Abstract

This study describes the management and developmentmodels of bandha waqf Masjid Agung Semarang which has a land area of 119.1270 hectares endowments. Historically, bandha waqf has undergone a process of exchange-bolsters the controversial and spawned a unique form of management, which is managed by three different agencies with no unified management system. According to KMA Number 92 Year 1962, the party who was appointed as manager (nazhir) is a Mosque Welfare Agency (Badan Kesejahteraan Masjid/BKM) Semarang. But in fact, most of bandha waqf Masjid Agung Semarang are managed by BKM, Executive Board of Masjid Agung Semarang, and Executive Board of Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah.Management of bandha waqf can be divided into two forms of endowments or waqf, the consumptive waqf and the productive waqf. Each form is managed with many models, such as the management of endowments for the benefit of bandha waqf for worship, preaching, education, health, and economic empowerment through business units. The management of bandha waqf has set an agenda of development expected to improve the performance of bandha waqf so as to realize the goal. Some bandha waqf asset have developed economically through the efforts of businesses such as gas stations (SPBU) has been got certificate of Pasti Pas and many facilities of business in the Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. The others, through diversification techniques, bandha waqf currently have more pattern models of business. Nevertheless, up to now, the management and development of bandha waqf has not shown the expected results due to facing many obstacles, especially the management problems that have not been applying the principles of good waqf governance, such as transparency, accountability, independence, fairness, and responsibility. The management of bandha waqf also face problems of conflicts of interest between managers which potentially lose the trust of stakeholders. Therefore, it is important that waqf managed and developed by the human resources that have a good vision of entrepreneurship, have multiple intelligences that can minimize conflicts possibly occur, and have the ability to establish networking with stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase children's interest in reading. Nowadays, children have been busy with their gadgets and tend to have low literacy. The basic problem is the dominance of gadgets in the daily lives of children in Pondok Rejo Asri Housing in addition to the low literacy culture. The solutions offered are socialization, training, practice, mentoring and the establishment of a reading park so that children have higher linguistic intelligence and have a passion for better reading and writing. Reading, which has been assumed to be boring, will change its paradigm with something unique and interesting.  Literacy activities to foster children's reading interest in this service are carried out in several stages, namely: outbound, socialization, talk shows with young writers, magic clowns and outbound literacy. The last is to establish a children's reading park: "Peluk Buku”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) How to plan, (2) How to implement and (3) How to evaluate strategic management in improving the quality of schools at SD Alkautsar Temanggung. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, data collected through the methods of observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation, and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. This study aims to determine the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating strategic management in improving the quality of schools at SD Alkautsar Temanggung. In the study of strategic management in improving the quality of schools at SD Alkautsar Temanggung, it shows that: (1) strategic planning includes four activities, namely formulating the vision, mission, objectives, identify internal and external factors, determine superior strategies, and long-term planning. short, medium and long. From the results above, it can be concluded that the total employment of Short Term Program Indicators is 95%, Medium Term Program is 96.6%, and Long Term Program is 90%. (2) the implementation of strategic management at SD Alkautsar Temanggung includes policy determination, motivation of educators and education staff, allocation of human resources, and development of school culture. (3) Evaluation of strategic management includes monitoring of all planning and implementation results, measuring school performance and taking corrective steps

Abstract

Mauquf ' alaih or targets of the Waqf is an important element in studies of law of Waqf. Mauquf ' alaih covering fields of life of mankind, such as religious, educational, health, and social. In a consumerist, wakaf mauquf ' alaih service in fields that have been defined and are not experiencing significant development. Whereas in the endowments ' alaih mauquf productive, more varied and dynamic. It could be, ' alaih mauquf mentioned in the deed of pledge a specific field in the form of endowments but extends in its development so that it covers the areas that are not mentioned. Mauquf ' alaih that has been ditentutan it is called mauquf ' alaih typical mauquf ' alaih unspecified and is the impact of the development of the Waqf called mauquf ' alaih ' am. Keywords: productive, wakaf mauquf ' alaih ' alaih mauquf special General   Abstrak Mauquf ‘alaih atau sasaran wakaf merupakan unsur penting dalam kajian hukum wakaf. Mauquf ‘alaih meliputi bidang-bidang kehidupan umat manusia, seperti keagamaan, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan sosial. Dalam wakaf konsumtif, mauquf ‘alaih berupa layanan dalam bidang yang telah ditentukan dan tidak mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Sedangkan dalam wakaf produktif, mauquf ‘alaih lebih bervariasi dan dinamis. Bisa jadi, mauquf ‘alaih yang disebutkan dalam akta ikrar wakaf berupa bidang tertentu tetapi pada perkembangannya meluas sehingga meliputi bidang-bidang yang tidak disebutkan. Mauquf ‘alaih yang telah ditentutan itu disebut mauquf ‘alaih khas dan mauquf ‘alaih yang tidak ditentukan dan merupakan dampak dari perkembangan wakaf tersebut disebut mauquf ‘alaih ‘am.   Kata kunci: wakaf produktif, mauquf ‘alaih khusus, mauquf ‘alaih umum.

Abstract

Kondisi pandemi berdampak pada semua sektor layanan masyarakat. Salah satunya layanan Pendidikan. Pendidikan memegang peranan sangat penting. Melihat hal tersebut tidak dipungkiri dunia informatika megalami perkembangan sangat pesat dikarenakan tuntutan harus belajar dengan maksimal demi sukses dan tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Saat ini layanan pendidikan banyak dilakukan melalui jaringan atau yang sering dikenal dengan Daring. Dari berbagai aplikasi salah satunya virtual Zoom meeting. Metode penelitian melalui Penilaian Tindakan Kelas atau PTK dengan dua siklus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran dilaksanakan terkait dengan keaksaraan yang dilakukan dengan virtual meeting. Pembelajaran Virtual dengan aplikasi zoom meeting dapat dilaksanakan untuk anak usia PAUD. Pertemuan zoom merupakan media pembelajaran yang efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan keaksaraan anak. Melalui kegiatan pemberian tugas dengan menggunakan media zoom meeting dapat meningkatkan minat anak untuk berlatih keaksaraan dan rasa percaya diri. Memberikan kesempatan untuk berinteraksi jarak jauh pada anak sangat membantu guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi keaksaraan sebagai bekal untuk menempuh jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya.. Pembelajaran virtual melalui zoom meeting dapat melatih kemampuan anak dalam menggunakan teknologi tepat guna dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0

Abstract

Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapatdilepaskan dalam kehidupan masyarakat karena lembaga bimbinganbelajar dianggap penting dalam membantu proses belajar siswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaanpembelajaran pada lembaga Bimbingan Belajar PhytagorasMagelang. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada proses kegiatanpembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Bimbel Phytagoras dari awalsampai akhir. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif.Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metodeobservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada BimbelPhytagoras dilakukan melalui (1) Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajarsiswa(2) Pengorganisasian aktifitas pembelajaran (3) Melaksanakankegiatan ulangan harian (4) Melakukan Pengawasan Pembelajaran.Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkanbahwa Bimbel Phytagoras Magelang sudah melaksanakan prosespembelajaran dengan baik dalam membantu siswa untukmeningkatkan prestasinya melalui beberapa tahapan yang telahdilakukan. melalui tahapan yang telah dilakukan yaitumengidenfikasi kebutuhan belajar siswa, pengorganisasian aktifitaspembelajaran, melaksanakan kegiatan ulangan harian danmelakukan pengawasan pembelajaran diharapkan melalui bimbelphytagoras dapat membantu siswa untuk terus meningkatkan prestasibelajarnya

Abstract

his research is motivated by the lack of the ability of parents tostimulate children's development at home. Covid 19, which has hitalmost all countries, demands changes in various aspects of life,including education. The Covid 19 pandemic also requires parentsto act as teachers at home. However, in practice, not all parentsare optimal in carrying out their roles, therefore researchers areinterested in conducting research on parental understanding instimulating children's development through the STEAM approach.The research subjects were parents at the Az-zahra EarlyChildhood Education Institute Yogyakarta. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the extent to which parental understandingin stimulating children's development while learning from home interms of the STEAM approach. The subjects of this study were 20parents of children aged 4-7 years. Characteristics of researchsubjects were parents who had attended training on virutialSTEAM-filled learning. This study uses qualitative researchmethods, which focus on understanding, implementing andevaluating parental activities in stimulating early childhooddevelopment. Data obtained from questionnaires, virtualinterviews, and documents. The results of this study obtained datathat in the principle component of STEAM implementation whichconsists of 6 variables an average percentage of 75% is obtained,while in the STEAM implementation formula component, thepercentage is 83.5%, indicating that parents can understand theSTEAM approach and apply it in stimulating children'sdevelopment while learning from home through materials and toolsaround the home environment.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah harus mampu melakukan perubahan tidak hanyadalam metode pengajaran dan kurikulum, tetapi juga manajemen danorganisasi. Kepala sekolah dituntut untuk menciptakan lingkunganyang kondusif dan merencanakan perubahan di sekolah yangdituangkan dalam Rencana Pembangunan Sekolah (RPS),melaksanakan, mengendalikan, memantau, dan mengevaluasinyasecara efektif dan efisien. Tugas dan jabatan kepala sekolah tidaklahringan, karena kedudukan dan peran kepala sekolah akan sangatmempengaruhi (menentukan) kemajuan sekolah. Oleh karena itu,seorang kepala sekolah harus mampu melakukan kegiatan yangberkaitan dengan kemampuan manajerial untuk mendayagunakanpersonel secara efektif. Kepala sekolah wajib menggerakkanaparaturnya agar mau dan sungguh-sungguh melaksanakantugasnya melalui administrasi meliputi perencanaan, pengarahan,koordinasi dan pengawasan. Melihat kompleksitas tugas dan fungsikepala sekolah tersebut, maka peran kepala sekolah itu dapatdikategorikan ke dalam berbagai jenis peran tergantung dari sudutpandang yang pada akhirnya dapat menciptakan iklim sekolah yangbaik khususnya di SD Muhammadiyah Candirejo.

Abstract

SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah is a private school that is not given much attention by the government and its sustainability is very dependent on the foundation. The number of non-civil servant teachers causes the division of teaching tasks to be often not linear with the teaching field. This research was conducted in nine SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah Wonosobodistrict. This research is important to do in order to determine the effect of linearity ofteaching tasks on the performance of SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah teachers. Data collectionwas carried out using a questionnaire via google form because it was carried out duringthe Covid-19 pandemic. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using regressionanalysis techniques using the SPSS 2020 program. The results showed that the correlationcoefficient R was 0.434. The coefficient is significant after being tested using the F-test,the F value is 9.530 with a significance level of 0.004. Because of the significance of 0.004<0.05, it can be hypothesized that there is a significant positive effect of linearity ofteaching assignments on teacher performance. The results of this study are expected to beused to see the teacher map at SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah Wonosobo so that improvementscan be made in a better direction.

Abstract

A leader plays an important role in achieving the success and goals of an organization, aswell as school principals who have an important role in achieving educational and learninggoals. In leading the principal must have professionalism in order to achieve educationalgoals, therefore the principal must play a role in the process of planning, monitoring, etc.Improving the quality of schools is one of the goals to be achieved, so to improve the qualityof the institution itself, the principal must be able to foster and direct teachers to workprofessionally to improve the quality of students. This study aims to determine theprincipal's efforts or strategies in improving the quality of students at SDN 1 Reco,Wonosobo district. The research approach used is qualitative research with data collectiontechniques in the form of direct interviews with related sources, namely the principal ofSDN 1 Reco, Wonosobo Regency. The results showed that the principal acts as a manager,innovator, motivator by carrying out several efforts to improve the quality of students atSDN 1 Reco, Wonosobo Regency, namely trying to realize what is the school's vision andmission, realizing active, effective and efficient learning, generating interest and studentlearning motivation as well as trying to improve the character and moral values ofstudents.
