Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out digital marketing strategies for empowering MSMEs in Indonesia 2021-2022. Type of data used; secondary and tertiary data. This research method: qualitative data analysis. The problem in this research: what is the digital marketing strategy for empowering MSMEs in the digital era in Indonesia? The digital marketing strategy for Indonesian MSMEs in 2021, 2022 is carried out with five strategies. First, the quality of products from MSMEs must follow the SNI (Indonesian National Standard). Second, the packaging must be attractive, healthy and unique. Third, must enter the market place and social media. Fourth, do digital branding. Fifth, give a halal label. The tough challenge is that not all MSME actors understand digital marketing. Based on data, the number of MSMEs in 2021, as many as 64 million, there are 19 million MSMEs entering the digital realm. The target of the Cooperatives and MSMEs Service is to collect as many as 14.5 million from Cooperatives, MSMEs in 2022. There are 65 million cooperatives, MSMEs in 2022. Based on data, only 19% of MSMEs have entered the digital realm. Keywords: Strategy, Digital Marketing and MSME

Abstract

This study aims to determine and assess how the performance of PT Masmindo Dwi Area employees is influenced by organization, compensation, and work discipline. Through distributing questionnaires, This research uses a quantitative methodology based on causality. The respondents were all employees of PT Masmindo Dwi Area. Meanwhile, purposive sampling was used and there were 100 respondents using SPSS 26 to test the data. The research findings show that employee performance at Pt. Masmindo Dwi Area is positively impacted by corporate culture. The effect of organizational culture on employee performance is significant. A strong organizational culture will result in high employee performance. At Pt. Masmindo Dwi Area, research findings regarding compensation variables have a positive impact on employee performance. Competitive and fair salaries can encourage workers to try harder and do their jobs faster. The research findings of the work discipline variable have a good influence on Pt. Masmindo Dwi Area's employee performance. Employees who practice good work discipline arrive on time, carry out tasks on time, and follow established protocols. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja Dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden yaitu sebanyak 100 karyawan PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada respoden. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dimana hasil penelitiannya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. lingkungan kerja lebih kecil dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun lingkungan kerja yang di terima oleh karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan khususnya pada PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. disiplin kerja lebih besar dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun disiplin kerja yang di terima oleh karyawan tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Lingkungan kerja, Disiplin kerja, Produktivitas kerja karyawan

Abstract

Financial inclusion and financial literacy are two important factors that can improve the economic welfare of society, especially housewives who run micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to find out how financial literacy influences the financial inclusion of housewives who run MSMEs. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with several housewives involved in MSMEs and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. Research shows that low financial literacy hinders access to formal financial services. Housewives with high financial literacy tend to have easier access to formal financial products. These results highlight the importance of more formal and structured financial literacy training to increase financial inclusion for housewives who run MSMEs. Therefore, this research makes an important contribution to the development of more effective programs to improve financial literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of lifestyle and brand image has a significant effect simultaneously and partially on the intention to buy an iPhone cellphone in Palopo City. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. And this method uses a quantitative method using primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire survey of 100 respondents using iPhone cellphones in Palopo City. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. After the data was collected, the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study were using multiple linear regression analysis using the partial test (T), simultaneous test (F), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the study, it shows that simultaneously and partially lifestyle and brand image have a jointly and significantly positive effect on the intention to buy iPhone mobile phones in the city of Palopo. In the model formed by the influence of lifestyle and brand image on buying interest, it is able to explain that the variable of buying interest is 81.4% and the remaining 18.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Masalah manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat terjadi di organisasi mana pun, seperti sektor jasa atau industri manufaktur. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan terdapat beberapa permasalahan mengenai kepuasan kerja akibat kurangnya kepuasan terhadap jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan dalam organisasi dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT Bua Karya Utama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Bua Karya Utama. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa motivasi dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karyawan yang termotivasi secara intrinsik dan ekstrinsik cenderung puas dengan pekerjaannya Selain itu, komunikasi yang efektif, terbuka, dan jujur ​​di tempat kerja juga dapat membantu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menegaskan pentingnya motivasi dan komunikasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Bua Karya Utama merekomendasikan untuk memberikan perhatian khusus pada faktor-faktor yang memotivasi seperti peluang pengembangan karir dan remunerasi, serta memperkuat praktik komunikasi yang efektif seperti pertemuan rutin dan umpan balik yang membangun. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan rekomendasi bagi para karyawan PT Bua Karya Utama dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja untuk mencapai kepuasan kerja dan meningkatkan jenjang karir karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational justice on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo, as well as the interaction of both in influencing employee productivity. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques, this study involved 50 employees as samples, taken through census sampling techniques. Transformational leadership and organizational justice have a significant positive influence on employee performance, with both creating a better work environment, increasing employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru Al-Quran SDIT As-Salaam Fakfak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) As-Salaam Fakfak. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala sekolah, guru al-Quran, serta staf pendukung dan tata usaha. Data penelitian diperoleh dari sumber primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif non-intervensi, serta studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Kepala sekolah di SDIT As-Salaam Fakfak menerapkan berbagai strategi untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru Al-Quran, seperti pelatihan, pembinaan, supervisi akademik, serta penguatan budaya organisasi Islami. Upaya ini mendorong peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial guru, yang berdampak pada kedisiplinan, inovasi, serta mutu lulusan dalam kemampuan membaca dan menghafal Al-Quran. Meski demikian, masih terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan fasilitas, akses pelatihan, dan beban administrasi. Secara keseluruhan, kepemimpinan visioner dan inspiratif kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru Al-Quran di SDIT As-Salaam Fakfak.
