Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh quality product, service quality, dan E-WOM terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Seblak Makjah Cabang Ngronggo Kota Kediri. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 94 responden dan menggunakan purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quality product berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, service quality berpengaruh signfikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, E-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 serta quality product, service quality, dan E-WOM berpengaruh simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 Kata Kunci : Quality Product, Service Quality, E-WOM, dan Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality, and E-WOM on consumer purchasing decisions at Seblak Makjah Ngronggo Branch, Kediri City. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests. The sample in this study was 94 respondents and used purposive sampling for sampling. Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has entered all aspects of life, including in the field of accounting. Prospective accountants must be ready to face it, and universities must prepare for it. This study aims to test the role of accounting study programs in fostering students' self-confidence in facing accounting artificial intelligence (AI). Data from 840 accounting students of PTN-PTS throughout Indonesia. The results of the study show that the accounting study program implementation system has a positive effect on competence and self-confidence in working with AI. The accounting study program has been effective in fostering students' competence and self-confidence in facing AI. The originality of this study: 1) modifying the size of the curriculum variables by including character education indicators and expanding it to the study program implementation system, and 2) testing differences in student characteristics in their self-confidence in working with AI.   Abstrak Artificial Intelligence (AI) memasuki semua sendi kehidupan, termasuk bidang akuntansi. Calon akuntan harus siap menghadapinya, dan perguruan tinggi harus mempersiapkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran prodi akuntansi dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri mahasiswa menghadapi artificial intelligence (AI) akuntansi.Data dari 840 mahasiswa akuntansi PTN-PTS se-Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyelenggaraan prodi akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi dan kepercayaan diri bekerja dengan AI. Prodi akuntansi telah efektif dalam menumbuhkan kompetensi dan rasa percaya diri mahasiswa dalam menghadapi AI. Originalitas penelitian ini : 1) memodifikasi ukuran variabel kurikulum dengan memasukkan indikator pendidikan karakter dan memperluas ke sistem penyelenggaraan prodi, 2) menguji perbedaan karakteristik mahasiswa akan kepercayaan dirinya bekerja dengan AI.

Abstract

Keboireng Village in Tulungagung, East Java, is a coastal area where most of the population depends on the fisheries sector. The high level of poverty among fishermen and gender inequality in the distribution of roles and economic benefits are major challenges. This study aims to analyze the role of KUB Mina Klatak in efforts to alleviate poverty, improve gender equality, and maintain the sustainability of marine ecosystems in Keboireng Village. By understanding the dynamics and contributions of this KUB, it is hoped that it can provide policy recommendations that can be applied in other areas with similar characteristics. The case study method is used to examine in depth the role of KUB Mina Klatak in poverty alleviation, gender empowerment, and marine ecosystem preservation in Keboireng Village. Triangulation of analytical data was carried out by combining interviews, direct observation, and document analysis to ensure the validity and reliability of the research findings. Results Discussion KUB Mina Klatak has succeeded in improving the economic welfare of fishermen through a collective approach in resource management and marketing of catches. With this cooperative, fishermen can reduce operational costs and get better prices in the market. Empowering women through training and active involvement in KUB management has improved gender equality, with women now having a greater role in decision-making and the family economy. The KUB also promotes sustainable fishing activities, which help preserve the marine ecosystem. The Mina Klatak KUB in Keboireng Village has become an effective model for poverty alleviation by empowering fishing communities, especially women, and promoting sustainable fishing practices. The success of this KUB shows that a collective and inclusive approach can be a solution to address socio-economic and environmental challenges, and can be replicated in other coastal areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Non Performing Loan Terhadap Return On Asset, (2) Pengaruh Kecukupan Modal Terhadap Return On Asset, (3) Pengaruh Firm size Terhadap Return On Asset dan (4) Pengaruh Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan triwulan mulai dari kuartal 1 tahun 2014 – kuartal 1 tahun 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber sekunder. Pada teknis analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Non Performing Loan Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 1,416. Nilai sig 0,168 > 0,05. (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Kecukupan modal Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 0,726. Nilai sig 0,474 > 0,05. (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Firm Size Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung -0,872. Nilai sig 0,391 > 0,05. (4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset. Nilai ttabel 2,05183 > thitung 1,128. Nilai sig 0,269 > 0,05. (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan Non Performing Loan, Kecukupan Modal, Firm Size, Dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Return On Asset Nilai Ftabel 2,73 > Fhitung 0,586. Nilai sig 0,676 > 0,05. Perhitungan analisis Regresi Linier berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi diperoleh dengan nilai Y = 0,334 + 0,298X1 + 0,018X2 - 0.018 X3 + 0,12 X4 .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence between product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Free Time Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PT customers. Free Time Kediri and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test each variable was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's Aplha value > 0.60. Then in the t test it is known that the variables product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Then the F test shows that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which shows that product quality and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at PT. Free Time Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu variasi produk, harga, lokasi terhadap variabel terikat yaitu minat beli pada konsumen toko wisnu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi, dengan menggunakan uji SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 98 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variasi Produk secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Harga secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Lokasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Variasi Produk, Harga, dan Lokasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Dengan adanya penelitian ini perusahaan bisa lebih meningkatkan berbagai faktor yang dapat membuat minat beli meningkat

Abstract

Globalization and reform have had a major influence on environmental policy. Globalization and reform have changed values and mindsets regarding environmental policy making. This research aims to investigate the impact of industry on the social interactions of local communities and the factors that influence these social interaction patterns. The research method for the application created uses descriptive data, collection techniques. In general, the descriptive approach is a data collection technique, of how many research subjects are involved in using the system according to system requirements regularly and adjusted to existing facts so that it is accurate. Descriptive research aims to describe a situation or phenomenon as it is. The phenomenon of environmental issues related to negative impacts caused by industrial activities also influences company management to make policies regarding improving performance. Changes to, environmental permits in business activities as regulated in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation are considered to have more of a goal of improving economic welfare than providing environmental protection and management in Indonesia which was previously regulated in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Protection and Environmental Management. This assessment emerged as a result of changing the concept of Environmental Permit to Environmental Approval and weakening community participation. This is a concern for the Indonesian people, especially regarding the regulation of environmental permits, business activities and their impact on environmental protection and management in Indonesia after the enactment of the Job Creation Law.

Abstract

Understanding the major determinants of employee performance is essential for effective organizational management, especially in public sector organizations where the welfare of the community is directly impacted by service quality. Employee productivity and organizational effectiveness are known to be significantly influenced by communication and the work environment. The main aim of this study is to investigate the influence of Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Gurah District Office in Kediri Regency. This research focuses on variables such as communication (X1), work environment (X2), and employee performance (Y). The research methodology involves gathering data through interviews, observations, literature reviews, and surveys, using a quantitative approach. Several tests are carried out to analyse the data, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, t-testing, f-testing, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. The research in question utilised a thorough sampling method, encompassing all 36 employees at the Gurah district office based on the study's findings. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 software with a significance level of 0.05. The results revealed that Communication (X1) had a significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.032, which is below the 0.05 threshold. Similarly, Work Environment (X2) demonstrated a significant influence on employee performance with a p-value of 0.005, also below the significance level. These findings confirm that both communication and work environment significantly impact employee performance at the Gurah District Office in Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, kualitas layanan, dan variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Cafe Matahati Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada 113 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R²), uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel. Secara parsial, kualitas layanan dan variasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan F hitung sebesar 36,883. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi teoritis dalam mendukung teori perilaku konsumen serta implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha untuk fokus pada peningkatan layanan dan keberagaman produk dalam strategi pemasaran mereka.
