Abstract

This community service initiative, conducted by the Universitas Adzkia team at SD Negeri 15 Banuaran, aimed to address the issue of teacher burnout through a cognitive ergonomics approach. Burnout, characterized by mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion due to prolonged work stress, is a significant challenge faced by elementary school teachers. This seminar provided teachers with practical strategies to manage their cognitive workload, improve stress management, and create a more balanced work environment. The event was structured into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the implementation stage, teachers were introduced to cognitive ergonomics principles, including time management techniques, structured breaks, and the use of digital tools to reduce administrative burdens. The seminar also emphasized the importance of mental well-being and its impact on teaching quality and student learning. Feedback from participants indicated a high level of engagement and appreciation for the practical solutions offered. The success of this initiative highlights the importance of addressing teacher burnout through cognitive ergonomics, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more productive educational environment. This program serves as a model for future efforts to support teacher well-being and improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

One of the pivotal aspects of a company lies in its supply chain. The company must effectively and efficiently manage their supply chains to support production quality, achieve organizational goals, and ensure customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the crumb rubber processing industry and provide suggestions for improving its supply chain performance. Supply chain performance measurement was conducted using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model in conjunction with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weights of the KPIs. The research found that the overall supply chain performance score for the crumb rubber company was 84.92, categorizing it as "Good." However, among the 26 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) identified, three indicators (i.e. production of defective products, consumer complaints, and returns of defective products) fell into the "Poor" category. Hence, it is crucial for crumb rubber industry stakeholders to address these three criteria to enhance supply chain performance.

Abstract

Peran UMKM dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia sangatlah penting karena banyaknya tenaga kerja yang terserap pada sektor ini. Pasca Covid-19 hingga saat ini, UMKM semakin berkembang dan berinovasi. Salah satu cara pemerintah untuk menghidupkan kembali laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia adalah dengan menekan laju inflasi dan menurunkan suku bunga. Jika dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang ada, inflasi dan suku bunga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM. Penelitian lainnya mengungkapkan bahwa jumlah angkatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kenaikan jumlah UMKM. Penelitian ini ingin melihat pengaruh dari Pertumbuhan Angkatan Kerja, Inflasi dan Suku Bunga terhadap Jumlah UMKM dengan metode regresi linier berganda dimana analisis regresi linear berganda dilakukan untuk mengetahui arah dan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independent (bebas) terhadap variabel dependen (terikat). Penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan persamaan regresi liner berganda untuk menentukan Jumlah UMKM (Y) berdasarkan Jumlah Angkatan Kerja (X1), Inflasi (X2) dan Suku Bunga (X3) yaitu Y = 884672 - 1,6X1 - 401729,7X2 - 2239731,6X3. Dari hasil analisis regresi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama-sama, Angkatan Kerja (X1), Inflasi (X2) dan Suku Bunga (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Jumlah UMKM (Y) dimana nilai R square = 93,84%. Sementara sisanya 6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar dari yang diteliti. Jika dilihat secara terpisah, Angkatan Kerja (X1) dan Suku Bunga (X3) secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Jumlah UMKM dimana P-value untuk Angkatan Kerja 0,0029 < 0,05 dan P-value untuk Suku Bungan 0,022 < 0,05. Sedangkan variabel Inflasi (X2) cukup memberikan pengaruh yang signifian terhadap Jumlah UMKM karena nilai dari P-value sedikit diatas 0,05 yaitu 0,06.

Abstract

The geographical condition of Sungai Pisang Village located on the coastal fringe and not too far from the famous island tourism which potential in West Sumatera becomes an opportunity for the people of Sungai Pisang, especially the fishermen to increase their standard of living. But in reality, the outsiders in the Bungus area are more likely to take advantage of the opportunity because of their location close to the city center. The tourists can only be seen from afar by biduk fishermen of Sungai Pisang. Most tourists prefer to use Tour and Travel services from Bungus area. Biduk fishermen are only bringing few tourists to the island tour even though the price offered is much cheaper. Based on preliminary study, there are problems such as the lack of knowledge of the fisherman on the effective product marketing strategy. So far, there are no marketing tools to promote the transportation services of biduk fisherman to the island tourism in the Sungai Pisang broadly. Therefore, it is necessary to design a marketing information system for island tourism biduk. The marketing information system is a mobile web-based designed using PHP programming language and supported by the MySQL database. Abstract

Scheduling is an important area of production planning and control. Scheduling is required to produce an existing job by allocating existing resources in the proper execution order. Production schedules arranged effectively and efficiently to maximize resources utility, minimize waiting and idle time and increase productivity. The flowshop batch scheduling model for one machine that takes inventory and quality cost into account has been developed by Indrapriyatna et al (2007a). However, the model yet effective in converting the results of batch size into integers. This study tried to resolve this problem by using a modification of Branch and Bound Algorithm approach.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat menimbulkan tantangan tersendiri bagi generasi muda Indonesia. Berbagai macam teknologi telah hadir dalam menunjang kegiatan manusia, salah satunya adalah technopreneurship. Konsep technopreneurship merupakan salah satu contoh berkembangnya wirausaha dengan memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi. Selain itu, technopreneur yang sukses mempunyai perencanaan yang baik dan kemampuan menjabarkan dalam penyusunan rencana bisnis. Analisis situasi di lapangan melalui wawancara diketahui bahwa pihak sekolah telah mendorong dan memotivasi siswa-siswa di SMK untuk menerapkan praktek kewirausahaan. Namun, pengetahuan tentang teknologi dalam praktek kewirausahaan masih rendah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan kreativitas wirausaha di lingkungan siswa dengan memanfaatkan peluang teknologi. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka untuk materi seminar peran generasi muda dalam menunjang revolusi 4.0 di bidang jasa boga. Sedangkan praktek pembuatan rencana bisnis dilakukan dengan penugasan. Hasil pelatihan tersebut, siswa memiliki gambaran dan pemahaman technopreneurship yang dapat diimplementasikan khususnya dalam penyusunan rencana bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a development strategy for traditional snack Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The unique challenges faced by traditional culinary businesses, such as competition from modern snacks and gaps in digitalization, necessitate a structured business model innovation. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method, involving in-depth interviews and observations with five traditional snack MSME owners in Padang. Data were analyzed by mapping the existing (as-is) BMC and conducting a SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors. The results indicate that most MSMEs still operate conventionally, with weaknesses in the 'Channels' and 'Customer Relationships' elements. This study proposes a 'to-be' BMC, emphasizing the integration of digital channels (social media, e-commerce), strengthening 'Value Propositions' through authentic branding and modern packaging, and establishing 'Key Partnerships' with local suppliers and delivery services. The implication is a practical strategic framework for MSMEs to enhance competitiveness and sustainability.
