Abstract

Air merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kegiatan rumah sakit.  Rumah sakit menggunakan air dalam berbagai keperluan seperti persiapan obat, sanitasi, prosedur operasi, keperluan pasien dan kegiatan laboratorium rumah sakit.  Kualitas air untuk kegiatan laboratorium di rumah sakit berbeda dengan kualitas air minum, air untuk keperluan higiene sanitasi, air untuk hemodialisis karena air untuk laboratorium harus memenuhi kemurnian tertentu dan memenuhi maksimum kadar kontaminan ion tertentu agar tidak menjadi katalisator.  Oleh karena itu , pH dan suhu air perlu di ukur agar kontaminan ion dalam air tersebut tidak bereaksi dengan bahan laboratorium yang dapat mengganggu fungsi peralatan laboratorium.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara merancang, sistem kerja dan validasi prototipe alat ukur kadar pH dan suhu air.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset dan pegembangan suatu produk dan menguji keefektifan pada pengukuran kadar pH dan suhu air dengan nilai pH air pada suhu normal yang didapat < 5,0 dikategorikan tidak normal, apabila nilai 5,0 sampai dengan 8,0 dikategorikan normal, apabila > 8,0 dikategorikan tidak normal (Permenkes, 2019).  Berdasarkan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan 10 kali pengujian menggunakan larutan buffer dan sampel air, hasil kesalahan tidak lebih dari 5%. Kesimpulan alat sudah tervalidasi dan suhu dapat mempengaruhi selisih pembacaan pH kemudian untuk pembacaan pH dan suhu alat prototipe bekerja dengan baik.

Abstract

During this COVID-19 period, all activities, especially education, are carried out at home. Using online learning media, such as Google Classroom, has led to online learning (in the network). This study aims to generate and determine the effectiveness of online learning using Google Classroom based on project-based learning on scientific literacy. This research method uses the type of research and development with the ADDIE development model. The stages in the ADDIE model consist of 5 stages, namely the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data collection techniques used are test and non-test. The subjects in this study were elementary school students. From the research results obtained from the validation results of learning materials and media, the results of the assessment of Google Clasroom learning media based on project learning on scientific literacy obtained a percentage of 95% with the category "Very Valid" and the results of the validation of learning media obtained a percentage of 92%. So based on these results, this Google Clasroom based on project learning media product is suitable for use during the learning process at school.The result of the development of this learning media is a project-based learning media based on Google Classroom. It can be concluded that Google Classroom learning media based on project-based learning is suitable for use in online learning and improving students' scientific literacy.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the limited understanding and skills of teachers at SDN Tambakagung Mojokerto in utilizing technology for learning evaluation. Many teachers are not yet accustomed to using digital platforms such as Quizizz to compile interactive and efficient evaluation questions. This causes the evaluation process to tend to be conventional, monotonous, and takes a long time to analyze the results. In addition, some teachers do not yet know the full potential of Quizizz features that can help increase student engagement in learning. This activity is in the form of training, direct practice, and mentoring for teachers in using Quizizz. The community service aims to provide training to teachers at SDN Tambakagung Mojokerto on the use of Quizizz as a learning evaluation medium. Quizizz, as a technology-based learning platform, can increase the effectiveness of evaluation by providing interactive questions and fast analysis of results. This training includes an introduction to Quizizz features, quizzes, and implementation in the learning evaluation process. Training on the use of Quizizz as a learning evaluation medium at SDN Tambakagung Mojokerto has had a positive impact on improving teacher skills in utilizing technology for learning evaluation. Through training tailored to the needs and level of understanding of teachers, participants successfully mastered the use of the Quizizz platform to create interactive quizzes that can increase student engagement at SDN Tambakagung Mojokerto.

Abstract

Optimal breast milk (ASI) production is essential for infant health and the well-being of breastfeeding mothers. One innovative approach to support this is the use of an electromedical device in the form of an oxytocin massage vest based on a microcontroller. This study aims to design and develop a prototype of an Arduino Uno–based oxytocin massage vest that provides automatic stimulation at specific points along the spine of breastfeeding mothers. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using a one-group pre-test post-test design. A total of 10 postpartum mothers (over 6 months) participated in the trial. The test results showed a significant increase in breast milk volume, from an average of 18.8 ml to 35.4 ml after using the device. The motor speed reached 22.0 rpm, with a 0% error in timing accuracy and a 0.5% deviation in voltage, all within acceptable tolerances. Although the device demonstrated high effectiveness, limitations such as a small number of respondents and fixed massage point designs were noted for future improvement. This massage vest has the potential to be a practical and innovative solution for enhancing breastfeeding success through consistent and measurable oxytocin stimulation.

Abstract

Infusion channel monitoring is the process of observing and measuring the flow of infusion fluids entering a patient's body. This is crucial to ensure the patient receives the correct dose of medication and to prevent overdosing or underdosing. This research aims to design and develop an infusion channel monitoring tool with a data logger spreadsheet and Telegram notifications. The tool uses an HX711 sensor and an ESP32 microcontroller to measure the weight of the infusion fluid, then sends the data to a server in real-time. The data is stored in a spreadsheet format and sent to the Telegram application as notifications. Testing results show that the tool has an error rate of 0.008%, making it effective for monitoring infusion conditions.

Abstract

This study developed a Laravel-based web application to manage electromedical device calibration data online. The application offers greater efficiency and integration compared to manual methods such as Excel or Word. Key features include centralized data storage, cloud integration, and the ability to print calibration certificates directly from the system. Using the R&D method and Blackbox testing, all features were proven to function correctly without errors. User testing also showed that the application is user-friendly and speeds up documentation processes. As a result, the system is expected to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism of calibration data management.

Abstract

Background: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Diklat Wawasan Kebhinekaan Global bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) dalam jabatan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep dan praktik multikulturalisme. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara daring dan dirancang untuk membekali calon guru dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola keberagaman budaya di lingkungan pendidikan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, simulasi, dan studi kasus. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuis, proyek akhir, dan survei kepuasan peserta. Hasil: peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap budaya lokal, nasional, dan internasional, serta sikap inklusif dan kemampuan mengelola kelas multikultural. Persiapan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang interaktif, dan evaluasi yang komprehensif menjadi kunci keberhasilan diklat ini. Survei kepuasan peserta menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta merasa diklat sangat bermanfaat dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka sebagai calon guru. Kesimpulan: Implementasi diklat ini diharapkan tidak hanya mendukung terciptanya lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan toleran di Indonesia, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi keilmuan dengan menyediakan model pendidikan multikultural yang dapat diterapkan dan diteliti lebih lanjut oleh para akademisi dan praktisi pendidikan.
