Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Key Performance Indicators (KPI) sebagai instrumen strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan melalui pendekatan literature review. KPI merupakan indikator terukur yang digunakan untuk menilai pencapaian tujuan organisasi, baik pada tingkat individu, departemen, maupun perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Kajian ini mengompilasi dan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah dari jurnal, skripsi, tesis, dan prosiding nasional maupun internasional yang membahas penerapan KPI di berbagai sektor seperti manufaktur, jasa, perhotelan, dan industri pertahanan. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan KPI yang tepat mampu meningkatkan disiplin kerja, motivasi, produktivitas, efisiensi operasional, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Keberhasilan implementasi dipengaruhi oleh kesesuaian indikator dengan strategi perusahaan, dukungan manajemen puncak, keterlibatan karyawan, serta integrasi dengan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang transparan. Tantangan yang sering dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan penentuan target yang tidak tepat. Studi ini merekomendasikan perancangan KPI yang memenuhi prinsip SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi karyawan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi seperti dashboard interaktif untuk memantau kinerja secara real-time. Dengan penerapan yang konsisten dan terintegrasi, KPI dapat menjadi alat efektif untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja berkelanjutan dan memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of psychological safety and collaborative work culture in improving sustainable organizational performance. Using a quantitative survey-based approach, data was collected from employees in various organizational sectors and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that psychological safety positively influences collaborative work culture and directly and indirectly impacts organizational performance through the mediation of collaborative culture. These findings reinforce previous literature emphasizing the importance of leadership and organizational culture in creating a work environment that supports openness, innovation, and long-term commitment. Collaborative work culture has proven to be a strategic pathway in promoting knowledge sharing, effective communication, and employee loyalty, which contribute to organizational sustainability. Additionally, visionary and transformational leadership plays a crucial role in creating psychological safety that encourages active employee participation. Practically, this research underscores that organizations need to integrate psychological safety and collaborative work culture into their human resource management strategies to enhance productivity, innovation, and sustainable competitiveness. Thus, these findings contribute to the development of organizational behavior theory and managerial implications for building adaptive and competitive organizations in the era of disruption

Abstract

Chemotherapy services in the Rumah Sakit Akademik UGM have collaborated with BPJS Kesehatan so that service costs and drug costs can be covered. The success of submitting claims for service and drug costs to the BPJS Kesehatan depends on the compliance of health workers in selecting a treatment regimen based on national formulary guidelines and clinical service guidelines, and taking action for the benefit of establishing a diagnosis and laboratory examination. Electronic prescribing innovations, the addition of drug restriction information notifications based on the Formularium Nasional, and the digitalization of chemotherapy protocols are expected to help reduce problems related to delays in billing costs to BPJS Kesehatan.Method: The method used in this research is an observational method with a cross-sectional research design. The data collected will then be analyzed by comparing before and after the addition of national formulary drug restrictions to electronic prescriptions and protocol digitization with the help of Sistema and claim reports.Result: Research on the impact of adding drug restriction notification information and digitizing chemotherapy protocols in the Sistema system on the success of claims for oral antineoplastic drugs for outpatient JKN patients at Rumah Sakit Akademik Universitas Gadjah Mada found that 95.7% of the submitted cases were successfully verified by BPJS, while 4.3% of oral antineoplastic cases were pending from January to August 2024.Conclusion: The addition of notification for drug restriction information has proven effective in reducing pending oral antineoplastic claims caused by non-compliance with drug restrictions.

Abstract

Art criticism is a process of evaluating and inputting a work of art. The purpose of doing art criticism is to provide improvements to a work of art to make it even better. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where a description of art criticism is carried out and the function of performing art criticism. The initial steps taken to understand how to do art criticism properly and correctly are to understand what art criticism is, knowing the types of art criticism, presenting art criticism, and knowing the function of doing art criticism. This study succeeded in describing how art criticism is, the types of art criticism, the presentation of art criticism, and the function of doing art criticism. By understanding the concept of art criticism, readers will be able to practice in their daily life how to do good and right art criticism. Therefore, it is necessary to have a deeper understanding to become an expert in art criticism. Keywords: art criticism, presentation, function. AbstrakKritik seni merupakan suatu proses penilaian dan masukan terhadap suatu karya seni. Tujuan melakukan kritik seni adalah untuk memberikan perbaikan terhadap suatu karya seni agar menjadi lebih baik lagi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, dimana dilakukan pendeskripsian mengenai kritik seni dan fungsi melakukan kritik seni. Tahapan awal yang dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana melakukan kritik seni yang baik dan benar adalah dengan memahami apa itu kritik seni, mengetahui tipe kritik seni, penyajian kritik seni, dan mengetahui fungsi dari melakukan kritik seni. Penelitian ini berhasil menguraikan bagaimana kritik seni, tipe kritik seni, penyajian kritik seni, dan fungsi dari melakukan kritik seni. Dengan memahami bagaimana konsep kritik seni tersebut, maka pembaca akan dapat mempraktikkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari bagaimana melakukan kritik seni yang baik dan benar. Abstract

One of the tools to measure the performance of the company's business development performance is the Balance Scorecard. The function of the Balance Scorecard is to review the company's business performance and is used as information in the form of reports that can be presented in the form of financials in a certain period. Another important role is as a tool to help develop future business strategies using work efficiency. With this approach, it is hoped that the organization can develop with an integrated and more comprehensive plan, this allows the organization to adapt when there are changes in the business environment and it is easier to achieve strategic and effective goals... An understanding of performance is a description of the level of achievement of a policy program or activity in the process of realizing the company's goals, vision and mission as outlined in the company's strategic planning. Meanwhile, company performance is a complete state of affairs regarding the company in a certain period and becomes a result or achievement that affects the company's operational activities on the utilization of its human resources. The author in this case presents information about understanding the balance scorecard both in terms of functional, how to use, examples of balance score card implementation to determine the company's effective and efficient business strategy for the sustainability of the company. The method used by the author is to take descriptive qualitative data by collecting data through literature review studies of several journals, articles from websites in the form of discussions about functions, steps that must be taken, balance scorecard perspectives and balance scorecard implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance by considering the role of emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. Transformational leadership style, which includes ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention, is considered capable of encouraging motivation and work productivity. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in fostering harmonious interpersonal relationships and creating a conducive work environment. This study employs a quantitative approach through a survey using a questionnaire administered to 110 respondents from the public sector in East Java, as well as additional samples from the education and Islamic finance sectors. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.536; p < 0.01). The moderation test reveals that emotional intelligence strengthens this relationship (β = 0.289; p < 0.05). These findings are reinforced by results from other sectors showing similar effects. The study concludes that the combination of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence synergistically enhances employee performance, loyalty, and job satisfaction. The practical implications of this research emphasize the need for leadership training that not only focuses on managerial skills but also on developing emotional intelligence as a strategy for sustaining organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Sukamulya melalui pelatihan pembuatan nastar sebagai bentuk penguatan ekonomi keluarga. Dalam pelatihan ini, peserta tidak hanya diajarkan teknik dasar pembuatan kue nastar, namun juga pengemasan produk yang menarik dan strategi pemasaran sederhana, khususnya melalui platform digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan praktik langsung (hands-on). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta mampu memproduksi kue nastar dengan kualitas baik dan memiliki potensi jual. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan peserta dan membuka peluang usaha rumahan yang mandiri. Abstract

Language change is the permanent alteration of a language's features and usage over time, affecting various aspects such as sound, vocabulary, meaning, and syntax. This research explores language change in the context of social media, specifically focusing on YouTube podcasts. The main goal is to understand how certain parts of speech, like pronouns, verbs, and adjectives, transform into specialized terms unique to the social media environment. The study aims to answer the question: "How do words evolve into special terms in the context of social media use, particularly in YouTube podcasts?”. To comprehensively understand this linguistic phenomenon, a descriptive qualitative approach will analyze data from the dynamic realm of social media, focusing on YouTube, particularly YouTube podcasts. The sample set includes content like "Volix Media - EPISODE PENUH SENSOR SAKING BANYAK "RUMPI"NYA | VINIAR : Talk Show." Insights from relevant website articles will also contribute to the analysis. Forty one words from YouTube podcasts were selected and translated into English. The findings suggest language changes evolve with time and societal shifts. Older times featured distinctive words or abbreviations limited to specific communities, whereas today, global trends and social developments contribute to new language variations and the emergence of new terms through language mixing

Abstract

Today's digital transformation is heavily influenced by the presence of artificial intelligence (AI), which significantly changes the way businesses run while improving organizational efficiency. This research explores the utilization of AI in various industries, as well as the extent to which AI plays a role in driving business model innovation and improving company operational performance. By combining several approaches, this research systematically reviews scholarly articles from 2019 to 2024 as well as related digital book literature. The results show that AI has three main roles. First, it improves organizational efficiency through automation, smarter data processing, and cost savings. Second, driving business model change through service personalization, demand prediction, and integration with digital platforms. Third, it accelerates organizational learning in the process of business innovation. In addition to the technological and economic benefits, the study also highlights the importance of ethical aspects and participation in the application of AI, in order to minimize risks such as algorithm bias and potential decline in public trust. In conclusion, AI is not just a technological tool, but a strategic piece that can reshape organizational structures and business patterns. To effectively implement AI, organizations need to build digital capabilities, cultivate learning, and implement responsible governance.

Abstract

Keberadaan lahan yang belum dioptimalkan penggunaannya akibat masyarakat lebih memilih untuk bekerja di industri daripada bertani atau bercocok tanam.. Tujuan kegiatan PkM untuk memberikan pemahaman dan edukasi mengenai pemanfaatan lahan sempit untuk menanam tanaman cepat panen. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 peserta dari unsur mahasiswa, dosen dan masyarakat Desa Ciakar. Metode yang digunakan dengan ceramah dan diskusi secara interaktif yang dipimpin oleh moderator. Hasil PkM berupa pemahaman dan edukasi masyarakat Desa Ciakar untuk memanfaatkan lahan sempit untuk menanam tanaman cepat panen untuk mendukung program pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa video kegiatan, berita dimedia online dan publikasi jurnal.
