Abstract

Ekonomi digital mendorong penggunaan teori kesejahteraan utilitarian yang berorientasi pada efisiensi dan manfaat agregat, namun pendekatan ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam menjamin keadilan distributif dan perlindungan martabat manusia. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji Filosofi Sa’adah Iqtishadiyyah sebagai alternatif paradigma kesejahteraan yang lebih komprehensif di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi pustaka terhadap literatur ekonomi Islam, Maqasid Syariah, dan kajian ekonomi digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Sa’adah Iqtishadiyyah memandang kesejahteraan secara holistik, mencakup dimensi material, spiritual, moral, dan sosial, dengan keadilan dan kemaslahatan sebagai fondasi utama. Dalam konteks ekonomi digital, paradigma ini memberikan kerangka etis untuk mengarahkan inovasi teknologi agar berorientasi pada inklusi, pemberdayaan, dan keberlanjutan. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa Sa’adah Iqtishadiyyah mampu melengkapi keterbatasan utilitarianisme dan relevan sebagai dasar perumusan kebijakan kesejahteraan yang berkeadilan dan bermartabat di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesejahteraan masyarakat dari perspektif filsafat dan praktik ekonomi syariah kontemporer di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada bagaimana idealitas filsafat kesejahteraan yang berakar pada nilai-nilai Pancasila dan Islam dapat diimplementasikan dalam sistem ekonomi syariah modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka kritis (critical literature review). Sumber data berasal dari berbagai buku filsafat, literatur ekonomi Islam, dan jurnal akademik nasional yang relevan dengan tema kesejahteraan dan ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam pandangan filsafat Indonesia dan Islam memiliki orientasi yang sama, yaitu menekankan keseimbangan antara aspek material, sosial, dan spiritual. Filsafat Pancasila menempatkan kesejahteraan sebagai cita moral yang berpijak pada keadilan sosial dan kemanusiaan yang beradab. Sementara itu, filsafat Islam memandang kesejahteraan sebagai falāh kebahagiaan yang meliputi kehidupan dunia dan akhirat dengan prinsip maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah sebagai kerangka moralnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of humanistic philosophy in sustainable business management and finance through a literature review. Although ESG is increasingly becoming a strategic paradigm in modern corporate practice, the study results show that its implementation is often instrumental and not yet rooted in moral values, potentially resulting in superficial sustainability. Through an analysis of academic literature, it was found that humanistic values ​​such as human dignity, justice, empathy, and moral responsibility have a significant contribution to strengthening organizational performance, governance quality, and consistency of ESG implementation. A key finding of this study is the theoretical and empirical gap in the lack of explicit integration of humanistic values ​​within the framework of ESG, CSR, GHRM, and sustainable finance, especially in developing countries. This study concludes that authentic sustainability requires an ethical foundation derived from humanistic philosophy and recommends the development of a more humane and long-term theoretical framework and governance practices.

Abstract

The rapid development of the Islamic financial industry demands managerial decision-making quality that is not only oriented toward financial performance but also toward compliance with Sharia principles and Islamic ethical values. This article aims to conceptually examine the role of Islamic financial ethics in managerial decision-making by emphasizing the prudential principle in Islamic financial management. The research method employed is a literature review of relevant scientific publications from the last five years concerning Islamic financial ethics, risk management, governance, and managerial decision-making in Islamic financial institutions. The findings indicate that the prudential principle functions not only as a technical risk management instrument but also as a manifestation of the values of trust, justice, moral responsibility, and the protection of wealth (hifz al-mal). However, the implementation of the prudential principle still faces various challenges, such as pressure to achieve performance targets, limitations in human resources, and weak internalization of ethics and Sharia supervision. This article asserts that strengthening Islamic financial ethics and integrating the prudential principle into good governance are fundamental needs to improve the quality of managerial decisions, maintain institutional stability, and realize the sustainability of Islamic financial institutions in line with the objectives of maqasid al-shariah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan epistemologi green marketing berbasis ekonomi syariah dengan menelusuri struktur pengetahuan, sumber nilai, dan kerangka konseptual yang mendasarinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan teknik analisis isi terhadap literatur filsafat ilmu, ekonomi syariah, dan pemasaran hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa epistemologi berfungsi sebagai fondasi ilmiah yang menjelaskan sumber, struktur, dan validitas pengetahuan green marketing, sementara ekonomi syariah menyediakan legitimasi normatif melalui prinsip khalifah, maslahah, amanah, dan tawazun. Integrasi keduanya menghasilkan konstruksi epistemologis yang menempatkan green marketing dalam tiga pilar utama: struktur keilmuan, nilai religius, dan implementasi keberlanjutan. Dengan demikian, green marketing tidak hanya dipahami sebagai strategi bisnis, tetapi sebagai disiplin pemasaran yang berorientasi pada tanggung jawab ekologis dan kemaslahatan publik. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada formulasi model epistemologis green marketing yang terintegrasi dengan nilai syariah, sehingga memperkaya literatur ekonomi Islam sekaligus menawarkan arah konseptual bagi praktik pemasaran berkelanjutan di sektor bisnis modern.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating effect of ḥilm on marine resource-based social entrepreneurship among fisher communities by integrating Resilience Theory, Stakeholder Theory, and the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS), with data collected from 240 fishermen in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, through a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that community engagement significantly influences product innovation, which in turn strengthens the coastal economy. A robust coastal economy not only directly enhances social entrepreneurship but also positively affects government support and the internalization of ḥilm. Furthermore, ḥilm, the coastal economy, and government support are found to play significant mediating roles in the structural model. The results indicate that social entrepreneurship is shaped through an integrated process involving social participation, economic development, institutional support, and ethical values. Theoretically, this study contributes by incorporating ḥilm as an ethical mediating construct, offering a more holistic understanding of sustainable entrepreneurship in coastal contexts. Practically, the findings provide insights for policymakers to strengthen community participation, promote innovation, and enhance local economic capacity in line with social welfare and sustainability.

Abstract

The development of information technology has increased the use of social media among high school students. Social media is not only used for communication and entertainment, but also for spreading Islamic values and halal product information. Factors such as Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and halal literacy are assumed to influence consumer interest and satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic social media, FOMO, and halal product literacy on consumer interest and its impact on consumer satisfaction among students of SMA Negeri 2 Bone. This research uses a causal associative quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires. The sample of this study consisted of students from SMA Negeri 2 Bone and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS. The results show that Islamic social media and halal literacy have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest, while FOMO has no significant effect. The three variables do not directly affect consumer satisfaction; however, consumer interest has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Consumer interest also mediates the effect of Islamic social media and halal literacy on satisfaction, while FOMO does not among students of SMA Negeri 2 Bone.
