Abstract

LPPOM MUI was established on January 6, 1989 based on the Decree of Majelis Ulama Indonesia Number: Kep./18/ MUI / I / 1989, with the main activity plan to carry out inspection of halal product which then called halal certification. This halal certification activity is intended to obtain a halal product guarantee. Catering entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru are still many who do not have halal certificate and are still concerned with the interests of the tender solely than the interests of consumer health, halal certification process is done so that people in Pekanbaru more intelligent to choose and consume foods that are clearly halal according to the teachings of Islamic Shari'ah. LPPOM MUI Riau will go down the field directly with a deep search to know exactly whether the materials used in the manufacture of a food product and its production process has been guaranteed to be halal and consistent or not.This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The subjects consisted of five catering entrepreneurs who were selected by using Purposive Sampling. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. To perform the validity of data, the authors use extension opt-in techniques, observational persistence and triangulation.The result of the research proves that the lack of awareness level from catering businessman in Pekanbaru to take care of halal certificate, because not yet out of Law RI 33 Year 2014 about the guarantee of halal product. The law itself already exists, but the derivative of the Act itself is not yet. For now this LPPOM MUI is still just fostering how Muslims can produce everything good food, toyiban stuff. If the Act is already officially signed out and executed then the catering entrepreneur must have halal certificate.

Abstract

The communication system of leadership is the issues that occur in The Society’s Empowerment and Governance Countryside Pelalawan District office in order to increasing performance of employees. The purpose of this research is to find out how do the communication system of leadership in increasing performace of employees of the Society’s Empowerment and Governance Countryside Pelalawan District, then to find out media that are used in increasing performance of employees.This research used qualitative descriptive method by using purposive sampling. The informant is selected based on the specific characteristic. The researcher chooses 5 peoples based on their employment status. Collection of the data is done by using observation, interview, and documentation.The result of this research showed that the communication system of leadership in The Society’s Empowerment and Governance Countryside Pelalawan District is very involved in increasing performance of employees of The Society’s Empowerment and Governance Countryside Pelalawan District. The leadership could establish the communication as well fromhead to underling so the instruction of leadership delivered clearly and the employees could responsible toward their job . Abstract

Every married couple certainly wants a marriage that is sure to be a sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah. However, there are quite a number of marriages which then end in divorce. One of the efforts made by the government is implementing a bride and groom course program that is run by the Marriage Guidance for the Development and Conservation (BP4). The purpose of this study was to determine the selection of communicators, the messages conveyed, the media used, the objectives, and the effects of communicating information on bride and groom courses by the Agency for Marriage Guidance and Preservation (BP4) Pekanbaru.This study uses a qualitative method, where the selection of informants uses purposive techniques, by interviewing the chairman, administrative staff, and instructors and accidental sampling techniques to interviewing bride and groom course participants. To get the desired data, the researcher made observations first, followed by informant interviews and documentation. Analyzing the data obtained using Huberman and Miles data analysis techniques, the Interactive Data Analysis Model that consists of four stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion/verification. To achieve the validity of the data, researchers used an extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that communicators in counseling were people who had broad and certified insights from various circles, including: religious leaders, practitioner academics, health workers, and psychologists. The message conveyed in counseling is informative and persuasive, namely providing material about marriage and inviting participants in the future not to do things that can damage the household and cause divorce. To support counseling to run smoothly, BP4 Pekanbaru uses brochures and the internet to socialize, and other media such as modules, PC, power points, images, infocus, microfon, blackboards in its implementation. Communicating from the counseling of bride and groom courses is the couple who will get married. The effect caused after this counseling is a change or difference in the knowledge and feelings of the bride and groom regarding household life between before and after taking the course. Keywords: Communicating Information,  Bride and Groom Courses, Marriage Guidance and Preservation Agency.

Abstract

Petalongan Village is one of the villages in Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is still left behind. This village has rivers, lakes, and cultural traditions for economic or tourism development. People still do not realize the importance of managing this ecosystem. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to change people's behavior in managing and utilizing nature, traditions and culture to improve the community's economy. The targets of this activity are the managers of Village-Owned Enterprises and Women Empowerment of Family Welfare. The service methods carried out started from the socio-economic mapping, counseling, FGD, and mentoring. This community service activity has mapped the economic potential of the village on a lake-based basis. Counseling and FGDs regarding problems in Petalongan Village have contributed to increasing public awareness. Extension activities focused on using the lake for the cultivation of catfish and tilapia. Besides that, training on tourism awareness and UMKM needs to be carried out immediately in order to increase understanding, attitudes and the ability of the community in utilizing the wealth of natural resources in this village. This counseling has a positive impact so that people want to immediately cultivate fish and use the lake for tourism to increase the community’s economic income.

Abstract

The number of criminal cases committed by teenagers, especially drug abuse, so that the intersection right sector police have a goal to change the pattern and behavior of teenagers so they don't commit drug abuse crimes. This program has received a lot of appreciation and positive response from the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the communicator selection strategy, message delivery strategy, media se- lection strategy, audience determination strategy, and the response to the Simpang Right Police Station in tackling drug use for adolescents.This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. the technique of determining the research subject using the purposive technique. The informants in this study were the head of the Simpang Right Police as the head of the Simpang Right Police who knew various communication strategies carried out by the communicator, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Simpang Right Police as a communicator in the field, five community leaders from the subdistrict head, village head, RT, RW, the head of Karang Taruna, three people. elder of three drug users. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is Miles and Huberman Interactive. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, the researchers used extended participation, triangulation and peer-checking in discussions.Based on the results of the research that the researchers have done, the results of the research to identify the problem, the first result is the strategy of selecting a communicator in preventing drug abuse for adolescents in accordance with credibility, education, experience and attractiveness. The strategy for delivering messages is in the form of informative messages found in online media and social media, persuasive mes- sages are found in banners or slogans and educative messages are found in socializa- tion and counseling activities. The media selection strategy used was social media such as Facebook @polsek Simpang Kanan and Instagram @Humas_Polsek_Simpang_Kanan, while online media used were www.riauoposition.com, www.gerbangriau.com, www.jurnalpolri.com. The audience selection strategy is all youth and the general public of Simpang Kanan sub-district. Then related to the last identification is the response, where the response related to the strategy conveyed is a positive response from the Simpang Kanan community, namely that they participate in preventing drug abuse for teenagers so that the Simpang Kanan sector police find it easier to carry out their communication strategy.

The purpose of this research is tofind out the function of communication group of scout enforcer in coachingpatriot characteristic of twig quarter Ujungbatu of Rokan Hulu regency ,as wellas how to pattern of communication group of scout enforcer in coaching patriotcharacteristic of twig quarter Ujungbatu of Rokan Hulu regency.This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach.Subject of this research consisted of two scout couches SMK Pemdes Ujungbatu,one people council chif work the twig, and two chif support or scout leader. Datacollected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Toachieve the validity of the data in this study, the authors used the extension ofparticipation and triangulation.The results of this reserch function communication group used in scoutcoaching is a function of social relations, education, persuasion and problemsolving. Abstract

Having HIV / AIDS is often regarded as a disgrace, because the stigma directed at HIV / AIDS sufferers is often associated with deviant people and has an environment of promiscuity and unhealthy sexual intercourse. HIV cases in children are caused by transmission from their mother. This is a double burden for parents of children with HIV / AIDS (ADHA). With the peer companion (PS) in helping to strengthen and motivate parents, interpersonal communication is very important for ADHA's companion and parents. The purpose of this study was to determine interpersonal communication between companions and parents in assisting children infected with HIV / AIDS in Pekanbaru City as seen from the attitude of openness, empathy, positive behavior, supportive attitudes and equality between the companion and ADHA parents.            This study used a qualitative method, the subject of the informant was selected using a purposive technique. The informants in this study were 4 people, namely 2 peer assistants and 2 parents of children with HIV / AIDS. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The technique of data analysis is by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and evaluating by using the data validity checking technique, namely triangulation.            The results showed that interpersonal communication between companions and parents in assisting children infected with HIV / AIDS in Pekanbaru was quite good. ADHA's companion and parents both showed mutual openness The openness of the companion with ADHA's parents happened slowly and started with creating a sense of comfort. The empathetic attitude of the companion is shown in the attention they give to the child's condition. Mentors often ask parents about their child's condition, then remind them to routinely carry out drug therapy, and motivate them to have a normal life expectancy like the others. While positive behavior is expressed by the companion by being an example for ADHA parents that routine treatment of antiretroviral drugs (ARV) can help children to continue to live like normal people, as experienced by their own companions. Accompanying support to ADHA parents is to provide understanding and information about HIV that will help them feel calm and motivated. the chaperone shows equality to ADHA's parents by considering their relationship as friends and relatives. Keyword: Interpersonal Communication, Companion, HIV / AIDS

Abstract

This research entitled "Therapeutic Communication Nurse In The Process Of Psychosis Patient Healing at UPT. Bina Laras Riau Province ". Psychosis is a mental form characterized by the absence of organizing and personal integration. Therapeutic communication is a planned communication conscious, purposeful and focused activity for the cure of psychosis sufferers. Phase and Technique of therapeutic communication is a way to foster a therapeutic relationship where there is information delivery and the exchange of messages and thoughts with the intention to influence others. Therapeutic communication is not a work that can be ruled out, but must be planned, intentional, and professional action. As appropriate, therapeutic communication nurses give priority to assisting clients, verbalizing feelings and knowing the patient's both verbal and nonverbal responses. The ability of therapeutic communication can not be separated from the behavior of a person that involves physical activity, mental, social background, experience, age, education and goals to be achieved From this research is to explain and describe how the process of communication therapy implemented by nurses Healing psychosis patients in UPT. Bina Laras Riau Province.This research method using descriptive qualitative research method by using obsevation technique, interview and documentation. Research subject is First, Head of UPT. Bina Laras Riau Province, secondly, Social Worker (Pramurukti) nurse is related person in research process that is in taking data about therapeutic communication of a nurse. Data analysis was obtained using Miles and Huberman methods, and the validity of the data itself was tested using Triangulation. Results and conclusions are 1. Therapeutic communication has a big role in the recovery process, especially psychosis patients. This is evident from the results of observations of researchers on the condition of patients who have undergone therapeutic communication within a certain time. The success of therapeutic communication in the recovery process of psychotic patients can not be separatedfrom the implementation of good therapeutic communication stages. There are four stages in therapeutic communication performed by the nurses in the recovery process of psychosis patients: the pre-interaction stage as the preparatory stage before communicating with the patient, the introductory stage to get the attention and trust from the patient, the working stage that is useful to change the patient's behavior for the better And normal, as well as the termination stage in which the nurse decides to complete the meeting on a temporary basis to meet again at another time that has been promised together or forever because the patient has been recovered / normalized.2. In conducting the healing process for psychosis patients, besides using the stages also uses therapeutic communication techniques, there are twenty therapeutic communication techniques such as listening, pointing reception, asking related questions and open questions useful for listening and receiving which the nurse tells the patient by giving Easy to understand questions of the patient as well as useful for knowing the patient's condition through communication by giving the patient a chance to explain his condition and ask related questions. Repeating the patient's speech by using his own words, clarifying, focusing on the purpose for the nurse to provide feedback that he / she understands the patient's message and hopes the communication is continued to equate the nurse's understanding to the patient and to limit the conversation so that the conversation becomes more specific and understood by the patient. The observation aims to make the patient communicate more clearly without the nurse having to ask the patient the way the nurse gives the direction of the conversation. Offer information by giving counseling and socialization to the patient and being silent is used when the patient needs to express the idea but does not know how to do or deliver it. Summarizing aims to repeat the topic of lessons discussed with patients and to reward patients about hygiene such as brushing your teeth diligently and properly will be rewarded. Offered bertujun to nurses provide themselves without response conditional or expected response, provides an opportunity for patients to begin talks with the aim of providing an opportunity for clients to take the initiative in choosing the subject, advocating to continue talks with tujan this technique also indicated that nurses follow what talked about and interested in what will be discussed in a sequence of events with less selanjutnya.Menempatkan sort destination events on a regular basis will help nurses and patients to see it in perspective. Provide an opportunity for the patient to describe the perception, reflection, assertive with the aim to express their opinions, make decisions, and thinking of himself. Humor that aims to reduce stress and pain due to stress and improve the success of nursing care.3. Process the message occurrence of a therapeutic communication between nurses and patients at the start of the delivery of the message by the communicator to the communicant to use the media or not. Abstract

Drug cases from year to year show a graph of an increase, this can damage the nation, drug rehabilitation in its own way can rehabilitate it, in many drug rehabilitation places, one of the rehabilitation places in Riau Province is the Pekanbaru Sarasehan Foundation. This study aims to find out how to communicate interpersonally between counselors and residents, how to empathize with counselors and residents, how to support counselors to residents, how to have positive attitudes from counselors to residents and how to act with residents in drug rehabilitation at the Pekanbaru Sarasehan Foundation. This study uses a descriptive approach, and uses Social Penetration Theory. The subjects in this study were counselors and residents of the Pekanbaru Sarasehan Foundation. The technique for determining research subjects was using the Purposive Technique. In this study, there were 6 informants. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation techniques. In addition, the technique of checking the validity of the data uses the Triangulation Technique and the Participation Technique. These results indicate that counselors and residents at the Pekanbaru Sarasehan Foundation use five aspects of Interpersonal Communication at the time of Rehabilitation counseling, the first aspect is guiding, counselors are seen to do pleasantries before proceeding to therapeutic methods and make good reports at the beginning of the meeting, and it seems that residents feel comfortable and familiar so that they are more open, the second aspect is empathy, the counselor is able to understand the situation faced by the resident, and does not judge the resident badly, the third aspect is a positive attitude, the counselor gives an assessment, when giving feedback and attention to the resident, the fourth aspect is a supportive attitude, support, enthusiasm, and support for residents and provide emotional motivation, to fellow colleagues, counselors, seen together, residents assume that the counselor is asking his friends. Abstract

The art of tambua tasa is one of Minang art that is thick will be custombut still less popular among teenagers especially in big cities like Pekanbaru.Sanggar Bengkel Seni Budaya is one of the studio that still preserves the art oftambua tasa in Pekanbaru. Teaching members to be able and proficient in playingmusical instruments tua tambua is not easy, let alone members come fromdifferent backgrounds and education. Therefore, in the training process, thetrainer uses instructional communication. The purpose of this research is to knowthe method of instructional communication, media, obstacles and verbalcommunication and nonverbal trainer in training the art of tambua.This research uses qualitative research method. The research wasconducted at Art Workshop Studio of Art at Nenas street No. 68 SukajadiPekanbaru. The infroman clearance was done by purposive technique. As for theinformant of this research is one person niniak mamak, two trainers, two membersin Sanggar Bengkel Seni budaya Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques usedduring conducting research is by way of observation, interview anddocumentation. While the validity of data that researchers use is to extend theparticipation, triangulation and reference adequacy.The results show that, in training the art of tambua tasa in SanggarBengkel Seni Budaya, the trainer uses four methods namely command method,practice method, task method and question and answer method. In the meantimeinstructional media used by the trainer is a tool media in the form of blackboard,stick and the instrument itself (tambua and tasa). During the process of arttraining tambua tasa, not apart from the obstacles that certainly can affect theexercise process. The obstacles that occur in Sanggar Bengkel Seni Budaya aretechnical barriers and psychological barriers. During the training process, thetrainer uses verbal communication as well as nonverbal communication. The formof verbal communication used by the trainer of dominant oral communicationusing Minang language. While nonverbal communication used in the form offacial expressions, eye contact, body movement and hand movements and toneintonation.Keywords: instructional communication, tambua tasa
