Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang belum memiliki kompetensi optimal dalam menyusun RPP. Fenomena tersebut ditemukan pada saat mereka mengikuti PLPG dalam rangka serfitikasi guru di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Jawa Barat. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti berharap mampu mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang kurang dikuasai para guru, khususnya guru Bahasa Indonesia di Kota Cimahi dalam menyusun RPP sehingga hasil penelitian tersebut dapat memberi masukan kepada para guru atau pihak dinas pendidikan untuk membina para guru agar memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun RPP sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Permasalahan penelitian dibatasi dalam hal 1) kesesuaian RPP yang ditulis guru dengan Permendiknas no. 41 tahun 2007 ; 2) kesalahan yang ditemukan dalam RPP mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan guru di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi; 3) sikap guru terhadap penyusunan RPP; dan 4) faktor penyebab kesulitan para guru Bahasa Indonesia di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi pada saat menyusun RPP. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa RPP yang disusun guru kelas 7,8, 9 sebanyak 8 sekolah tingkat SMP yang diambil secara acak. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa 1) RPP yang disusun responden banyak mengandung ketidaksesuain dengan isi permendiknas nomor 41 tahun 2007 dalam komponen perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, penyajian materi ajar dan organisasinya, kejelasan dan kerincian skenario pembelajaran, kesesuain teknik/metode pembelajaran, dan kelengkapan instrumen penilaian; 2) kesalahan yang terdapat dalam RPP yang disusun responden berhubungan dengan komponen yang dijelaskan dalam poin 1 di atas; 3) responden memiliki sikap positif terhadap penyusunan RPP sehingga diperlukan pembinaan dan dorongan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka; 4) faktor penyebab kesalahan yang dilakukan responden pada penyusunan RPP disebabkan kekurangmampuan mereka dalam bidang pengetahuan (kognitif) teori penyusunan RPP sesuai tuntutan permendiknas nomor 41 tahun 2007. Kata Kunci: Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, Guru Profesional ABSTRACT This research is motivated by a number of Indonesian teachers of subjects that do not have optimum competence in preparing the RPP. The phenomenon was discovered when they follow in order serfitikasi PLPG teacher in the Department of Education and Culture of West Java. Through this study, the researchers hope to be able to identify things that are less controlled by the teachers, especially teachers Indonesian in Cimahi in preparing lesson plans so that the results of such research can provide input to the teachers or the education department to train the teachers to have the ability to draw up RPP according to their expertise. Research problems are limited in terms of 1) the suitability of teachers' lesson plans written by Permendiknas no. 41 in 2007; 2) errors found in subjects Indonesian RPP used by teachers in the environment Cimahi City Department of Education; 3) attitudes of teachers towards the preparation of the RPP; and 4) the causes difficulty Indonesian teachers in the Education Office Cimahi when preparing lesson plans. The sample in this study are compiled RPP classroom teachers 7.8, 9 by 8 junior high schools were taken at random. The method used in the form of qualitative methods. Based on the analysis concluded that 1) RPP compiled respondent contains a lot of non-conformance with the contents Permendiknas number 41 of 2007 in the components of the formulation of learning goals, presentation of teaching material and organization, clarity and detail of learning scenario, suitability techniques / methods of learning, and completeness of assessment instruments; 2) the error contained in the RPP were composed of respondents associated with components described in point 1 above; 3) respondents have a positive attitude towards the preparation of lesson plans so that the necessary guidance and encouragement to improve their skills; 4) factors causing mistakes made by respondents in the preparation of RPP due to their incapacity in the field of knowledge (cognitive) theory of RPP preparation according to the demands Permendiknas number 41 of 2007. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, yang dimana sebagian besar kuman menyerang parenkim paru. Kompleks bakteri akan terus merusak jaringan parenkim paru hingga menyebabkan kerusakan organ dan berujung kematian. Tuberkulosis mampu menyebar ke hampir seluruh bagian tubuh, termasuk meningen, ginjal, tulang dan kelenjar getah bening. Menganalisa asuhan keperawatan melalui intervensi fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif pada Nn. D dan Ny. N dengan diagnosa medis Tuberkulosis Paru di Wilayah RS DKI Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah study kasus yang dilakukan kepada 2 pasien dengan diagnose medis Tuberkulosis Paru. Penerapan yang pertama dilakukan terapi Fisioterapi dada dan dilanjutkan tindakan batuk efektif selama 3 hari berturut-turut setiap hari selama ± 20 menit pada 03 April 2023 sampai 05 April 2023 dan 27 Desember 2023 sampai 29 Desember 2023. Pada asuhan keperawatan dengan intervensi fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif terhadap pengeluaran sputum Nn.D di RSUD Budhi Asih pada 03-05 April 2023 dan Ny. N di RSU UKI pada 27-29 Desember 2023 dilakukan dalam kurung waktu 3 hari kepada kedua responden dengan Tuberkulosis Paru mendapatkan hasil perubahan yang signifikan setelah diberikan intervensi fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif yang ditandai berdasarkan hasil rata-rata evaluasi pasien mengatakan sudah dapat mengeluarkan dahak tanpa disertai nyeri saat batuk, batuk secara terus menerus berkurang, sesak napas berkurang, terdapat perubahan sputum dari warna hingga konsistensi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan analisis asuhan keperawatan pada penerapan intervensi fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif terhadap pengeluaran sputum masalah pengeluaran sputum dapat teratasi.  Penerapan fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif dapat sebagai bahan acuan terhadap pengeluaran sputum berbasis evidence base practice. Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis Paru, Fisioterapi Dada, Batuk Efektif, Pengeluaran SputumABSTRACT Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, where most of the germs attack the lung parenchyma. The bacterial complex will continue to damage lung parenchymal tissue, causing organ damage and leading to death. Tuberculosis can spread to almost all parts of the body, including the meninges, kidneys, bones and lymph nodes. To analyze nursing care through effective chest physiotherapy and cough interventions for Ms. D and Mrs. N with a medical diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in the DKI Jakarta Hospital Area. This type of research is a case study conducted on 2 patients with a medical diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. The first application was chest physiotherapy and continued with effective coughing for 3 consecutive days every day for ± 20 minutes from 03 April 2023 to 05 April 2023 and 27 December 2023 to 29 December 2023. Nursing care with chest physiotherapy and coughing interventions was effective for Mrs. D at RSUD Budhi Asih on April 03-05, 2023 and  Mrs. N at RSU UKI on December 27-29, 2023 was carried out within 3 days for the two respondents with Pulmonary Tuberculosis who obtained significant changes after being given effective chest physiotherapy and cough interventions which were indicated based on the average results of the patient's evaluation saying they were able to expel phlegm without accompanied by pain when coughing, the cough continues to decrease, shortness of breath decreases, there is a change in sputum from colour to consistency. Thus, it can be concluded that based on the analysis of nursing care, the implementation of chest physiotherapy and coughing interventions is effective in sputum discharge. The problem of sputum discharge can be resolved. Abstract

The Riau Malay Traditional Hall building is a form of culture in the form of objects inherited by previous generations that still exist today. Where the Malay Traditional Hall building has become a symbol of Malay culture and also shows how the arts and creativity of the Malay community are in the field of ornamental design. The purpose of this research is to increase public understanding, especially the younger generation of Malays regarding the form, function, and meaning of the existing ornament designs at the Riau Malay Traditional Hall. With the increasing understanding of the community, especially the younger generation, it is expected to be able to properly preserve Malay culture, namely the Traditional Hall and its ornamental designs. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of this study are successful in describing and explaining how the forms of ornamental designs in the Riau Malay Traditional Hall building have three types of motifs, namely animal, plant, and geometric shapes. The function of the ornamental design in addition to beauty also has a symbolic function and usability function. Furthermore, there is also meaning in each ornament design that has the meaning of life and diversity in the Riau Malay community. Therefore, it is very important to understand the form, function, and meaning of the ornament design in the Riau Malay Traditional Hall building so that it can continue to maintain the preservation of ornament making and also the traditional Balai owned.

Abstract

Pelayanan yang masih dirasa belum maksimal terutama pelayanan drive thru dan pelayanan lainnya sehigga sistem yagn terdigitalisasi dibutuhkan oleh kecamatan Kelapa Dua. Padatnya layanan yang ada di kecamatan maka digitalisasi menjadi solusi yang tepat. Tujuan dari kegiatan untuk dialog percepatan digitalisasi layanan di kecamatan Kelapa Dua. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan dialog atau diskusi secara interaktif antara dosen sebagai tim pengembang dan camat beserta timnya. Hasil dialog diperoleh beberapa rekomendasi yang harus dilakukan oleh kecamatan Kelapa Dua dalam hal percepatan pelayanan melalui sistem digitalisasi. Tim dosen dan Camat Kelapa Dua telah sepakat untuk hasil dialog dengan terlebih dahulu tim menyampaikan ringkasan hasil dialog kepada Camat Kelapa Dua sebelum dilaporkan ke Bappeda Kabupaten Tangerang sebagai inisasi kegiatan digitalisasi ini. Harapannya hasil dialog ini dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan pembuatan apliasi digitalisasi kedepannya yang tidak hanya untuk kecamatan Kelapa Dua tetapi juga untuk seluruh kecamatan di Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, dalam pasar kerja telah mendorong perlunya regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang adaptif. Fleksibilitas kerja, Transformasi digital, serta terciptanya bentuk hubungan kerja baru yang mengharuskan penyesuaian regulasi yang diharapkan dapat melindungi hak pekerja dan mendukung daya saing organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dalam pengembangan regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang adaptif dan implikasinya terhadap praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) kontemporer di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, artikel ini menemukan bahwa meskipun regulasi seperti UU Cipta Kerja telah mencoba mengakomodasi kebutuhan fleksibilitas pasar, masih terdapat celah dalam perlindungan pekerja masa kerja tertentu dan pekerja platform digital, yang beradaptasi terhadap otomatisasi. Implikasi utama bagi manajemen SDM adalah perlunya strategi yang fleksibel, berkelanjutan, serta responsif terhadap perubahan lingkungan kerja

Abstract

Employee performance evaluation is a critical component of human resource management, serving as a foundation for strategic organizational decision-making. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of various performance appraisal methods, including Grey Relational Analysis (GRA), Entropy, Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC). In addition to quantitative approaches, the study also examines the influence of individual and organizational factors such as self-efficacy, job satisfaction, employee loyalty, and gender mainstreaming on employee performance. The findings reveal that data-driven methods like GRA and F-AHP reduce subjectivity in evaluations, while BSC and HRSC successfully align performance metrics with organizational strategy. Psychosocial factors are also found to significantly contribute to performance improvement. Thus, the implementation of integrated and technology-based evaluation systems is essential for adaptive and strategic human resource performance management

Abstract

The development of digital technology has created new opportunities in the way people shop and make decisions. In this transformation, e-commerce and social commerce have emerged as the two main faces of online commerce. E-commerce is known for its organized and efficient system, offering convenience in transactions. Meanwhile, social commerce provides a more personalized experience by involving social interaction through platforms such as TikTok Shop and Instagram Live. This study aims to understand how these two models influence consumer behavior in the digital age. By referencing 17 sources published between 2024 and 2025 through a systematic literature review approach, this study identifies key patterns in consumer decision-making. The findings reveal that e-commerce is more effective in attracting consumers who prioritize speed and convenience, while social commerce is stronger in building trust and emotional connection. These findings suggest that integrating the strengths of e-commerce systems with the social approach of social commerce could be a promising strategy for businesses in the digital age. This research also opens up discussion about the importance of understanding digital dynamics not only from a technological perspective but also from the increasingly complex human behavioral perspective.

Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, organizational competitiveness is increasingly influenced by the quality of its human capital. Central to this is work culture, which serves as a foundation for promoting innovation, productivity, and employee well-being. This study adopts a qualitative literature review approach to examine how work culture affects employee performance. The analysis synthesizes findings from scholarly sources published within the last decade to ensure relevance and rigor. Results reveal that a strong and positive work culture characterized by open communication, mutual respect, ethical values, and managerial support—significantly contributes to individual and team performance. Moreover, cultural elements such as selfefficacy, motivation, fair workload distribution, and a supportive work environment mediate the relationship between organizational values and employee outcomes. These insights affirm the necessity of fostering a collaborative, values-driven workplace culture as a strategic imperative for sustainable organizational success.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah memicu integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga kerja. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak strategis integrasi AI terhadap efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Melalui pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini mempelajari seperti apa AI meningkatkan efisiensi seleksi, mengurangi biaya, serta memperkuat employer branding. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa AI mampu mempercepat penyaringan kandidat hingga 60% dan meningkatkan akurasi pencocokan kandidat sebesar 75%. Namun, muncul tantangan berupa bias algoritmik, isu etika, serta keterbatasan dalam menangkap aspek non-teknis seperti soft skills. Diperlukan strategi implementasi yang berimbang antara teknologi dan sentuhan manusia agar transformasi digital ini berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Abstract

Tiktok Shop merupakan sebuah platform belanja online yang memungkinkan pengguna dan pembuat konten untuk mempromosikan dan menjual produk serta melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat tentang kepuasan Pengguna Tiktok Shop dengan model EUCS. Ada lima variabel dalam model ini, yaitu Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use, dan Timeliness. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hasil analisis diperoleh nilai rata-rata kepuasan variabel Content 3,99, varibel Accuracy 3,81 , variabel Format 4,17, variabel Ease Of Use 4,35, dan variabel Timeliness 3,41. Pada uji validitas nilai rHitung > rTabel yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian dari keseluruhan instrumen dinyatakan valid, sedangkan pada uji reliabilitas di dapatkan nilai Cronbach's Alpha 0,957928571 dan lebih besar dari taraf signifikan atau Cronbach's alpha > Taraf signifikan sehingga dapat dinyatakan semua instrumen dalam penelitian adalah reliabel
