of 30 samples obtained from participants who came from college students of the STT Indonesia Tanjungpinang campus.

Abstract

Aku Pintar is one of the EdTech references that aims to empower the education ecosystem and improve the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Evaluation of the quality of the Aku Pintar application system is one way that needs to be done to assess and test the level of usability or functionality in identifying specific problems with the system. The measurement model that has been validated is ISO/IEC 25010 which has eight indicators covering usability, portability, performance efficiency, functional suitability, maintainability, compatibility, reliability, and security. This research was conducted using quantitative data analysis methods, validity and reliability tests using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The sample method used in this research is simple random sampling method and from slovin calculation of the number of Aku Pintar application users, the population taken is 100 respondents. The results of testing the level of application quality with the framework ISO/IEC 25010 product quality model obtained decent results with the lowest percentage, 68% for the compatibility indicator, the performance efficiency indicator was 71%, the security indicator was 74%, the reliability indicator was 75%, the maintanbility indicator 81%, then the functional suitability and usability indicators have the same percentage of 82%, then the largest percentage of portability is 91%. After obtaining the results of the percentage of the quality of the Aku Pintar application, a suggestion for improvement is made for the application so that in the future the application is better at increasing user satisfaction. . Abstract

A marketplace is a container or place provided to help sellers promote or sell products, in the marketplace itself there are micro, small and medium enterprises or commonly referred to as MSMEs. This marketplace has weaknesses including the lack of utilization of information technology for managing payment systems because there is no web-based payment system and in preparing financial reports they still use the handwritten method so that they feel difficult when recording expenses and income made. So we need a system that can help business owners in overcoming problems that occur in their business. The method used in designing a website-based system is the scrum method. This method is most suitabel in making systems that suit user needs and is easy to use in system design. The result of making this application design is that the admin or MSME owner will find it easier to create and recap financial reports, where the system will display financial reports related to transactions made by buyers at the end of each purchase.

Abstract

Indonesia is a capture fisheries country that has a major role in capture fisheries production in the world. Indonesia itself includes a lot in producing fisheries and consuming fish. The industrialization of fishery products is very important, through socio-economic and cultural transformation of fisheries that can change the search system of an agrarian society into an industrial society. So that the industrialization of fisheries is not just a part of fish processing, but also development and production activities, both catching and cultivating which can produce goods that are able to meet human needs. One of the small industrial businesses in the field of mackerel processing is the manufacture of moro crackers. There is a problem with this small industrial business, the product of moro crackers is not widely known or reached by tourists. Therefore the author wants to expand the product so that it is better known by the wider community and tourists, so that moro crackers can become an icon for Moro Regency, and to increase production so that these moro crackers can compete in foreign markets. In this small industrial business, Moro crackers have several shortcomings in terms of product promotion and service efficiency to consumers. To improve these deficiencies, we need a system that can help in terms of promotion and fast service to consumers. Therefore, an e-commerce website is proposed using the aglie method which is expected to help small businesses promote products online and offline and consumers and businesses can carry out sales activities in it.

Abstract

Presence of lectures is an important factors to take the final exam. It is necessary to have a presence system with computer vision technology that is capable to handling problems manually. Computer vision technology used is face detection and recognition in order to monitor attendance data system. The face detection process in this study uses the Viola-Jones algorithm, and this algorithm has four stages, namely Haar Like Feature, Integral Image, Adaboost learning and Cascade classifier. The results of this study Viola-Jones algorithm successfully applied to the face detection process and in the face recognition process using the KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor) method with an accuracy rate of 94.79%.

Abstract

The problem of hoax news is something universal that can change someone perspective. The impact can generate fear, racism ideas, and lead to oppression and violence against innocent people. This problem has existed since time immemorial, even though there is no access to information throughout the world. Currently there are 2.5 trillion bytes of data and it increasing, leading to the next problem, i.e. faster at analyzing and identifying hoax news and real news. The ideal solution is using Deep Learning algorithm and the author chooses Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method and it's particular method Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The accuracy obtained is 99%, greater than Machine Learning methods such as Rocchio or Multinomial Naive Bayes.
