Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan terhadap badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) dalam rangka meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi keuangan. Permasalahan utama yang terjadi selama ini pada BUMDES adalah keterbatasan dalam hal manajerial usaha berupa penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan usaha tidak bisa berkembang dengan baik, karena ketidakmampuan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang menjadi syarat dalam memperoleh modal dari pihak bank atau lembaga keuangan lainnya. Selain itu, kesulitan memperoleh kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan. Metode yang dikembangkan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari enam tahapan yaitu observasi, pemberian materi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah kemampuan  setiap anggota dalam menyusun laporan keuangan melalui menajemen pembukuan secara sederhana yaitu berupa jurnal transaksi keuangan, buku besar, laporan laba rugi dan neraca keuangan. Kata kunci: manajerial; laporan keuangan; BUMDES; akuntabilitas. ABSTRACTThis community service activity aims to provide knowledge and capabilities to Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) in order to improve financial accountability and transparency. The main problem that has occurred in BUMDES is the limitation in terms of business management in the form of preparing financial statements. This resulted in the business not being able to develop properly, due to the inability to prepare financial statements which were a requirement in obtaining capital from banks or other financial institutions. In addition, it is difficult to gain public trust in the business activities carried out. The method developed in this activity consists of six stages namely observation, presentation, training, mentoring and evaluation. The result of this activity is the ability of each member to compile financial reports through simple bookkeeping management in the form of financial transaction journals, ledgers, income statements and balance sheets. Keywords: managerial; financial statements; BUMDES; accountability

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya dunia bisnis seperti sekarang ini, e-commerce menjadi salah satu faktor dalam meningkatkan dan memenangkan persaingan dalam hal bisnis dan penjualan produk. Bisnis yang akan dikembangkan sebaiknya dilakukan analisa secara mendalam terkait kelebihan dan kekurangan bisnis tersebut. Studi kasus penelitian pada Toko H5 yang bergerak dibidang fashion. Sistem pada Toko H5 yang secara keseluruhan masih konvensional menjadi permasalahan pertama yang ditemukan. Masalah lain datang selama masa pandemi, omset yang menurun cukup signifikan diperikarakan mencapai 50% dibanding sebelum masa pandemi. Business Model Canvas (BMC) adalah suatu model strategi bisnis yang menggunakan sembilan blok penting. BMC digunakan oleh perusahaan dan startup untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang analisis model bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis proses bisnis yang dilakukan dengan metode BMC untuk menghasilkan e-commerce sehingga model bisnis yang ada kemudian dapat diubah menjadi model bisnis berbasis e-commerce di web. Tujuannya yakni mengoptimalkan kinerja terutama peningkatan sektor penjualan produk sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset pada Toko H5, karyawan menjadi mudah melakukan pendataan stok dan laporan penjualan, serta membantu pelanggan untuk berbelanja secara online melalui E-Commerce.

Abstract

الكلمة تعتبر أمرًا هامًا في اللغة، سواء كانت شفوية أو كتابية. لفهم الكلمة، يجب على الطلاب أن يعرفوا منشأ الكلمة وتغييراتها. في هذا السياق، يُستخدم أحد الكتب المرجعية التي يعتمد عليها الطلاب لدراستها وهو كتاب "الأمثلة التصريفية". يهدف هذا المقال إلى معرفة كيفية تعلم استخدام الكلمات المشتقة لطلاب جامعة الأمة في بينجكولو باستخدام كتاب "الأمثلة التصريفية". طريقة كتابة هذا المقال هي دراسة حالة نوعية باستخدام تقنيات جمع البيانات مثل المقابلات والمراقبة والتوثيق. أما مصادر البيانات، فتأتي من محاضر علم الصرف وبعض طلاب الجامعة الإسلامية ألحكومية في فاطمة واتي بينجكولو. سيتم تحليل البيانات في هذا البحث باستخدام نهج التحليل التفاعلي الذي وضعه مايلز وهوبرمان. يشمل هذا النهج مراحل جمع البيانات، تبسيط البيانات، عرض البيانات، واستخلاص الاستنتاجات. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن طريقة التعلم هذه فعالة في تعزيز فهم الطلاب لمفهوم الكلمات المشتقة في جامعة الأمة في فاطمة واتي بينجكولو. يوفر استخدام كتاب "الأمثلة التصريفية" كمرجع رئيسي أساسًا نظريًا قويًا لعملية التعلم، بينما يضيف أسلوب التعلم بعدًا تفاعليًا يُحفز الطلاب. يمكن استخدام نتائج هذا البحث كمرجع لتطوير أساليب تعلم أكثر ابتكاراً وتواصلاً في تدريس اللغة العربية.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah penerapan metode bernyanyi dalam meningkatkan kosa kata bahasa Arab. 2) Untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan penerapan metode bernyanyi dalam meningkatkan kosakata bahasa Arab. 3) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan metode bernyanyi dalam meningkatkan kosa kata bahasa Arab siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Kudus Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 M. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metode untuk mengetahui fakta dan menganalisis data yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan datanya diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan validasi datanya dilakukan melalui teknik memperpanjang observasi, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi data, dengan menggunakan metode analisis data yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan metode bernyanyi dalam meningkatkan kosa kata bahasa Arab dapat diterapkan dengan baik dan efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penerapan metode ini diawali dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan diakhiridengan evaluasi. 2) Kelebihan penerapan metode bernyanyi ini yaitu dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosa kata bahasa arab dengan tanpa menghafal sekaligus mampu meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa, sedangkan kekurangannya yaitu membutuhkan banyak waktu, menjadikan pengetahuan bersifat teoritis, tidak cocok digunakan dikelas yang besar dengan jumlah siswa banyakkarena dapat mengganggu ketenangan kelas lain, kurang efektif diterapkan bagi siswa yang pendiam dan tidak suka bernyanyi. 3) Faktor pendukungnya yaitu sikap mental dan kemampuan guru dalam memilih serta menerapkan metode pembelajaran kemampuan dan bakat yang dimiliki oleh guru dan siswa, serta media pembelajaran yang memadai, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu guru harus meluangkan waktunya untuk menyiapkan penerapan metode bernyanyi dengan baik, guru harusmengikuti perkembangan jenis lagu yang disukai siswa, guru harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengaransemen nada dan memilih kosakata yang dijadikan sebagai lirik lagu.

Abstract

The European Union is one of the world's largest markets for palm oil products. This study used the gravity models theory to analyze the potential changes of palm oil trade flow from Indonesia and Malaysia with a focus destination countries to the European Union. The focus of the study is to analyze the decreasing or increasing trade flow of palm oil due to the biomass regulation changes in the European Union and the export tax on palm oil. The research model involved 85 percent of the global palm oil market which is 61 countries of refined palm oil (RPO) consumers and 23 countries of crude palm oil (CPO) consumers over the period dating from 2006 to 2018. The two types of palm oil export products are clearly distinguished to see the different changes in both types of products trade flow due to the influential factors. The gravity model for analyzing data uses OLS and PPML regression. The results show that the CPO export tax has a significant positive impact on RPO exports but does not have a significant impact on CPO exports. Similar analysis results occur in the variable of biomass regulation change in the European Union, which has a significant negative impact on RPO exports but does not have a significant impact on CPO exports. Abstract

Learning media is important to meet the needs of students in the learning process in order to achieve a learning goal. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the use of quizwhizzer media in learning maharah qira'ah, to determine the maharah qira'ah ability of students before and after using quizwhizzer platform media, and to test and prove the effectiveness of quizwhizzer platform media used in learning maharah qira'ah. This research uses a pre-experimental quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and interferential statistical analysis including data normality test, t test (paired sample t test), N-Gain test (effectiveness). The findings of this study state that there is a difference between pretest scores smaller than posttest scores with an average of 30.97 <83.27. These results are also said to have increased by looking at the level of significance through the paired sample t test (sig 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted). The percentage obtained from the N-Gain test shows 75.49% through the basis of decision making categorized as “quite effective”. It can be concluded that the use of quizwhizzer platform media in learning maharah qira'ah is proven to be able to improve maharah qira'ah. And the quizwhizzer media platform is “quite effective” to be used as a medium or evaluation of maharah qira'ah learning. Learning using gamification-based media such as QuizWhizzer makes a positive contribution to learning by creating a more interesting and interactive learning experience. This has an impact on the achievement of more optimal learning objectives. Therefore, QuizWhizzer can be used as an effective learning or evaluation media in teaching maharah qira'ah.

Abstract

The lack of accuracy of PBA students causes deviations in imla' rules in writing Arabic scientific papers. In fact, after studying for 4 years, students should be able to minimize errors in writing. Arabic has become an international language that is studied by various groups. For foreign speakers of Arabic may experience difficulties both in pronunciation and writing. This research is an error analysis research that aims to identify hamzah writing errors in the thesis abstracts of Arabic Language Education Study Program students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative method in data processing. The findings of this study reveal the fact that there are still some common mistakes made by PBA students in writing hamzah in an Arabic word. Based on the research that has been conducted using 25 sample data, 42 errors were found which are divided into 7 categories. The most mistakes are found in the 4th category, namely the use of hamzah in isim mashdar from fi'il khumasi and sudasi. With the discovery of many errors in the writing of hamzah, it is necessary to further explore the rules of imla', especially in the writing of hamzah.

Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of using the course review horay method in improving students' maharah qira'ah. The research was conducted on class VIII students of Mts Sabilul Ulum Mayong in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research subjects included 32 students. The purpose of this study was to determine the students' maharah qira'ah ability, and to prove that the Course Review Horay learning method is very effective in the Arabic language learning process to improve students' maharah qira'ah. The type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests in the form of a pretest-posttest. The test results were analyzed using SPSS. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The findings of this study are that the course review horay method is effectively used to increase students' maharah qira'ah with a medium level of effectiveness, and the N-Gain score is 0.3822.

Abstract

Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is one of the freshwater fish that is widely cultivated. However, during the production and distribution process of seeds, many obstacles can occur, ranging from seed quality, pond management to distribution. Therefore, an analysis of the tilapia seed supply chain is needed to determine the problems in the tilapia seed supply chain. This study aims to determine the conditions and problems in the tilapia seed supply chain at the Genteng Fish Seed Center (BBI). Supply chain analysis is carried out on every activity carried out during fish seed production from upstream to downstream. This study was conducted at the Genteng Fish Seed Center (BBI). The selection of locations and respondents was carried out using purposive sampling techniques based on the consideration that the Genteng Fish Seed Center (BBI) is one of the technical implementing units under the Banyuwangi Regency Fisheries Service which actively produces and distributes tilapia seeds to farmers in the Banyuwangi area and its surroundings. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method to determine the process and activities of the supply chain. Based on the analysis, it was found that the condition of the tilapia seed supply chain was good, but there were still several obstacles faced.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aimed to implement the Arba’in method in qawaʿid learning to bring significant improvement in students’ Arabic language acquisition at MTs Ibtidaul Falah Dawe, Kudus.  Design/Methodology/Aproach- This research used a descriptive qualitative methods, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument. The data included both primary and secondary sources. Data analysis was conducted in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification.  Finding- The study showed that the Arba’in method helped students learn Arabic, particularly in understanding grammar. This method provided a more structured learning process through the use of a textbook incorporating mind mapping techniques.  Reseah Limitation/Implications- This study examined the application of the Arba’in method in teaching qawʿid at MTs Ibtidaul Falah Kudus. The findings were specific to this educational context and may not be applicable to other institutions. The participants were seventh-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The study relied on a descriptive qualitative method involving observation and interviews. The results might have been influenced by the perspectives of both the researcher and the respondents. The time and location of the study could also have affected the context and outcomes.
