Abstract

Sebagai unsur utama aparatur negara dan abdi masyarakat Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) mempunyai kedudukan dan peranan penting dalam penyelenggaraan tugas organisasi pemerintahan dan pembangunan agar terselenggaranya good govermance (pemerintahan yang baik). Dalam hal ini diperlukan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memiliki akhlak dan budi pekerti yang baik, setia, berkemampuan melaksanakan tugas secara profesional, bertanggung jawab, bersih dari praktek Korupsi Kolusi dan Nepotisme (KKN) serta mampu menjadi perekat persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa. Kinerja PNS yang baik secara langsung akan mempengaruhi kinerja lembaga. Untuk memperbaiki kinerja PNS tentu merupakan suatu pekerjaan yang memakan waktu panjang. Selain dengan meningkatkan pengawasan dan pembinaan, juga dilakukan penilaian terhadap tingkat keberhasilan kinerja yang telah dilakukan. Penilaian terhadap kinerja juga bermanfaat sebagai tolak ukur yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki kinerja pegawai yang bersangkutan dapat dilakukan secara terarah dan sistematis. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan profesionalisme kerja yang optimal dalam sebuah instansi pemerintah adalah peningkatan kinerja pegawai. UPT Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Gunungkidul menghadapi tugas-tugas, tantangan dan tuntutan pelayanan yang tidak ringan di masa yang akan datang. Hal itu disebabkan karena semakin berkembangnya kebutuhan para stakeholder sebagai akibat dari perkembangan kehidupan masyarakat. Untuk itu UPT Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai sebagai penyedia layanan perlu mengambil langkah-langkah persiapan dan perencanaan yang matang dalam mewujudkan sasaran-sasaran program pendidikan dan pelatihan yaitu agar terwujudnya sumber daya aparatur yang berkemampuan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi jabatannya. Evaluasi Penyelenggaraan Diklat Teknis Pelayanan Publik telah di peroleh hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Efektivitas Penyelenggaraan Diklat (a) Perkembangan teknologi UPT Balai Diklat Pegawai Kabupaten Gunungkidul disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penyelenggaraan diklat (b) Penyusunan program diklat yang terdiri dari kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan Analisis Kebutuhan Diklat (2) Evaluasi kinerja penyelenggaraan diklat teknis (a) Proses persiapan penyelenggaraan diklat terdiri dari persiapan administrasi (rekrutmen) peserta diklat dan persiapan akademis peserta diklat (b) Panitia diklat berperan penting pada awal hingga akhir kegiatan diklat dimana panitia diklat terdiri dari tim koordinasi, tim pengamat dan sekretariat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion dan Publicity of decision making in Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with the type of associative research. Population and sample in this research are college student of Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta counted 92 people. Data collection using Likert scale, with five alternative answers. Methods of data collectoin using questionnaires with multiple linier regression analysis techniques using SPSS program. The result of this research is Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Publicity influencing decision making of choosing Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta 38,3% and the rest equal to 61,7% influenced by the other factors. From the partial test, the most influential in decision making of choosing is advertising, while Personal Selling dan Publicity have no influence in decisoin making of choosing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, serta mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Bento Kopi UAD yang pernah berkunjung minimal 1 kali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan teknik non-probability yaitu teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan program olah data SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui hasil analisis jalur diketahui terdapat satu variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu kualitas produk. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan. Serta, terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen yaitu kepuasan konsumen. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji sobel diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening yaitu kualitas produk, sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening yaitu harga, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction and intention to return to Resort guests by using a accidental sampling technique on 160 respondents which were then analyzed using Structural Equation Models (SEM) via Smart-Pls. The results of the study state that 1) service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Where the coefficient is 0.960. 2) customer satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on intention to return Where the coefficient is 0.162. 3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on intention to return, Where the coefficient is 0.771. 4) Testing the mediation effect with the VAF value obtained at 16.74% so that there is no mediation effect by the customer satisfaction variable on the relationship between service quality and intention to return. The Resort needs to maintain service quality through the provision of the latest facilities (up to date), improve performance so that services are provided on time so as to maintain guest satisfaction and intention to come back to the InterContinental Bali Resort.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of tour guide service quality on tourist satisfaction at PT. Bali Prima Holidays. The method of research used is quantitative, using data-gathering techniques through questionnaires. The research sample amounted to 100 respondents who were tourists who had used the tour guide services of PT Bali Prima Holidays. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that service quality positively and significantly influences tourist satisfaction, with a t value of 12.091 > t table 1.660 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Service quality can have an influence of 59.5% on tourist satisfaction. Respondents' overall service quality assessment is in a suitable category with an average value of 3.98. The aspect rated best is the appearance of a neat, attractive, and professional tour guide. In contrast, the element that needs to be improved is the ability of tour guides to communicate well and provide information precisely and clearly. This research implies that PT Bali Prima Holidays must maintain and enhance the quality of tour guide services, especially on aspects rated well by tourists, to maintain tourist satisfaction. In addition, further research needs to be done to identify other factors that also affect tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This research is based on the problem of a work environment that is not conducive due to hot air temperatures and an unfavorable working atmosphere and there are unfavorable attitudes and ethics of some employees which affect the level of employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction and to show the most influential variables on employee job satisfaction at PT Busana Remaja Agracipta Yogyakata. In this study the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were employees of PT Busana Remaja Agracipta Yogyakarta with a total of 50 respondents. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program. This research uses quantitative methods. The results showed that the work environment has an effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture has no effect on employee job satisfaction, and simultaneously work environment and organizational culture have an effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Busana Remaja Agracipta Yogyakarta. The results showed that the most dominant variable that influences job satisfaction is the work environment. Analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained is 0.461 which means the work environment and organizational culture have a significant effect on job satisfaction by 46.1 percent. While the remaining 53.9 percent is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research is based on the working environment conditions in the Special Sambal (SS) waroeng which has a narrow work space, especially in the kitchen, and the workload requires working quickly but still must pay attention to customer satisfaction at the Special Sambal (SS) waroeng. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance and to show the variables that most influence the performance of employees at the Special Sambal (SS) waroeng in Yogyakata. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study were employees of the Special Sambal (SS) waroeng in Yogyakata with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program. The results of the research show that work motivation has no effect on employee performance, work environment and workload have an effect on employee performance, and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and workload have an effect on employee performance at Waroeng Spesial Sambal (SS) in Yogyakarta. The research results show that the most dominant variable that influences employee performance is workload.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of pricing strategy and sales promotion on consumer purchase intention in supermarkets in Yogyakarta using the SEM-PLS approach. SEM-PLS is chosen due to its ability to handle complex models with multiple latent variables, even with small sample sizes and non-normally distributed data.  Methodology/approach: The research was conducted in supermarkets in Yogyakarta using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 and analyzed using the SmartPLS software. The study involved testing the measurement model (validity and reliability) and the structural model (path coefficients, R², bootstrapping significance, effect size, and predictive relevance).  Results/findings: The findings indicate that both pricing strategy and sales promotion have a significant positive effect on consumer purchase intention. The model demonstrates good predictive relevance, suggesting that pricing and promotional strategies are crucial factors influencing consumer behavior in supermarkets. However, this study is limited to a specific supermarket setting in Yogyakarta, and the results may not be generalizable to other retail contexts or regions.  Limitations: This study is limited to a specific supermarket setting in Yogyakarta, and the results may not be generalizable to other retail contexts or regions. The relatively small sample size may also affect the robustness of the findings. Contribution: This research contributes to the field of marketing, particularly in retail and consumer behavior studies. The findings provide valuable insights for supermarket managers and marketing strategists in optimizing pricing and promotional strategies to enhance consumer purchase intention

Abstract

Pelatihan process safety management bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan individu dalam mengelola operasi bisnis yang kritikal terhadap keselamatan proses, sehingga dapat mencegah kecelakaan dan meningkatkan keselamatan proses. Komunikasi dalam manajemen pelatihan yang digunakan pada individu dalam berkomunikasi agar mencapai tujuan pelatihan adalah dengan menggunakan model komunikasi interpersonal. Definisi model komunikasi interpersonal adalah suatu kerangka konseptual yang digunakan untuk memahami proses komunikasi antara dua orang atau lebih. Model ini membantu kita memahami bagaimana komunikasi terjadi, bagaimana pesan disampaikan, dan bagaimana respon diberikan. Metode Pelaksanaan ini diselenggarakan dengan model komunikasi interpersonal dengan pendekatan partisipatif, dimana peserta terlibat aktif dalam diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan tentang process safety management. Kegiatan dilakukan di gedung pelatihan Yogyakarta selama 1 hari yang ditujukan kepada pebisnis UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa peserta mengalamai peningkatan signifikan dalama pengetahuan dan kemampuan tentang process safety management termasuk didalamnya mendengarkan dengan aktif, menggunakan komunikasi non verbal dengan lebih efektif, mengelola transformasi pengetahuan secara lebih baik, selain itu pelatihan ini juga berhasil dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dalam kelompok teamwork. Hasil dari pelatihan membantu proses perkembangan yang menuntut pengamanan, waktu, kesempatan latihan- latihan keterampilan khusus dari seorang pembimbing.

Abstract

The advancement of technology and environmental issues has become a major challenge in the education sector. Schools are required to adopt digital transformation while simultaneously implementing sustainability principles. This study analyzes the role of ecological leadership and digital leadership in improving the performance of Sekolah Cendekia BAZNAS (SCB). This research employs a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that ecological leadership at SCB is manifested in environmental policies, innovative programs such as the "Kebun Sehat" and Biofloc fish farming, as well as active participation in the Adiwiyata Program. Meanwhile, digital leadership is reflected in the utilization of technology for communication, digital learning, and data-driven school management. The implementation of these leadership styles has led to improvements in school accreditation, student achievements, and overall educational management effectiveness. This study implies that the synergy between ecological and digital leadership can serve as a strategic leadership model in modern education, focusing not only on academic excellence but also on fostering environmental awareness and digital literacy within the school community.
