Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of customer experience, customer value, and price perception on repurchase intention in tofu MSMEs in Tofu Village Kediri City, using customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, along with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) as the analytical method. Data were collected using an online questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, involving 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that customer experience, customer value, and price perception positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction was a mediating variable that strengthened the relationship between the three independent variables and repurchase intention. This research contributes to the literature on consumer behavior in the context of MSMEs, particularly in the tofu industry. It provides insights for business owners to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repurchase intention through strategies based on customer experience, customer value, and price perception. Future research is recommended to improve discriminant validity for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

The quality of the final product determines the success of a company, especially in the manufacturing industry. This study aims to analyze the causes of defective products in plywood products, with the hope of minimizing the number of defective products produced, thereby improving product quality. The method used is statistical process control (SPC) by conducting observations and interviews to understand the quality control implemented. The results of the study indicate that the production process at PT ABC is still outside the control limits based on P-Chart calculations, indicating significant deviations. The main factors causing defective products come from human, machine, and raw material aspects. By conducting a thorough evaluation of the production process that is currently outside the quality control limits and focusing on identifying the causes of deviations, appropriate and effective corrective steps can be determined. SOP training and supervision, mentoring programs, routine machine maintenance, appropriate temperature and pressure settings, and periodic measurement of raw material moisture content are expected to help minimize the number of defective products that occur so that product quality is maintained.

Abstract

Outsourced healthcare employees encounter specific obstacles that can have a substantial influence on their performance, such as work conflicts, high workloads, and unsatisfactory working conditions. Understanding these aspects is critical for healthcare management in order to provide quality services and maintain employee well-being. This study delves into the impact of work conflict, workload, and work environment on the productivity of contracted workers at Bhayangkara Hospital in Kediri. The research evaluates work conflict (X1), workload (X2), and work environment (X3) as factors that can affect the performance of employees, with employee performance (Y) being the key variable under consideration. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, literature review, and questionnaires for data collection. The analytical methods included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-tests, f-tests, and determination coefficient analysis. The research used a saturated sampling technique, encompassing all 96 non-medical outsourcing employees at Bhayangkara Hospital, Kediri. The analysis suggests that the workload factor has a significant impact on employees' performance, with a significance level of 0.041, which is less than 0.05. Similarly, the workload variable also has a notable influence, with a significance level of 0.000, still less than 0.05. Additionally, the work environment component plays a significant role in affecting employee performance, with a significance level of 0.038, below the 0.05 threshold.

Abstract

This study aimed to better understand how factors like price, taste, and location affect how much consumers want to buy Elo Pia Kediri products. The research used a quantitative method because it helps collect objective and measurable information that can be analyzed using statistics to make clear conclusions. The data came from two main places: primary and secondary sources. Primary data was gathered directly from consumers through questionnaires that asked about price, taste, location, and how much they wanted to buy the product. Secondary data was collected from books, articles, and other documents related to the topic. The study included all consumers who had bought Elo Pia Kediri products. However, since the total number of people wasn’t known and was quite large, the researcher selected a representative group. The sample size was 96 people. The method used to choose participants was accidental sampling, which means people were selected randomly or by chance as they were met at the research location and agreed to take part. The results showed that price has a big effect on how much consumers want to buy the product. This means the prices set by Elo Pia Kediri match what consumers can afford and what they think is fair, which helps them decide to buy. When prices are seen as fair, affordable, and matching the quality of the product, it encourages people to make purchases. Taste also strongly influences buying interest. When a product has a tasty and unique flavor that fits what people like, it makes them interested in buying it. Taste is an emotional factor that affects how happy consumers are with the product and makes them want to buy it again. Location also plays a big role in how much people want to buy. A location that is easy to reach and close to where people usually go out makes it easier for them to buy Elo Pia Kediri products. The F test showed that together, price, taste, and location all have a significant impact on how much consumers want to buy the product.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, green knowledge, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention toward electric bicycles in Kediri City. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 112 respondents familiar with electric vehicle concepts, using purposive sampling. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results reveal that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with an R² value of 0.893. Among them, eWOM has the most dominant influence compared to price and green knowledge. These findings indicate that reasonable price perception, adequate environmental knowledge, and positive online reviews simultaneously enhance consumers’ purchase intention for electric bicycles. This study supports the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining eco-friendly purchasing behavior and provides strategic implications for companies to apply value-based pricing, environmental education campaigns, and effective digital promotion strategies.
