Abstract

Penelitian ini akan fokus pada Implementasi Program Moderasi Beragama dalam Mewujudkan Proyek Penguatan Profil Siswa Pancasila dan Profil Siswa Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P5 dan PPRA) di MTs Islamiyah Kedungjambe Tuban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif diskrptif, yang mempunyai ciri alami (natural setting) sebagai sumber data deskriptif langsung, proses lebih penting dari pada hasil, melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dilakukan melalui penanaman nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dan strategi penerapan agama moderat melalui pengembangan program dan Internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam mewujudkan Proyek Penguatan Profil Siswa Pancasila (P5) dan Profil Siswa Rahmatan lil’alamin (PPRA) di MTs Islamiyah Kedungjambe Kecamatan Singgahan Kabupaten Tuban dilakukan melalui Kegiatan kokurikuler, integrasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dilaksanakan menitikberatkan pada tiga nilai yaitu nasionalisme, keberagaman dan toleransi melalui transformasi, transinternalisasi dan transaksi nilai. Nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang ditanamkan pada diri siswa adalah nilai-nilai toleransi dan keadilan yang merupakan prinsip yang ditanamkan pada diri siswa.

Abstract

This research will focus on Strengthening the principles of religious moderation in the Islamic education, multicultural values in education and strategies for developing religious moderation to realizing P5 PPRA. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to describe the application of the independent curriculum for learning Islamic Religius Education and character in class X at SMKN 2 Bojonegoro and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. using descriptive qualitative research, carried out June 12-July 8 at SMKN 2 Bojonegoro, research subjects are class X students, class X Islamic Religious Education and character teachers and head curriculum, data sources from primary and secondary data, this research instrument from observation, interview and documentation guidelines. Data were collected according to the research objectives, namely describing and analyzing. The data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation were then analyzed descriptively. The results of this article study are: (1) The implementation of the independent curriculum for learning and character in class X Islamic Religious Education at SMKN 2 Bojonegoro has three stages, namely planning, implementation, assessment and evaluation. (2) Supporting factors: superior human resources of teachers and students, leadership readiness of the head and school committee, adequate learning facilities. Inhibiting factors: the environment and background of students and the lack of family support for students.

Abstract

Education is an investment in long-term human resource development and has strategic value for the continuity of human civilization in the world and provision for life in the hereafter. Education is an important part of the national development process which essentially seeks to educate the nation's life and improve the quality of Indonesian people in realizing an advanced, just and prosperous society, and allows its citizens to develop themselves both physically and spiritually. However, there are still some problems in improving the quality of education with various indicators that affect it. This study aims to determine the problems of improving the quality of education at MTs Assalam Bangilan Tuban and MTs Islamiyah Banat Senori Tuban. This type of research is case study research with multi-site studies at MTs Assalam Bangilan Tuban and MTs Islamiyah Banat Senori Tuban. The research used a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use a pragmatic point of view. The research subjects were all elements in the two schools, especially those related to the problems of improving the quality of education. The results showed that there are several problems experienced by MTs Assalam Bangilan Tuban and MTs Islamiyah Banat Senori Tuban. Among them are the lack of teacher motivation, the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the lack of quality human resources, especially in the IT field. Among the efforts to overcome problems to improve the quality of education in MTs Assalam Bangilan Tuban and MTs Islamiyah Senori Tuban is to provide stabilization and work evaluation once a month to all educators. For the lack of facilities and infrastructure, the madrasah asked for help from the surrounding community, especially the santri's guardians to help procure the building. In addition, it can also be done by empowering madrasah alumni who are considered capable and able from each generation. As for the lack of quality human resources, it is overcome by holding special training in the IT field for the staff concerned.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implications of Monday and Thursday fasting for the morals of students at MA Darussalam Deru. The background to which this research was conducted is in today's era, most Muslims today are very few who seriously, consistently and consistently uphold the teachings of Allah and the Messenger. -His. Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays is a form of worship that was highly recommended by Rasulullah SAW. Monday and Thursday fasting has the meaning of sunnah fasting which is done on Thursdays, and the Prophet liked to fast on both days. For the reason that on Mondays and Thursdays all the deeds of Adam's children are reported (raised), and he hopes that, when his deeds are raised before Allah while fasting, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, in-depth interviews and triangulation data. The results of research on the morals of Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam students who regularly perform sunnah fasting on Mondays and Thursdays have an increased spiritual spirit, so that they become more disciplined, patient, trustworthy, honest, have good attitudes towards fellow students, are patient, more disciplined and of course have more noble character. The implications of sunnah fasting on Mondays and Thursdays can shape female students' morals through several aspects, namely spiritual aspects and physical aspects. Through the spiritual aspect: by fasting the sunnah can increase devotion to Allah, have fear of, and all actions that are done with the pleasure of Allah, they fast to get closer to and carry out the Sunnah of the Prophet. Next is the physical aspect, with this, after fasting, female students feel more enthusiastic, active and healthy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara kondisi ideal dan realitas di lapangan terkait lingkungan fisik lembaga pendidikan Islam, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat pengembangannya, serta merumuskan model konseptual perencanaan yang partisipatif dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan telaah literatur mutakhir dari berbagai jurnal, buku, dan laporan resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara desain ideal yang mendukung nilai Islami dengan praktik fisik di banyak sekolah Islam. Faktor penghambat utama mencakup keterbatasan dana, kurangnya perencanaan jangka panjang, lemahnya manajemen fasilitas, serta minimnya pelibatan komunitas dalam proses perencanaan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dirumuskan model konseptual perencanaan yang bertumpu pada lima elemen: landasan nilai Islami, pendekatan human-centered, partisipasi komunitas (syura), perencanaan berkelanjutan melalui masterplan, serta dukungan teknologi modern. Model ini diharapkan menjadi pedoman praktis bagi pengelola sekolah, perencana pendidikan, dan pemangku kebijakan dalam merancang lingkungan pendidikan Islam yang adaptif, kontekstual, dan mendukung pembiasaan nilai-nilai Islami di era global.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the instillation of Islamic Multicultural Education values ​​at SMK Negeri Jatirogo Tuban which contains multicultural values. This type of research is a field study with a qualitative approach. Sources of information regarding this study are Islamic and Christian Religious Education Teachers, Principals or Assistant Teachers, and Students. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and data inference. The findings in this study indicate that the multicultural values ​​contained in Islamic education include tolerance values, equality values, unity values, family values, and justice values. The implementation of multicultural values ​​in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMK Negeri Jatirogo Tuban uses two methods, namely the exemplary method and the habitat method. The impact of instilling multicultural values ​​on students is the growth of attitudes of mutual tolerance, respect, accepting other people's opinions, mutual cooperation, not being hostile and the absence of conflict due to differences in culture, ethnicity, language, customs, and religion. The limitation of this study is the scope of the study which is still limited to the normative aspects of multicultural values. This study has not analyzed in depth the psychological dynamics of students or the institutional structure that influences the internalization of these values. The originality of this study lies in its approach that integrates Islamic educational values ​​with the concept of multiculturalism in inclusive formal education practices. This study also highlights the interaction between students and teachers from various religious backgrounds directly in the context of religious learning, which is rarely explored in previous studies.

Abstract

Nature-based learning is a model of learning that uses nature, preserves nature, and is based on the principles of learning about nature by using the media that exists around the natural environment. Through the concept of learning with nature students can learn while playing making learning interesting, fun, and not boring. Thus, students feel comfortable and happy to study in school for a long time. In general, the objective of this study is to describe the concept and implementation of Islamic Religion Education based on nature in student character formation at MI Plus Daarul Munjiyat Bektiharjo and SD Alam ElYamien Tuban, with a focus on: How the concept of learning Islamic religion education based on Nature in character formation in MI plus Daarul Münjiyat and SD Nature El- Yamien Tuba, and How the implementing of learning in Islamic religious education based upon nature in the student character forming at MIPlus Daarul munjiyat bektiharyo and SD Natural El-JamienTuba. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely data collection techniques through observations, interviews, and documentation. The analytical techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. The validity of the findings was tested through prolonged participation, persistence, triangulation, and peer checking. The results of this research in the concept of learning Islamic religion education based on nature in character formation makes learning more interesting, enjoyable, and not boring. Because the concept of learning plays a role in learning by integrating four concepts: morality, science, leadership, and business

Abstract

Polygamy is a controversial issue. Its existence is justified on the grounds of welfare (maslahah). However, the concept of maslahah is often interpreted in a biased manner that favors men. This article poses two questions. Firstly, why does the interpretation of public welfare that disadvantages women occur in polygamy law? Second, what are the ideal conditions for polygamy based on the interpretation of public welfare in the Qur’an? The research employs qualitative methods, a critical discourse analysis approach, and theories of patriarchy and power relations. Data collection includes a literature review of scientific articles, books, and legal documents related to polygamy in Indonesia. The findings reveal that patriarchal discourse on polygamy has shaped the meaning of maslahah. The spirit of maslahah is overshadowed by patriarchal power relations. State power, culture, and discourse have shaped these relations. State legal products in the form of regulations and judicial decisions demonstrate that the state acts as an agent of patriarchy, legalizing the concept of maslahah to benefit men. Culture further reinforces the discourse of maslahah that harms women. This article proposes a reinterpretation of the concept of maslahah as a consideration for polygamy, in line with the objectives of the Qur'an. The consideration of public welfare must shift from individual and biological interests to social ones. The conditions for polygamy must change, not based on the wife's infertility or physical disabilities. Instead, they should be based on the woman to be married, with the condition that she must be a widow with children as paternal orphans. Poligami merupakan isu yang kontroversial. Keberadaannya mendapat legitimasi dengan alasan kemaslahatan. Namun, konsep kemaslahatan sering mendapat tafsir bias yang menguntungkan laki-laki. Artikel ini mengajukan dua pertanyaan. Pertama, mengapa pemaknaan kemaslahatan yang merugikan perempuan terjadi dalam hukum poligami? Kedua, bagaimana syarat poligami yang ideal berdasarkan pemaknaan kemaslahatan dalam Al-Qur’an? Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, pendekatan analisis wacana kritis, dan teori patriarki serta relasi kuasa. Pengumpulan data berasal dari literatur review seperti artikel ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen hukum yang berkaitan dengan poligami. Hasilnya  menemukan bahwa diskursus yang bias patriarki pada poligami telah membentuk makna kemaslahatan. Spirit kemaslahatan berada di bawah bayang relasi kuasa patriarki. Kekuasaan negara, budaya dan wacana telah membentuk relasi tersebut. Produk hukum negara dalam bentuk regulasi maupun judikasi memperlihatkan negara menjadi agen patriarki yang melegalkan konsep kemaslahatan untuk menguntungkan laki-laki. Budaya turut memperkuat wacana kemaslahatan yang merugikan perempuan. Artikel ini mengusulkan pemaknaan ulang atas konsep kemaslahatan sebagai pertimbangan poligami, yang sesuai dengan tujuan Al-Quran. Pertimbangan kemaslahatan harus berubah dari kepentingan individual dan biologis menjadi sosial. Syarat poligami harus berubah, bukan berada pada kondisi istri yang tidak subur atau cacat fisik. Tetapi pada perempuan yang akan dinikahi, dengan syarat harus janda yang mempunyai anak yatim.
