Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of location, convenience of place, and product quality on purchasing decisions at warkop Puntadewa Pakis Malang district. The data method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 65 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis by testing the hypothesis using the F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis, it is explained that the independent variables consist of location, convenience of place, product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. From the results of the research above it can be seen that location, convenience of place, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Location, Place Convenience, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect financial literacy, financial education in the family, and self-control over personal financial management. The population in this study are Malang Islamic University students. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 85 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the financial literacy, financial education in the family, and self-control and the dependent variable is the financial management. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 26. The results of this study simultaneously show that the financial literacy, financial education in the family, and self-control has a positive effect on financial management. Partially, financial literacy, financial education in the family, and self-control have a positive effect on financial literacy. Keywords: financial literacy financial education in the family, self-control and financial management.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the use of information technology, libraries, and the campus environment on student achievement of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The type of approach used is explanatory research. The sample used in this study uses the Malhotra formula, the number of indicators is multiplied by 5, 16 x 5 = 80. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Test t). The results of his research indicated that the use of information technology, libraries and the campus environment had a positive and significant influence simultaneously on student achievement of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Utilization of information technology has a positive and significant effect on student achievement of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Libraries have a positive and significant effect on student achievement of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The campus environment has a positive and insignificant effect on student achievement of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Utilization Information Technology, Libraries and Campus Environment

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of product innovation, halal labels and BPOM labels on the interest in buying Maybelline Cosmetics for FEB Students at the Islamic University of Malang. The sample used in this study was 90 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and partial hypothesis (Test t). The results of this study indicate that the variable product innovation, the halal label and the BPOM label have a significant effect on the intention to buy Maybelline cosmetics simultaneously or partially. Keywords: Product Innovation, Halal Label, BPOM Label, Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract Problems in customer finance arise when one of the factors is not met, such as the quality of service obtained is very bad, the price does not match the goods sold, and the poor quality of the products offered, and the most important factor itself in customer satisfaction is the quality of service to customer satisfaction. The second factor affecting customer satisfaction is product quality, and the third factor is price, price is determined by the balance between supply and demand for service quality to customer decisions. This study aims to prove whether there is influence of service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions at the bara-bara shoes store. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 85 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis which was processed using SPSS 23 software. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The results showed (1) there was an effect of service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions, with a Fcount value of 6,905 > Ftable 2.71, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and R Square 0,874 (67.4%) (2) there was an effect of service quality on customer decisions, with a tcount value of 3,665 > ttable 1,989 and a significance value of t 0.000 <0.05 (3) there was an influence product quality on purchasing decisions, with a t-count of 2,111 > t-table of 1.989 and a significance value of 0.047 <0.05 (4) there is an effect of price on purchasing decisions, with a t-count of 7,059 > t-table of 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Jl. Major General Haryono No. 193 Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java 65144. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are product quality, price and promotion, the dependent variable is the purchase decision, while the variable. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents who were Mixue Ice Cream consumers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price and promotion have a direct effect on the purchasing decision of mixue ice cream. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine "the effect of shopping Product Quality, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on Iphone Purchase Decisions" (on Iphone users at the Islamic University of Malang)". The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data processed in this study is the result of distributing questionnaires to students who have used the iPhone at least once, totaling 99 respondents. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the t (partial) test on Product Quality had an effect on Purchasing Decisions indicated by a t value of 4.278, Brand Image had no effect on Purchase Decisions indicated by a t value of 0.535, and Brand Trust had no effect on Purchase Decisions indicated by a t value of 0.332. This means that Product Quality affects purchasing decisions while Brand Image and Brand Trust do not affect Purchase Decisions on Iphone at UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MALANG. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the Adjusted R Square is 20.4% and the remaining 79.6% can be explained by other variables that are not in this study Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of digital marketing, self service technology, and service quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Mega Syariah Malang City. In this study there are 3 independent variables to measure customer satisfaction, namely digital marketing, self service technology, and service quality. The population in this study is all customers of Bank Mega Syariah Malang City, and the sample in this study uses the slovin formula, so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data used in this study is primary data, the data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires that have been made using google forms. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression. The results of this study show that digital marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, self service technology has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction Bank Mega Syariah Malang City. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Self Service Technology, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah

Abstract

Abstract Human resources are needed for the development of an institution, occupy an important position. For determining the success of an institution, it needs to pay attention to its employee performance. To find out the findings, this study was conducted to know the effect of self efficacy, commitment and work discipline on the village official’s performance in Lowokwaru District. The research design was quantitative research that had a population with a total sample of 51 employees in the sub-district of Lowokwaru District that was drawn by using the slovin formula. Meanwhile, for analyzing the data, this research used multiple linear regression technique. From the research, it showed that this study indicated the variabels of self efficacy, commitment and work discipline that affect positively to the employee performance partially. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the self efficacy, commitment and work discipline, the better the employees will be in improving their performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Self Efficacy, Commitment and Work Discipline

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development in the industrial world has resulted in fierce competition between business actors. One of these businesses is CV Bina Mandiri X. The purpose of this research with this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and incentives on employee loyalty at CV Bina Mandiri X, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees of CV Bina Mandiri X, totaling 60 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are used as a sample which is then found to be 60 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, job satisfaction and incentives at CV Bina Mandiri X simultaneously and partially have an influence on employee loyalty. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Incentives And Employee Loyalty
