Abstract

Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education comes with the consideration that in order to create a cultured nation through strengthening religious values, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, enthusiasm nationality, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, communicative, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care for social, and be responsible, the government sees the need for strengthening character education. So based on these considerations, on September 6 2017, President Joko Widodo has signed Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education. The most appropriate means to realize Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education is through schools, namely the formation or character education for students in schools.

Abstract

Research Objectives :(1) To find out the strategic management planning of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila student profile; (2) To find out the strategic management process of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila Student profile; (3) To compile a strategic management evaluation of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila Student profile. The method used is descriptive, data obtained through interviews, document study and observation. The results of the study show that the strategic management of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila student profile is carried out in three stages, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. Strategic management planning is carried out superiorly by identifying opportunities and threats from outside as well as strengths and weaknesses from within the school or analyzing the external and internal environment, determining the GSM strategy; Explanation of the vision, mission and objectives that have been implemented as well as identification of short, medium and long term plans. Implementation is carried out by determining academic planning in schools including compiling and implementing programs, compiling budgets, motivating educators and education staff, allocating human resources so that the strategies that have been implemented can be implemented and developing a school culture that supports the fun school movement strategy in realizing student profiles pancasila. Management evaluation is carried out in three ways, namely direct evaluation of school programs or activities, evaluation of the academic field and evaluation meetings.

Abstract

Ma’had/Pondok Pesantren memiliki kultur yang memang benar-benar ditanamkan kepada para santriwati dalam rangka membentuk karakter santriwati agar menjadi pribadi yang berakhlak mulia. Pembiasaan dan pendisiplinan santriwati bisa disebut sebagai hidden curriculum (kurikulum yang tersembunyi) dalam rangka membentuk karakter santriwati. Akhlak tidak bisa sekedar diajarkan sebagai ilmu pengetahuan tapi perlu adanya pembiasaan, suri tauladan yang terus diulang-ulang, sehingga pendidikan di pesantren itu apa yang diajarkan, didengar, dilihat dan dirasakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di ma’had. Ma’had Bina Madani putri di Grabag saat ini memiliki berbagai program kegiatan dalam rangka membentuk karakter santriwati dan juga membekali santriwati dengan keterampilan hidup atau life skills, meskipun program ini tidak langsung bertujuan mencetak santriwati yang terampil dalam berkarya, namun membekali berbagai dasar keterampilan untuk berkarya maupun soft skills yang diharapkan mampu dikembangkan setelah lulus dari pesantren. Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to describe the management of Islamic education institutions to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools. This research phase consisted of a number of activities, namely (1) examining the units of analysis, (2) mapping the management models of Islamic educational institutions, and (3) analyzing the management model of Islamic education to improve the quality of education in the research object. The Islamic boarding school chosen as the research location is the Pabelan Islamic Boarding School, Magelang. Pabelan Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school that has proven its existence and has graduated many alumni who are widely active in Indonesia. To facilitate this research, researchers used the theory of quality management of Islamic educational institutions which is based on four quality indicators, namely (1) the quality of graduates, (2) the quality of the learning process, (3) the quality of school services and (4) the quality of the school environment. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were leaders, senior teachers and students. The research subjects were the analysis of the quality management of the Kulliyatul Mu'allim Al-Islamiyah Pabelan Islamic Boarding School and confirmation of the correctness of the material through source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the analysis are expected to be able to formulate quality management for Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. This study will analyze strategies to improve the quality of education, the factors that support and inhibit the process of improving the quality of education, and the efforts made by the Pabelan Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of education

Abstract

Mauquf ' alaih or targets of the Waqf is an important element in studies of law of Waqf. Mauquf ' alaih covering fields of life of mankind, such as religious, educational, health, and social. In a consumerist, wakaf mauquf ' alaih service in fields that have been defined and are not experiencing significant development. Whereas in the endowments ' alaih mauquf productive, more varied and dynamic. It could be, ' alaih mauquf mentioned in the deed of pledge a specific field in the form of endowments but extends in its development so that it covers the areas that are not mentioned. Mauquf ' alaih that has been ditentutan it is called mauquf ' alaih typical mauquf ' alaih unspecified and is the impact of the development of the Waqf called mauquf ' alaih ' am. Keywords: productive, wakaf mauquf ' alaih ' alaih mauquf special General   Abstrak Mauquf ‘alaih atau sasaran wakaf merupakan unsur penting dalam kajian hukum wakaf. Mauquf ‘alaih meliputi bidang-bidang kehidupan umat manusia, seperti keagamaan, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan sosial. Dalam wakaf konsumtif, mauquf ‘alaih berupa layanan dalam bidang yang telah ditentukan dan tidak mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Sedangkan dalam wakaf produktif, mauquf ‘alaih lebih bervariasi dan dinamis. Bisa jadi, mauquf ‘alaih yang disebutkan dalam akta ikrar wakaf berupa bidang tertentu tetapi pada perkembangannya meluas sehingga meliputi bidang-bidang yang tidak disebutkan. Mauquf ‘alaih yang telah ditentutan itu disebut mauquf ‘alaih khas dan mauquf ‘alaih yang tidak ditentukan dan merupakan dampak dari perkembangan wakaf tersebut disebut mauquf ‘alaih ‘am.   Kata kunci: wakaf produktif, mauquf ‘alaih khusus, mauquf ‘alaih umum.

Abstract

This research is based on the quality of Islamic education that needs to be improved. This study aims to analyze the implementation of TQM and ESQ in Assalaam Modern Islamic Boarding School Temanggung. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed that: (1) Overall, Assalaam Modern Islamic Boarding School has implemented the TQM strategy well, with the principle of four things, namely customer satisfaction, respect for everyone, fact-based management, and continuous improvement. (2) ESQ at Assalaam Modern Islamic Boarding School is implemented by conducting trainings that focus on developing the personality and character of students, such as speech exercises and discussions. In addition, it is also taught always to implement three principles, namely the Pillars of Faith, the Pillars of Islam, and Ihsan (3). The students are taught how to convey religious messages clearly and easily understood by the community. However, not many students can become preachers in the community, and there still needs to be an improvement in the quality of learning and evaluation every year, especially in raising awareness and motivation for every student about the importance of being a preacher. This research recommends implementing ESQ-based TQM to improve the quality of learning in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality management of Islamic education to develop religious moderation awareness in mountain communities. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method approach. The location of this study was the Merapi Merbabu Community Islamic Boarding School. The theory used as an analytical tool is the total quality management or TQM theory which consists of three indicators, namely customer focus, continuous process improvement, and total involvement of all elements of management. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Merapi Merbabu Community Islamic Boarding School has implemented TQM principles in implementing the quality of Islamic education and developing a religious moderation model. PM3 has established an activity plan that refers to customer satisfaction, implementation and improvement that are carried out continuously, and involves all stakeholders in every stage of management. The planning stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage are carried out to realize the goals of a quality Islamic educational institution. By adhering to these TQM principles, PM3 has developed into an institution that not only produces graduates who excel in religious knowledge, but also becomes a moderation agent that is able to play a role in maintaining social harmony and diversity.

Abstract

Learning the Quran for people with disabilities is carried out with management that is by the conditions of the students. The process of learning the sign Qur'an for deaf students is carried out using the Kitabah and Tilawah method which is expected to make it easier and faster for students to read. This study aims to describe the application of Kitabah and Tilawah for deaf students in reading the Quran, and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of learning the Quran Isyarat at the Magelang Deaf Education Foundation. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this study is students at the Magelang Deaf Education Foundation. The results of the study indicate that (1) the Kitabah and Tilawah method can help and make it easier for students to read the Quran Isyarat. (2) Learning the Quran for deaf students faces many obstacles, namely a lack of sincerity, such as no enthusiasm for memorizing, lack of concentration such as when other students memorize, it turns out that someone is talking or chatting with their friends, so that the other students' concentration is divided. The supporting factors are good motivation from the participants, regular guidance from the teachers, and long experience from the institution in managing learning. Teachers are asked to have stronger patience when providing motivation and guiding deaf participants at the Magelang Deaf Education Foundation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Fikih di MI Al Islam Tonoboyo, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Fikih di MI Al Islam Tonoboyo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 6 orang, yang terdiri dari kepala madrasah, waka kurikulum, guru mata pelajaran Fikih dan 3 orang siswa dari 26 siswa yang ada di kelas 4. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran di MI Al Islam Tonoboyo meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Pada tahap perencanaan pembelajaran guru mencantumkan beberapa karakater kedalam RPP untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Pada tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup yang bertujuan mengembangkan karakter siswa. Pada proses pembelajaran ada stimulus atau rangsangan interaksi yang berfungsi menanamkan karakter selama proses pembelajaran. Pada tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru juga menggunakan berbagai metode untuk membentuk karakter siswa yaitu dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang dimilki oleh anak, serta menggunakan pendekatan saintific sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran lebih menekankan pada keaktifan siswa sehingga mudah dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Hal ini dapat membuat implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Fikih dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Faktor yang mempengaruhi impelementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Fikih di MI Al Islam Tonoboyo ada dua faktor yaitu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Faktor pendukung itu meliputi kegiatan-kegiatan yang diterapkan di madrasah sebagai penunjang keberhasilan pembentukan karakter siswa dan kondisi lingkungan sekolah. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi waktu pelaksanaan pembelajaran, peserta didik atau siswa yang berasal dari lingkungan yang berbeda-beda, dan perencanaan pembelajaran.
