Abstract

Research Models continue to develop or be modified by researchers. Over time, they also develop alternative models so that research can be carried out efficiently. Based on this problem, an initiation emerged to develop a simpler method, namely non-parametric statistics. There is one method that is quite often used by researchers, namely the Wilcoxon test. This study aims to explore the reasons researchers use the Wilcoxon Test (non-parametric). To provide a convincing picture of the research, a literature review was conducted by selecting articles from recently published peer-reviewed journals. Non-parametric statistics are statistical formulas that are used when the sample taken is likely to be relatively small. In addition, this method is also used to analyze data from test results, questionnaires, or other data collection instruments designed to ensure ideas and research results, regardless of whether the data is normal or not.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the management of credit application data management and management of prospective debtor eligibility data and credit scoring data at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Dana Nusantara, Tanjungpinang City, which does not yet have a computerized system that is integrated between marketing, the assessment section and the team leader. Where each credit application data for each prospective debtor and credit scoring data and verification results are processed and summarized in Microsoft Excel and each application document is still summarized manually. With the conditions and descriptions mentioned above, it is very possible that the data collection process will experience errors and mistakes and even documents can be scattered or lost. So that the marketing and assessment sections concerned have difficulty taking action because the documents have been scattered or lost. Currently, credit application data management is carried out manually, where the process of submitting credit application documents is carried out directly, then the management of prospective debtor data, credit scoring is summarized into Microsoft Excel. As a result, marketing assessments become slower and other work is disrupted. So the author took the initiative to create a system that is able to adequately manage all credit application data management processes using the Waterfall method in designing software that will be used by all users of the designed system. To make it easier and accessible anytime and anywhere, the system is designed based on a website, so that notifications regarding the continuation of the credit application are directly entered and displayed automatically in the system, especially for each prospective debtor who has made a credit application, whether the application is approved or rejected. In designing the system, the author uses PHP (Programing Hypertext Prepocessor), framework (LARAVEL) as a system design media.

Abstract

An activity of collecting data that is part of the reporting activity, contains attendance data that is collected and managed to determine the frequency of attendance at an activity that can be used whenever needed, interpreted as absence. It was identified that there was an ineffectiveness in the process of collecting employee attendance lists at Toko Jaya Plastik. Then, this also raises another problem, namely inaccurate information will affect the calculation of employee salaries. Thus, a web-based attendance information system is needed so that attendance activities can be accessed by employees using smartphones. Based on these problems, the researcher took the initiative to design and implement a web-based attendance system. The programs used to design the attendance system are Visual Studio Code, MySQL, XAMPP, and Google Chrome. The researcher conducted observations and interviews with Toko Jaya Plastik, to obtain information related to the attendance application system. Then, this web-based attendance information system was developed and implemented with the PHP, HTML, Java Script, CSS programming languages ​​and using the MySQL database. Based on the results of the research and system design, it can be concluded that, after testing, the designed web-based attendance system can be implemented properly. The suggestion for further research is the development of the QR Code scan feature so that it can be done for a lifetime.

Abstract

Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia (PKBI) is a non-governmental organization that leads the Family Planning movement in Indonesia, focusing on families as pillars of health, education, and welfare. PKBI Riau Islands region supports resilient communities, including the Sehati Business Group Community, Peer Educators, and Community Cadres, through the Sembangin Community Metawork Service Cooperative for economic empowerment. Several challenges faced by the community cadres include administrative efficiency, creative design, and file management, necessitating the use of digital technology to address these issues. The results of this community service program show an improvement in the community’s skills in using computers, office applications, Canva design, and cloud management. The community cadres are now able to manage administration and files more efficiently, as well as produce more creative design materials

Abstract

A budget is a financial estimate that is prepared in the form of income and expenses with the intention of making it efficient for a certain period of time. The meaning of budget in Indonesian is a budget. The budget that has been created is not left to chance. It will definitely be compared with actual use to evaluate whether it is appropriate or if there are changes to make the budget more efficient. This is an obstacle for PT. Eternal Jaya. The obstacle to development is the budget problem in purchasing materials. Every construction carried out must make an estimate of the materials used according to the budget. But not all companies can do that. The lack of information about prices and types of material is one of the constraining factors in determining which material to buy according to the budget. The research method used is to use the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method to determine materials according to the budget and conduct direct surveys and then interviews. The results of the Implementation of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) Method on the Decision Support System for the Selection of Building Materials based on Budget Suitability. Website-based consumers at Toko Abadi Jaya can help Toko Abadi Jaya in selecting materials that fit the budget.

Abstract

The management of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water system powered by solar energy faces significant challenges in achieving high power efficiency and long-term thermal reliability. The objective of this study is to identify the most optimal hardware configuration that balances specific energy efficiency (ηspecific) with minimizing thermal energy dissipation in a DC water pumping system. The methodology employed is a comparative experiment that tests six different scenarios, varying the topology of the voltage regulator (Linear Regulator and Buck Converter) and the pump actuator, with a total of 30 pumping cycles at a fixed water volume of 30 litres. The processing of data was undertaken through the utilization of descriptive statistical analysis and Standard Deviation (SD) on the parameters of Power, Temperature, and Water Discharge to measure stability. The findings indicated a critical trade-off between peak energy efficiency and operational stability. Scenario 4 (12V Relay and Mini 560 Buck Converter) emerged as the most optimal configuration, recording the highest Specific Energy Efficiency (1.94 Ws/L). This superiority is evidenced by its excellent thermal stability (36.88°C), which is comparable to that of low-power configurations. In contrast, although Scenario 6 (Synchronous Buck, 51 mm Pump) demonstrated the highest operational stability (Power SD=0.02111), it compromises pumping speed. It is concluded that the implementation of the Mini 560 Buck Converter is imperative in achieving a balance between energy savings and minimizing thermal dissipation, thereby rendering it an ideal selection for solar-powered Smart Energy systems.
