Abstract

Jalan yang sering dilalui kendaraan berat, mengakibatkan penuaan aspal yang dapat menurunkan kualitas aspal tersebut. Inovasi yang dilakukan, yaitu memanfaatkan limbah aspal yang termodifikasi dengan ekstraksi bubuk lindi hitam atau lignin. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengikat aspal bekas pakai dengan tambahan lignin dengan kadar 0%, 3%, dan 6%. Pengujian reologi aspal meliputi berat jenis, penetrasi, daktilitas, titik lembek, viskositas.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspal bersifat sangat kaku dan membutuhkan suhu yang sangat tinggi untuk mencair. Hasilnya terbukti dari titik lembek tertinggi (78,5°C pada kadar lignin 6%), penetrasi terdalam (9,33 mm pada kadar lignin 0%), daktilitas terpendek (4,15 cm pada kadar lignin 6%), nilai viskositas yang mendekati spesifikasi bina marga (3592,205 cSt pada lignin 3%), Kesimpulannya, bahan zat aditif lignin mampu membuat aspal semakin kaku dan keras dan tidak baik untuk bahan peremajaan aspal.

Abstract

The slowing down of vehicle speed that occurs on Jalan Diponegoro is caused by the behavior of vehicles that make intertwining movements (weaving). This condition causes vehicles traveling straight to reduce vehicle speed due to the presence of vehicles entering from Jalan Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo towards Jalan Diponegoro. Queues that occur on Jalan Diponegoro cause a narrowing of the road, which can cause travel delays. The aim of this research is to analyze travel delays due to interwoven conflicts or weaving that happened on Jalan Diponegoro. This research was analyzed using the method gap acceptance. According to the results of data processing analysis and literature studies, the delay time was 23.28 seconds in the morning and 13.77 seconds in the afternoon for each 5 minute time interval. Key words: Travel Delay, InterwovenConflict, Gap Acceptance.

Abstract

Kebisingan adalah salah satu parameter fisik yang sangat berpengaruh pada lingkungan kerja Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu Sentra Inovasi Teknologi merupakan salah satu Gedung yang didalamnya penuh dengan kesibukan. Salah satu factor yang sangat berpengaruh pada kenyamanan kerja adalah kebisingan. Gangguan stress yang dialami oleh para pekerja salah satunya adalah kebisingan didalam Gedung akibat brisiknya gelombang suara dari luar Gedung. Laboratorium LTSIT berada disepanjang jalan protocol kampaus yang diapit oleh tiga fakultas, Fmipa, FKIP dan F Kedokteran. Suasana jalan kampus didepannya sangat ramai kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat. Disebelah kanan Gedung LTSIT terdapat Gedung kemahasiswaan Fmipa. Sasana Gedung kemahasiswaan sangat brisik dan gelombang kebisingannya masuk kedalam ruangan Gedung LTSIT yang berjarak 2 m. Pada penelitian ini kami mencoba meneliti empat ruangan dilantai-1 yang terdiri dari R1-1.0,R1- 1.1,R1-1.2 dan R1-1.3, Penelitian menggunakan metode penyatuan parameter yang sejenis berbasis pada persamaan kenyamanan ruangan (RCE) dan persamaan kenyamanan Gedung (BCE). Dengan kedua metode ini akan diketahui kenyamanan ruangan didalam gedung. Bila kenyamanannya terpenuhi dan berstandar SNI maka suasana didalam gedung berdampak sangat baik bagi pekerja dan sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kebisingan diruangan lantai -1: RCE.R1-1.0= …. RCE.R1- 1.1=….RCE.R1-1.1= 1…..dan RCE.R1-1.2= 1……sehingga diperoleh BCE = 1 + 1 + 1 +1 Berdasarkan syarat batas ideal untuk pengukuran empat parameter homogen adalah 3.96 < Pt < 4,04, karena nilai BCE = 4…. berada diluar batas ideal. Abstract

Bandar Lampung as a city that develops in many aspects, such as social,culture and economy .Especially travel on Raden Intan street, generally the most travelling occurs in the morning andaftenoon which is there are many people do activities at the same time and it makes traffic jam.The purpose of this research are determining a point of impact of traffic jam, getting a traffic jamcase and giving solution of it. Identification of traffic cases use weaving, capacity and free flowvelocity the street that was already identified. These analysis use to show connection one of partbetwwen two movement of trafficjam that converging the compare it with planned velocity in city.The results of study show that weaving, capacity and free flow velocity compare with plannedvelocity it makes decreasing of velocity on a street that was identified. Abstract

Bandar Lampung is a city which plays important role in good distribution from Java to SumatraIsland and so forth. In Bandar Lampung, there is a main street named Imam Bonjol Street. Thisstreet has high range of travelling, especially in traffic hour at the evening where people do highmobility at the same time. This massive mobility will make traffic jam in high intensity. The aim ofthe research are to determine the intensity of traffic jam, to identify the traffic jam by determiningits free flow velocity, side friction, capacity, level of road service, traffic jam of intersection, andalso to find the solution to solve those problems. The role of Ministry of Transportation is neededto decide the traffic regulation for the sake of traffic safety. Abstract

Soekarno-Hatta Bandar Lampung road is a national road which has function as a primary arterialroad. This road having wide 2 x 7,75 m with 4/2 D type of road. This research aims to determineSoekarno-Hatta Bandar Lampung pavement condition. The method used to assessment isPavement Condition Index (PCI). Based on the result of the study, it is known pavement conditionat Soekarno-Hatta Bandar lampung road is excellent 64,3 %; very good 21,4 % and good 14,3 %.Despite the overall condition of the road was still good even perfect category, but at somelocation the road has been damaged. Types of damage that found in this road consisting ofalligator cracking 12,64 %; block cracking 4,66%; bugs 3,35 %; depressions 2,96 %; edgecracking 4,05 %; shoulder drop off 4,14 %; longitudinal cracking 8,81 %; patching 24,61 %;polished aggregate 17,18 %, potholes 3,35 %; rutting 8,76 %; slippage cracking 2,58 % andraveling 2,92 %.Keywords : road damage, pavement condition index

Abstract

Bandar Lampung as a central economic city in Lampung. In terms of urban development, the mostprominent and rapidly is a shopping center, one of which is a shopping center Candra Superstore.The purpose of this research is to measure the traffic performance on the road and intersectionsthat being affected by Candra Superstore, as well as measuring the impact from the Candra's latemovement which is in this case is about the long queue and delays of vehicles that line up in frontof the entrance of the store that cause the traffic issues around the store, so that this problem couldbe solved.From the research that has been done, Candra Superstore traffic flow affected by the vehicle thatline up in front of the store and resulted in high traffic jam especially at the peak hours around ,because the vehicle is out of Candra lead to delays and long queues resulting congestion is quitehigh traffic jam in front of the line up Candra, especially at peak hours at 16:00 -17.00.Keywords: free flow speed, degree of saturation, capacity, long queues, delays at intersections

Abstract

Bandar Lampung is one city that has a road network for the distribution of goods and services (national activities), ie at the Soekarno-Hatta Bandar Lampung. So that existing transport movement is strongly influenced by the existing pavement conditions on roads Soekarno-Hatta Bandar Lampung. In addition, the road pavement conditions also have an impact on the smooth traffic and safety as well as comfort for road users. This study aims to determine the type of damage and the value of the condition on the rigid pavement on roads Soekarno-Hatta Bandar Lampung along with solutions and workarounds. The method used for the assessment is the Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Based on study results, note the condition of rigid pavement on the road Soekarno-Hatta Bandar Lampung, namely: segment 1 = 79.50 (very good), segment 2 = 74.00 (very good), segment 3 = 76.92 (very good) , segment 4 = 83.88 (very good), segment 5 = 94.89 (perfect), segment 6 = 93.56 (perfect), segment 7 = 91.04 (perfect), segment 8 = 83.54 (very good), segment 10 = 92.17 (perfect), the segment 11 = 61.25 (good), the segment 12 = 77.71 (very good), the segment 13 = 88.41 (perfect) and the segment 14 = 84.52 (very good). Despite the rigid pavement condition index is still in good condition category even perfect, but at some point there is a sample unit has a PCI value <55 (fair). Based on the PCI, the treatment needs to be done only in the form of micro handling for each type of damage.. Keywords : distress type, severity level, PCI

Abstract

One causes of construction failure on flexible pavement is changed composition of the aggregate gradation in asphalt mixture of the plan due to mechanical or non-mechanical process. Aggregates can occur degradation, ie gradation changes due to aggregate breakage of grains. Aggregate degradation can be caused by both mechanical and chemical processes. The decrease in quality occurring in the asphalt mixture is thought to be due to the aggregate gradation change in the asphalt mixture. To find this out, a study on the degradation level of flexible pavement construction is conducted,from Asphalt Mixing Plant to overlay location. Used mixture are Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course produced by PT. Manggung Polah Raya for location on Sultan Agung Street, Bandar Lampung, Lampung and PT. Rindang Tigasatu Pratama for location on Teuku Cik Ditiro Street, Bandar Lampung, Lampung. Test of samples performed are extraction test and sieves analysis test. From the research result, it is founded that there is degradation during transport of asphalt mixture from Asphalt Mixing Plant to the location. Average degradation percent of location I, location II and location III PT. Manggung Polah Raya and PT. Rindang Tigasatu Pratama is %CA decreased by 5.17%, %FA increased by 3.67% and %filler increased 1.50%. Factors affecting degradation are due to work execution, specific gravity of aggregate and time of transport.Keywords: Road Pavement, Asphalt Concrete, Degradation

Abstract

Gradation indicated has a considerable influence on interlocking which will subsequently affect the carrying capacity / stability. Therefore, the research was conducted with the aim to know the extent of the effect of aggregate degradation on the asphalt mixture quality decline. In this research, laboratory testing is done by taking asphalt samples at 2 Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) and different onsite location. Furthermore, as secondary data obtained Job Mix Formula on each AMP. After obtaining asphalt samples and Job Mix Formula, laboratory testing is conducted to determine the level of aggregate degradation of the asphalt quality decline. In laboratory test for asphalt samples of PT.Manggung Polah Raya obtained a crude aggregate fraction of 4,35%, a fine aggregate fraction of 6,23%, and a filler fraction of 1,87% indicated the higher gradation change becomes smoother. The value of mixed characteristics produced on Marhsall Test according to DGH specification 2010 for density > 2gr / cc, VMA > 15%, VIM 3,5%-5%, Flow > 3mm, And Stability > 800Kg. From the test result of asphalt samples of PT.Rindang Tigasatu Pratama obtained a crude aggregate fraction of 0,98%, a fine aggregate fraction of 0,12%, and a filler fraction of 0,86% indicating gradation increasingly coarse.Keywords: Gradation, Interlocking, Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) Marshall Test, Office of Highway 2010 Specification.
